MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 6 brings the Intention of Flow in a Rhythm and Pattern of Movement. Depending on the Creator, and Remembering the Peace we knew in the womb of Pure Consciousness are the Spiritual Tools we needed to accomplish our new Spiritual Growth.
Sun/AHAU, the Divine Father, is teaching us to discipline our thoughts. As we become familiar with the Power of these tools, we become more willing to turn to them. At first, we’ll have to make the Conscious Choice (between suffering and happiness). With a little practice we won’t have to think twice. We’ll automatically Choose Happiness.
Serpent/CHICCHAN brings a Gift of “lightning in the blood.” CHICCHAN is the catalyst that lights the fuse of Spiritual Life Force and our Sixth Sense of Knowing. CHICCHAN is the “magic” behind all the Spiritual Gifts that connect us to Divine Consciousness, like the Lightning that connects the Above and the Below.
Tone 6 offers the Peak Energy for Performance. This is a good day for getting things done. Peak Days are a good time to check in with our experience of the energy. The next time we make such a climb, we’ll remember a better day is coming. You may notice that you’re more self-motivated on Peak Days. The energy feels more like Friday, than a Monday morning. We’re inspired by a sense of personal accomplishment. Make note of the feeling for comparison the next time you reach Tone 6.
Peak Days are always good for important meetings and assignments. Whether conscious of it or not, others feel the influence. Peak days hold potential for symbiotic relationship. Teachers on my Mayan path always scheduled their teachings on the Peak Tones of the trecena.
Happiness is my reason for following the Tzolk’in. Every 13 days offer something to look forward to. I’ve learned that circumstances that seem impossible one day, can look entirely different the next. I’m more willing to use my Spiritual Gifts, knowing Happiness is possible even in the dark. Identifying as “the victim” begins to feel like wasted time when you know a solution. Small steps are meaningful because they can become a habit.
CHICCHAN ignites our Consciousness through sensations in the body. CHICCHAN connects Body and Soul in an experience of Spiritual Connectedness, like a charge of electricity tingling up our spine to the top of our head, raising hair and goosebumps. CHICCHAN is a whole-body response to Spirit. You might relate to the feelings you had as you were handed a diploma, or the moment the bride appears at the wedding. We feel the significance of the moment. CHICCHAN is the gut feeling to turn left instead of right.
Serpent/CHICCHAN is a symbol of Dragon Energy, like the ley lines that cross the Earth, there is a measurable influence of vibration and geomagnetic energy. We can’t see it, but we can feel it. We know its there.
Our Vigil of Light is preparing us to be the “wounded healer,” ready to Give Love, even as we face our own injustice. The perception of injustice is our highest hurdle to overcome. We employ our power to carry it out when we remember the Divine Return in the feeling of connection.
To all my relations, may we give thanks for the Spiritual Tools that can carry us through to Higher Ground. May we see our own proof of progress. May we pay attention to our gut feelings, and Acknowledge them as the special gift they really are. “To thine own self be True” will become a habit. Our Faith will cease to depend on validation by someone else. We will see the value in our own Truth, and extend that same Freedom to others who hold a different point of view. May we offer thanks and appreciation for our own Gifts of Knowing.
n lak’ech, i am another you

A NEW COMMITMENT TO GRATITUDE:
I’m sharing a the “21-Days of Gratitude” as a perpetual Personal Ceremony through the next journey to 8 Monkey/CHUEN Maya New Year. The “21 days” begin and end on Jaguar/IX.
21-Days of Gratitude: Day 12
I’m grateful for Spiritual Gifts that we can Feel and Know are Real. I’m grateful that like a seed, our Spiritual Gifts can also grow to Abundance.
Article: Why Is Earth’s Schumann Resonance Accelerating?
Science has identified Human’s correspondence with the rhythm of the Earth. The Earth’s resonance frequency (7.85 hz) is said to be “in tune” with the human brain’s alpha and theta states. Both Human and Earth are moving into higher frequencies of vibration. Note: You can find recordings of these frequencies on YouTube. The sound may be beyond your range of hearing, though you may notice when it stops. Links: 7.85 hz; 17 hz (Accelerated Earth Frequency)

5 Serpent/CHICCHAN (Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI)
Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.
Serpent/CHICCHAN: Movement and the creation of time. Sensual and dramatic, this sun sign embodies intense instinctual wisdom and creates a connection from Earth bound, to Heavenly aspirations. By sincere service to others, Serpent opens and expands its heart. Serpent aligns authority and the truth to bring justice that is quick and sure. Serpents are very adaptable, even fluid until trapped in a corner, and then they explode. Serpents, venomous temper poisons itself as well as others by creating resentful, suppressive and even destructive attitudes.
Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI: Serpent’s symbol is Constellation Serpens. Serpent people are Sky people who come to earth periodically as Educators. As above-So below, on Earth the Serpent is the roots of the tree of knowledge. Serpent power is vital energy, the moving force, the instinct and desire for creativity, the trigger that sets off the action. It lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself. Knowledge, combining science, technology and psychology, plus spirituality are seeded on the planet.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
