MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Galactic Tone 13 completes a cycle of “7 days and 6 nights” of Creation. On Tone 13 we Ascend to a Higher Consciousness of our Relationship with the Creator, as Co-Creators Creating Creation.
Eagle/MEN offered a Heavenly Perspective so that we could see that our Experience of Living holds the Wisdom upon which the Creator would Discern our Divine Justice. Just as the Creator shares with us the Wisdom of Spirit, Human shares the Perspective of Earthly Experience. Through our experience of Injustice, the Creator discerns an Application of its Polar Opposite to Manifest the Divine Justice of Harmony and Equity.
When we offer our Whole Self to the Creator, placing our Hopes and Dreams in God’s Hands, we are One as Agencies of a Divine Creation. Through our prayers, we call Life to an Intention of Creation. Our call for Divine Intervention to help us Create Happiness, offers direction to a Divine Force of Creation.
There are many ways to accomplish the same thing. When we offer our prayers in Humility, surrendering our own Will, we allow the Creator to choose the Highest Outcome. Through the surrender of Free Will, we are Co-Creators of a Divine Creation. The Creator gave us the Authority to be the Dreamer who directs the Intention of a Creation. Our own Spark of the Creator, brings the Intention to Life. The Creator promises to make our Dream Come True, when we allow the Creator to Choose the Highest Manifestation. In this way, everything we would create would serve the Highest Good of the Whole. Our Dream would always Manifest as a Creation of the Justice of Harmony and Equity… an Offering to the Whole.
Deer/MANIK, also known as Hand, is the Day Sign of the Mayan Priest. The glyph illustrates a Hand with the thumb and forefinger grasping an Ether that completes a Circuit of Divine Power. We engage with the Unlimited Power of Creation when we surrender our Hopes and Dreams to the Creator. In the supplication of our prayers, we are asking the Creator to Participate in the manifestation of our Creation. Creating together in a Divine Communion, we serve as Hands of God.
An Ascension of Consciousness seats a new Understanding of our Sacred Gift of Choice. The Creator offered us the Gift of Choosing the Creation that we would Create Together. The Creator who Dreamed and Created the World, chose to Share the Experience of Creation from its Inception, as our own Dream. The Creator made a Choice to empower our Creation with the provision that it Serves the Highest Good.
Through an Atonement, our Hands serve a Divine Purpose. We are One in Divinity with the Creator, when our Hands are doing what the Creator would do. The Hand is a symbol of our own Will. Human holds the authority over its own Hands. Only Human can make the Choice to put their Hands into Service. Surrendering our Will to the Creator, our Hands become God’s Hands.
We are co-creators of our reality, whether or not we are aware of the process. Through a Choice to Serve a Divine Intention, we Ascend through a dynamic shift in Consciousness.
Today is the first Tone 13 in the 13th Uinal, magnifying the Power of our Ascension. The Number 13 represents the Supreme God of Creation, and our ability to draw the help of Divine Agency into our Human affairs through Ritual and Sacred Ceremony. By Offering our Hands, we are connected to the Creator’s Divinity.
Our Ascension Celebrates an engagement between the Above and the Below. The Eagle/MEN trecena guided an Intention for us to see what the Creator sees. Eagle offered us a Higher Perspective by raising us to the Heavenly Realm. Here we were able to See More Clearly that the Creator’s Intention was that we would share in the process of Creation. The Creator offers Unconditional Love as the Promise that there will be no hesitation to Serve as Our Co-Creator, in the moment we make a Choice to Grasp a Divine Source of Power by surrendering the Way it is carried out. This is what the Creator Dreamed that we would do… become Divine Creators, Creating the Beauty of Love and Divine Justice.
Deer/MANIK is a Spiritual Agent holding the Vigilance to Protect the People. Deer demonstrates the Power of Standing in its own Truth. Deer holds a Discernment of Truth that works in Communion with the Creator, offering Human the Unlimited Power to Create Harmony and Equity, the Justice for the Whole of Humanity.
To all my relations, this is a Day to Acknowledge and Celebrate a Transformation to Higher Consciousness. May we give thanks for a Higher Truth, and our capability to reach an Ascended State of Consciousness of the Creator’s participation in our Lives. May we recognize the magnitude of the Gift in serving as the Creator’s Hands, and Know that we were designed to Hear and Discern the Voice of the Creator in order to carry that out. May we be Humbled by the Truth that we are Capable to Discern the Voice of the Creator, and Ascend to a Higher Truth that the Creator is vigilant to hear our prayers. May we consider the Creator’s Highest Aspiration is Divine Justice, and that through our Atonement, nothing would stand in the way of the Manifestation of the Creator’s Intention for Creation.

13 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.
Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions. Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer: A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician. Ability to create harmonic resonance.
