5 Sun / AHAU – Path of Higher Learning: Day 5

5 Sun / AHAU

Greetings Kin,

Tone 5 brings the Intention of Empowerment, offering the strength for our upward climb. We are generating the momentum to complete the effort of Spiritual Growth toward an Intention of gaining new Wisdom.

Sun/AHAU is the most revered of all Day Signs as a symbol of Light, Life, and Happiness. Like Wisdom/CIB, Sun is a symbol of the Ascended Masters, as well as the Creator. Together they hold the Intention of our Creation, the Knowledge of our Purpose, and the Sum of all Divine Wisdom.

AHAU represents the Light of Illumination we are offered with each new day. As our Creator, Sun knows our capabilities and motivates us to invest ourselves in our Highest Performance.

Completing the 10th Uinal: The 260 days of the Tzolk’in is divided into 13 uinals (columns) of 20 days. The intention of each uinal corresponds with the meanings of the 13 Tones. The uinals reflect a Higher Purpose behind the scenes for each trecena. We are completing the 10th Uinal of Manifestation. Just as Tone 10 asks us to realize what we have created, 5 Sun/AHAU marks a day of an Important Realization of Accomplishment for this Tzolk’in round.

Sun/AHAU has the power to bring healing to everything brought into the Light. Not only can it dispel the darkness, but it can magnify the Truth of what has already been brought to Light. Sun/AHAU is a Day of Personal Realizations.

Sun is a Day Sign of the Visionary who offers the counsel of Wisdom on behalf of the people. AHAU is the Hero that leads with High Expectations. On Tone 5 of Empowerment, we stand in the light of Sun/AHAU, our hero and protector, who completes us through its Power of Illumination.

Sun would encourage us to see that we were Created as Enlightened Beings. We were born fully equipped with a Power of Discernment. There is no experience that we would dream of that we’re incapable to figure out. We are reminded again to look for the Light in our darkness.

The fear of the Ego can prevent us from moving forward when we don’t have all the answers. The Ego fears what is Unknown, as it fears the lack of knowledge we need to accomplish our dream. Sun would encourage us to follow the Light that we Can See… and, that this light will lead us to the next.

We can be discouraged by challenges and dreams that seem too far outside of our grasp. Though, if we are honest with ourselves, there’s at least one step forward we know we could take. Sun encourages us to see that if we can just take that one step, we’ll see the next Light up ahead. We don’t have to have all the answers to be successful. Even when we sacrifice our Dream for something we think is more attainable, it will still have its unknowns, and it equally holds the potential for failure. We don’t guarantee success by choosing something less than we want. In fact, it’s the very Passion we have for the thing we love that will see us through.

I’ve been thinking about so many people that are out of work. Our common battle cry is “Jobs, Jobs, Jobs.”  We’ve been Trained to believe we are born to work for someone else. Our Ancestors once did whatever they needed to do on their own. I think of all the opportunities we don’t even consider. No matter what our interest, we likely know at least one person or organization that could shed the first light. (I’ve procrastinated on two of my greatest dreams, because they seem too overwhelming to figure out. Yet in both cases, I know exactly where I could go for initial direction or feedback.)

Sun/AHAU always reminds me of the coach of a winning team. AHAU’s locker-room speech shines the light on all our experiences of accomplishment. “I watched you in practice. You know what to do. Don’t hold back. Don’t rest on the laurels of yesterday. Get out there and go for your Dream and give it your ALL!

To all my relations, may we remember the light that always shines in the darkness. May our eyes be opened to see a truth that is already staring us in the face. May we remember we already know how to take the first step. Climbing one step at a time, following one light to the next, we Can accomplish our dream. May we realize the Truth that we are already taking risks for something we Don’t Love. As we complete a larger cycle of Manifestation – may we look back to see what we’ve already learned. May we find encouragement in a Realization of progress we’ve already made, and remember the unknowns we manage every day. May Sun’s light reveal that our Highest Dream is no harder to reach than our compromise. Even if it takes time to accomplish, at least we would be doing something we care about. May we be willing to take the same chance on something we Love… something that our Ego convinced us was too far beyond our grasp. May we remember that miracles are made possible by a Leap of Faith that will be accounted for in the return of Divine Justice.

In lak’ech, I am another you

5 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK)

Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural networkers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.

Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.

Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures, and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
