Holy Spirit, Bless the Hearts of the Whole and Carry Us from the Darkness to the Light.

Greetings Beloved Kin,
Wisdom/CIB represents Human’s highest state of Consciousness. Darkness and Light are weighed in the Balance. The totem Owl holds the power to see what lies behind, before, and all around. The Key to the Kingdom is Forgiveness, an expression of Love and Understanding.
Ephesians 6:12
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
CIB’s totem is the Owl, a Power to see what’s behind and beyond the darkness of worldly illusions. By our own experience we know the Truth is not what it appears to be. The glyph illustrates Human’s mind in its Highest State of Consciousness. We think we know what lies in the heart of another. CIB shares the Truth that we can only know by our own experience.
We are One. The hard experiences of life create the Compassionate Heart that “knows how it feels.” We are empowered by the Holy Spirit to embrace our own suffering for the Higher Cause of Understanding.
Proverbs 9:10-12 NIV
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For through wisdom your days will be many, and years will be added to your life. If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer.
The Offering of Love is more than a choice. Seeking the Truth is a Divine Order for our own Good. Love never fails. We are the one to suffer when we fail to follow the Greatest Commandment to Love the Lord with all our heart, and the second, like the first, to Love our Self and our Neighbor, just the same.
Jaguar/IX is the Mayan symbol of Spirit that leads a journey to see the Unseen Light in all living things. We can see the Truth in nature through the living creations that have no choice but to follow their Divine Instincts to Love. We are guided to a realization of Truth that we are all One and the Same in Spirit.
A Vision Quest is a pilgrimage to the Truth, Presence, and Power of Spirit. The Spirit within is the Truth of our “I Am.” We’re called to turn from every illusion of Darkness and to Reflect on the Light.
The Owl is the symbol of Wisdom to lead our Way. Wisdom takes Time to see the Truth. Wisdom is the Consciousness of knowing “we don’t know it all.” We’ll never know until we open our Heart to the Truth that lies beyond our first impressions. Every heart devoted to God’s Mission holds he Power to Heal the Heart of another who is longing to be seen and acknowledged for the Good that lies within.
The Owl is the Mystic Ferryman that holds the Torch Aloft to cross the divide between the living and the dead. When we dwell in the Light, Darkness is carried away. To cross over to the realm of Spirit, we have to leave all matters of darkness behind. The fare to cross is a Heart that weighs as Light as a Feather. We can call on the Power of Spirit to carry out God’s Order beyond our Human limitations.
Human’s limitation is the mind of Reason. We think too much, trying to know the Answer beyond all Human understanding. Only God can reveal the Unseen. We’re called by Faith to Reflect on the Truth of the moment and the Voice of Spirit that guides a way.
When we dwell on the Love of every living creation, we’ll realize that no living thing was created without the Consciousness of Love. Spirit can open our eyes to the masks we wear to hide our suffering and shame. Intentions of positivity last only as long as we can remember. We’re healed by the Source of Love that never fails.
We are gathered into the Sanctuary of “home” to find our Self within. Alone with the Creator we can be authentic. God wants us to share how we feel, even when we know we’re wrong. We can share our struggle of Faith, and everything we think is wrong with who we are. God is the One Eternal witness to our Light.
“The Answer is in the Question.”
That was the Elders response to every question of Spirit. I remember in the beginning how I wondered “why can’t they just tell us the Truth.” It took time to realize, we have an answer when we ask the question. Asking is an Intention to seek validation or clarity from another Human Being. The whole point of the exercise is to stand on our own Truth. Even when someone shares their answer, we decide whether we agree or not. We may be wrong, but following our own way, the Truth will speak for itself in Time. There’s no shame in being wrong when we learn from the experience.
We can’t think our way to the Truth beyond all imagination. Right or wrong, we’re Loved just as we are. Our big breakthroughs happen when we realize how wrong we can be about our Self and Others. No human is worthy of God’s Grace.
Every pilgrimage is a journey to an unknown destination, where we pray an Unknown Truth of Spirit will be revealed. A Power Greater than our Self leads the way.
Dear Lord,
Lead us to the place where we know your Love and a Divine Reason to be just as we are. Help us to see the same question in every Heart that bears the burden of shame. Create in us a Pure Spirit. Help us to be the Light for someone else to know that our true identity is the One we’d give our Life to be, if we only knew it was possible.
Help us to be like you. I know you can.
In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen and Amen.
love, in lak’ech, “i am another you”

FLEDGE WATCH: Big Bear Valley Eagle Cam
The Eaglets have become increasingly interested in the camera. They recognize it as an eye, but who’s watching? Do they feel the Love from an increasing audience, watching, waiting, and praying for the success of their first flight? I think Sonny is waiting on Gizmo. They also haven’t learned how to catch dinner. So it would make sense if they are waiting until they KNOW they can make it back to the nest. Gizmo doesn’t watch Sonny when he goes out on a limb. And Sonny keeps returning to his side. They know life is about to change forever. I have a feeling that one won’t go without the other, and that neither will go until they Know they can make it back home for dinner. And maybe they’ll hang around until Dad can teach them how to fish. The love in the nest is beautiful.
The Truth of Compassionate Love seen in every living thing.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.
Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons.
A GOOD DAY TO: Sit on a rock.
Cherokee, Owl/U’GUKU’ O’JJ: Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes. Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritative. Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.
