3 Night/AKBAL – Primary Purpose

Greetings Kin,

3 akbal

3 Night/AKBAL

This feels like a time for embracing the unknown and making the most of the wild-idea excitement that the IMIX trecena is offering us. The calendar is in synchronistic alignment with the Aquarius New Moon on February 8, 2016, which is forecast as a time for visionary thinking. new beginnings, and seeing the world from a whole new perspective. All the forces of nature seem to be propelling us into something brand new.

I’ve decided to ride the current  of creativity just to see where it might lead me while continuing to pray for my ongoing sanity. 🙂 I feel like if I defined a specific creation right now, I’d also be defining the limits of what it could be. As long as I’m having fun, I’m going to consider this the trecena of R & D.

THE TRECENA OF CROCODILE/IMIX

3 Night/AKBAL (Cherokee, Hearth/O’YA)

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.

Night/Akbal: Bringers of the Dawn. Dreamers who bring the new sun to clarify and illuminate the road of life. Thus the insecurities and doubts born of darkness of the sub-conscious mind are dispelled. These persons travel the Void. a place where nothing yet exists but all potential dwells, the womb of creation. From this void, Night persons bring forth new solutions and artistic inspiration. Night’s voyages of dreams build confidence and happiness with a sense of well being. If night does not bravely journey into the void they may find themselves wandering the darkness of self doubt and insecurity.

DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Primary Purpose

Galactic Tone 3 is the day we are encouraged to take action on our new dream or goal. By taking action or communicating our new idea we set it out upon the course of its creation to become its own energy and vibration. Night/Akbal is the place of the unknown where all potential lies and the Day Sign that can speak to us in our dreams.

The Cherokee describe the Akbal totem as empowering us with a high ability of discernment. opening portals to other worlds and dimension, and making magical abilities possible. (The excitement of the IMIX trecena is just getting started.)

Akbal is one of my favorite Day Signs because it talks about magic. When I was a kid and thought I was going to be in trouble, I remember whispering, “Peter Pan, Peter Pan.” (I think it was supposed to be Tinkerbell, but this was what stuck with me as the magic words.) We are surrounded by Earth magic, so it shouldn’t be so hard to believe in. For inspiration, listen to Matty’s Journal linked on the Inspiration page for her message about believing in magic.

We can put our magical power of creation to its highest use when we seek innovation for the service of mankind. This is a step above self-motivated creations that we have to remind ourselves to surrender for conformity to Divine Will. I’m talking about creations that from their conception were designed to fulfill that purpose. (New R&D draft concept… What if I actually STARTED my process of inspiration by thinking of others?)

To all my relations, may we create the world we would love to live in as we go along. May we recognize that when we seek to bring forth a creation for the pure benefit of all, it will always be the best creation we could bring forth for ourselves.
