MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
8 Eagle/MEN is the Holy Day of the Star/LAMAT’s trecena of our Highest Ascension. The Maya consider both the 8th and 9th Tones as Holy Days with 8 being the Sacred Number of Pure Spirit. The Peak Energy of Tone 8 shifts us through the engagement of Divine Agency. The effort of our Spiritual Growth will be returned in a Sacred Exchange.
Tone 8 connects to the Discernment of Spirit and engages us with Divine Intervention. Eagle/MEN returns from the last trecena, to lift us again to a Higher Proximity to the Creator. We are elevated for a Discernment from the Mind of God.
Every 13 days we are offered this Sacred Exchange that returns the Justice of Transformation in Divine Measure to what we have given. The work of Higher Consciousness is as simple as holding the Intention to realize it. Our effort to experience the Creator’s Unconditional Love was the Purpose for our Creation. In an effort of Consciousness of this Love, we are Atoned in Oneness with the Creator’s Highest Intention.
In the Star/LAMAT trecena, whatever is focused on is Multiplied to Abundance.
Just as the Star/LAMAT trecena is multiplying the focus of our Consciousness, so will be multiplied the Blessing of Divine Justice. We accomplished our Highest Aspiration by being Present with our Longing of Spiritual Consciousness.
Eagle/MEN is the Day Sign of the Intermediary, one who lifts us up so that we can see something for ourselves. Through an elevation in our Vibration and Frequency we are made able to Discern something new. On this Holy Day, the Dream we Dared to Dream will return a Blessing in seeing them as they are seen through Eyes of the Creator.
The higher we rise, the nearer we are to the Mind of the Creator. The Creator observes the Universe as an illusory experience, the substance of which is created by our own discernment. We create the nature of our own world by our perception of reality. On the Tone of Pure Spirit, we are made capable to see the Realness in the Beauty and Substance of a world we can create from within.
The Star/LAMAT trecena focuses on our Identity as a Personification of Light. With the help of Higher Vision, the Peak Tone 8 begins a Transformation to the Consciousness of our own Light. Our Light is gathered from the Pure Love of the Creator to be Multiplied to Abundance.
An application of Divine Justice insures our efforts are measured in fairness. We are all born with different talents, capabilities, limitations, and circumstances. What is an extraordinary effort for one, might be easy for another. The Divine Measure by the Creator is an assessment of our Spiritual effort. Divine Justice is the Blessing of Harmony and Equity for All.
To all my relations, may we Know that the human understanding of our success or failure is an Illusion raised for Divine Discernment. Through our Higher Vision, may we see in the Mind of the Creator that our Hearts reflect the True Measure of our Light. Our Consciousness of the Unconditional Love of the Creator is our Light that Shines in the Darkness. From a Higher Elevation, may we see we are One in a heaven of stars, each shining our own Light. May we see that the world we experience through a Higher Consciousness within, holds every Beauty and Happiness we would ever dream to Create. May we see the Creator’s Intention of Unconditional Love was brought to Life on the Breath that Spoke Human into Being.

8 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)
Galactic Tone 8: Justice. Harmony and balance are the intent of Eight. Eights carefully weighs all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement ‘as above, so below,’ from simplicity to infinity, the energy of eight organizes all levels of creation, some eights are ‘neat freaks.’
Eagle/MEN: Intermediary between Heaven and Earth. Due to the Eagles superior point of view and keen intelligence, they achieve material abundance and good fortune. A messenger gifted with patience and a deep sense of value, Eagle brings hope and trust on the wings of Spirit. Eagle persons are very detail oriented and technically inclined. Compassionate service to others sustains prosperity for Eagle personas as the flapping of wings would sustain their bird brothers. If Eagle becomes viciously competitive or possessive, greed and jealousy cause a fall from the heights. Eagles, being blessed with freedom of movement, should be aware of escapism. Eagles may be tempted to just fly away from troubles by using indulgences.
Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI: Symbol is Mars the Spirit Warrior. He is a minion of Grandfather Moon. Eagles were the warrior society, the braves the protectors of the nation.Women were included. There was no discrimination which is reflected in the language: third person singular is divided into animate, human and animate, not human instead of he and she. The energy of high hopes and anticipations, dreams and visions, cosmic consciousness and commitment. On earth a provider of excellence, leader, husbandry, care-taking of others, financial security and inheritance. Totem-Eagle. Powerful energy for success in worldly affairs, due to far seeing vision. Ability to create masses of money and abundance through an intellectual type of profession. Eagle asks for what he desires and manifests it. Professor, lawyer, teacher, leader.
