1 Crocodile/IMIX

Greetings Beloved Kin,

By the Northern count of the Yucatec tradition, 1 Crocodile/IMIX is the 1st Day of Human’s orbit of 260 days. Our circles become spirals as our Consciousness is expanded by every orbit.

The end is the Mystery. Though, the New Seed of our Self, learned to follow the Light of Divine Inspiration that will lead the way, and a Hand of Divine Agency that will carry us to the end of God’s Will.

1 Crocodile/IMIX is “simply the beginning of all things.” IMIX is Time ordered to pray for good sense and reason. We’re newborns, likely to reach for the first shiny thing we see. We can depend on the Creator to move us to claim the Dream with our Divine Name on it.

We’re setting our course for the next 260 days. The first 13 days is the “legend” we create through our 1st rhythm and pattern of movement. The Intention from the beginning will turn stray thoughts back to a steady course that leads to our highest end.

Every Day in the 1st trecena is a Master Number by Tone and Position. 1 IMIX is Tone 1 and Position 1, reflecting the Master Number 11, the Source of Light and the Offering of Divine Inspiration. Master Number 11 is the “life path” number.

Luckily, we don’t have to do anything today, except to be present in our thoughts as they are connected to the Creator’s thoughts. IMIX shares the Divine Language of Light that appears as “wild ideas” and imaginings. They come in random order, out of the blue, with one thought having nothing to do with another. We aren’t supposed to figure out what every wild idea means, but be Conscious of the Truth that we are tuned in to the “First Light” of every Divine Creation.

The glyph illustrates the Mother’s breast, or a jar of milk. The straight lines of human’s first thought of objective consciousness, “what it is.” (These are the same lines on the glyph of Earth/CABAN that lead to the curvy line representing the second thought of our imagination.) In this case, instead of having to imagine, the Truth from the heart goes straight to the circles, “the Truth of a Miracle.” A newborn only knows that a pain inside was healed by Love when it was held close to the Heart of the Mother.

The trecena of IMIX will train our thoughts on the Bright Side of Life. We Love it when we receive downloads of bright ideas. The focus is on Our Life, and all the Dreams that can come true, when the idea began from the Light of the Highest One, who’s plan is for the Highest Good of the Whole.

We have to learn to Stand and Walk on our own before we have any wisdom of an experience that’s brand new.

On Tone 1 we begin from a state of inertia, at the bottom of the first pyramid we’ll climb. The Intention is Unity with the Highest One. The first order of Time is to awaken to a new dream with Higher Hopes and Aspirations than we knew before. We can climb the easy way, starting with a day off.

IMIX is a very mentally active day. On the first day of a new life everything is brand new. The first two days are the Time we need to discover our self, and to get plenty of rest and nourishment for the Heart, Mind, Body, and Soul. We can relax and take a nap while someone else carries us and tends to all our needs. On 3 Night/AKBAL, we’ll be Moved by a Dream with an end on a scale we never imagined before.

IMIX is the Primordial Mother that carries us gently in her mouth, with a set of teeth that will tear apart anyone who threatens a new life born to the world. IMIX shares her gifts of Knowing, like Mother’s Intuition. We are the flesh of Mother Earth, and the Blood of Living Water from the Heart of Sky. The Mother is forever connected to her own flesh, like a missing limb. She knows how it feels and offers the nourishment of Compassionate Love and Understanding.

As a Child of God we have to obey the rules, but the end is the Power to do anything we Love that we claim was shared from Above. Every Day is a “Holy Day” in the 1st uinal of Unity. Our Eyes will see clearly when we complete the 1st uinal on 20/20, 7 Sun/AHAU, Position 20, Destiny Kin 20.

The Steps that will put a new rhythm and pattern into motion:

1 Crocodile/IMIX – is the Primordial Mother, also known as the Mother of Innovation. She is a resource for Discernment. IMIX shares wild ideas that come in random order, out of the blue. The “wild idea” isn’t as important as knowing that wild ideas will “come to us.”
2 Wind/IK – We recognize a Source greater than our Self. At the same time we question, “how will we reach an end?” We consider one way or another for the purpose of making a Choice. We have more questions than answers.
3 Night/AKBAL – A Voice will speak through a Dream. In Divine Trinity, we know One important “first thing” to do. If we are Vigilant at tracking our thoughts, we will remember that we didn’t have a clue on Tone 2. But, now we know what to do.
4 Seed/KAN – The “little dragon” is our connection to the Highest One. The Truth of who we are is written within, and we can Feel all the conditions that are right to grow.
5 Serpent/CHICCHAN – Is the Day of Empowerment through a Quickening of Spirit. The “little dragon” gets a jolt to Life through the Quickening of our Spirit. CHICCHAN is the Sixth Sense of the Heart.

The Sun is the way station for us to receive the Universal Light of Life, Love, and Happiness. Sun is the Omega and Crocodile/IMIX is the Alpha, the Consciousness of Life on Earth and the Light Above.

GUARDIAN OF THE FIRST TRECENA
13 Reed/BEN is the open channel for the Communion of Spirits, Above and Below. By the end of this 1st 13 days of Light, we’ll Remember the Truth of Answered Prayers. The Cherokee Turtle/DAK’SI rose from the depths of the sea to create dry land. The turtle is marked by 13 scales on its back.

The Elders taught us to “hold our power.” Dreams shared from the Highest Source are channeled one by one to each Human Being that was born to know.

To all my relations, may we rest while the Creator carries us under his wing. We have a “whole” life ahead. A Divine Creator will create the Time we need for a Dream that will last forever.

The Añjali Mudrā is a greeting and a farewell, a balancing of the right and left. The mudra acknowledges the Truth of Divinity and seals a Promise of Right Relationship.

The first exercise that was offered by Jose Jaramillo, the Mayan priest who shared the Mayan wisdom for my beginning, was to create our own Tzolk’in chart, by filling in the blanks for each of the 260-days. It’s surprising what you learn from a sequence of numbers by row, and from the Order of the Day signs. There’s an empty chart offered on the Daykeeper Resource Page. There’s a power of momentum that’s palpable when repeat ways that have been carried out over hundreds of years. Divine Inspiration comes to us while repeat the steps in unity.

Galactic Tone 1: Unity. The beginning of all things, the first and the whole, the all of one, assertive and self guided these persons give a good push to whatever project they are associated. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect one person’s to be attentive to details or put the finishing touches on things.

Crocodile/IMIX: Crocodile receives messages of primal creative force; simply the beginning of all things. Crocodiles who follow their hearts are seen as genius. There is no order to the primal messages, so Crocodile persons should direct their energies toward practical and cooperative efforts to bring productive results. Crocodiles have a strong nurturing energy and will work hard to provide security to family and friends. Being extremely territorial, Crocodiles must watch not to be over protective or too dominating. While in these states, Crocodiles are insecure, indecisive and emotionally volatile.

A GOOD DAY TO: Open to new beginnings.

Cherokee Turtle/ DAK’SI I’SB: Symbol, Turtle Island. Direction East. The Turtle Constellation Orion, one of three stars in the Cosmic Egg. In Mayan this is the Cosmic Hearth. Energy of Creative force at the one-on-one, personal level; dawn, awakening, birth. The beginning of each new era, this star in Orion appears with the rising Sun, heralding the creation of a new World cycle. TOTEM Imix/Dragon – Energy to understand all things sacred. Creation energy, connection for visions to learn the mysteries of the Universal knowledge. The dragon carries the source energy of life, revered in ancient cultures for power and wisdom.
