MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 6 establishes a Rhythm and Pattern of Movement. Our climb of Spiritual Growth takes on the Momentum of Forward Movement. The energetic of Tone 6 is compared to the movement of a Great Athlete engaged in its Peak Performance. Tone 6 is a day of Peak Energy and Performance.
Wisdom/CIB illustrates the Mind in its Highest State of Consciousness. CIB is the Master Teacher and a symbol of the Ascended Masters all as One… a Divine Collective of Wisdom. CIB relates to Human’s capability through Consciousness to acquire Wisdom from our Human experience. CIB is Human Wisdom that is different than the Creator’s DIvine Wisdom. CIB holds Wisdom that is drawn from the personal experience of living in the realm of physicality. This Wisdom is the Bond of Hope born through a Human Hero… one we Knew was as limited as we are, and who would have faced the same struggles and fears of powerlessness.
August 8th is recognized as the 8:8 Lion’s Gate, a portal to Higher Consciousness and Enlightenment. It is said to be an opening to the Light of the Great Central Sun. The 2018 portal is forecast as a powerful one, aligned in the eclipse season that brings conclusions to Solar cycles of Enlightenment. The Divine Justice symbolized by the number 8 that the Maya defined as the number of “pure spirit,” would be an Awakening to see the Light beyond our Creative Void of Darkness.
They say when the student is ready to learn, the Teacher will Appear. All our experiences of the climb have raised the Questions that deserve the Answers that can be shared by the Wisdom of the Elders. CIB relates the Truth that the Highest State of Consciousness is made possible by Forgiveness.
Forgiveness is the Key that opens the Gates to a Divine Kingdom. Through our own experience of holding Faith in our Power to Create, we realize how impossible it can seem. This seeming impossibility is at the Heart of our Human fear of powerlessness. The suffering we all Humanly impose on one another is born of our common illusion of powerlessness.
We all express our Human perceptions of powerlessness in a different way. Some wield their power over others to gain some sense of control. Others shrink in fear and hide with their Truth in the shadows. Others move ahead without any discernment of direction, believing they must force themselves to overcome the fear Right Now, before they’ve considered the factor of Divine Timing. Whenever our movement is motivated by fear, we will manifest the truth of powerlessness.
There are so many ways that Humans respond to their fear. We all have fears as part of our Human Nature to survive. We hurt one another every time we express fear, projecting our own sense of fear onto the thoughts of another. Our deepest resentment of one another stems on blaming someone else for our limitations to believe in our own dreams. We take it so personally, we believe the false truth that it was done intentionally, when the offense was actually born from an anger at one’s Self in allowing an outside influence the Power of Control. We have to see that we are just as guilty. If we can’t see it, we can see the movements and communications that we have spoken out of fear. We can probably remember a person or a situation where we were on the defense, and expressed it. That was a movement born with a vibration of fear. It’s ending was darkness. Somewhere, somehow, we projected darkness onto someone else, whether we knew it or not. We are all guilty. We can Forgive and Forget when we are Conscious of the Truth that all the suffering we inflict on one another is just the reflection of all our suffering.
It takes this Wisdom to see beyond the outside of Human. You can’t judge a book by its cover. The person before you who wields all the power is pressing a point in fear of being seen as weak. We can Forgive when we see it all as mere thoughts floating in the Ether. We can let the ones we don’t want to claim float right by. With Wisdom we CHOOSE the Wise Thoughts that we would intend on purpose to hold onto.
I’m suddenly struck by the vision of Dante’s Inferno, the collective of Humanity writhing in the darkness, and all reaching for the Light. That image is only the equal and opposite reflection of Light that holds everything in Balance. The Creative Void is the Unknown, and the Darkness of ALL possibility. As we reach in to draw forth our own Creation, we can look into the Unknown with our Jaguar Vision. The Creative Void holds all thoughts of possibilities. With Eagle Vision, we only have to grasp the thoughts of Creation that shine with the Intention of Love. We are directed by our own Senses of Love and Fear. With Fear, there will always be a question unanswered. With Love we Hold the Power of Knowing and Believing. Like an Eagle, it’s easy to follow a path, feeling our way along a Vibration of Love.
Forgiveness is as great a Blessing to the Giver as it is to the Receiver, sharing the Divine aspect of Unconditional Love. The Receiver of Forgiveness is given the Blessing of Knowing that another Human saw them has holding value that was apparent beyond their own behavior. The Receiver that receives Unconditional Love, Knows it was inspired by something Higher than Human Nature. The Giver who Forgives, is Seen in Light of the Divinity that Inspired the Forgiveness. The Forgiver Knows the Receiver saw the Creator as part of the Unconditional Love received.
On our path to our Dream we can hold the Wisdom of Forgiveness to find our way. Wisdom offers us the tolerance and understanding of one another to know that any offenses weren’t meant to hold us back. Nor do they create any obstacles in our path. We can see them for what they are. We don’t have to discern whether a choice will be good or bad, a direction of success or failure. We only have to do the next Wise thing we know to do. We only need to direct our eyes in Spirit to focus on our end destination, and as the Elders would say, “Plant corn and potatoes,” which amounts to “go do the dishes” and let things unfold as they will moving forward as the Wise direction becomes clear.
Number 88 is a powerful number as it is made up of the energies of the number 8, doubled and amplified. Number 8 carries the vibrations and attributes of patience, practicality and dependability, personal authority and power, discernment and good judgement, ambition and potential, business acumen, finding success and manifesting wealth and abundance, self-discipline and responsibility, inner-wisdom, justice and Karma – the Universal Spiritual Law of Cause and Effect. [Sacred Scribes]
The number 88 reflects two symbols of Infinity, connecting Divine Intentions of Abundance Above, with Human’s Divine Intentions Below. We are given the Gift of Wisdom that the principle of Cause and Effect is a Universal Law. Our Intentions hold the Power to Cause a Creation. What is not seen by Human eyes in the realm of Spirit is proven by evidence we can see in the Below.
The Cherokee Day Sign, the Owl, is the mystic ferryman that upholds the Light that leads to the other side. The Owl holds the Power to see in the Dark. The Owl holds the torch aloft to our pathway to the stars.
To all my relations, may we Humble our Self to see that we are no less to blame in the experience of our suffering and nor do we cause any less harm than another when we react out of Fear. May we see the Cause and Effect of Fear is darkness on both sides. May we see the Cause and Effect of Unconditional Love and Forgiveness as an experience of Divinity on both sides. May we forgive to initiate a Sacred Exchange of Forgiveness and Light. As we imagine our Self in our own Best Light, may we Know the Creator’s Justice would be that we ALL see our Self and One Another in the Best Light, in Harmony and Equity. May we Know see that we are all reaching for the same Light, all Dreaming a Dream of Love. If we are Conscious to Know it, we have chosen our Self to help carry it out for the Whole. May we serve as the Hero who offers Forgiveness for One and for All, to be Received by the Whole as the Divine Gift of Unconditional Love.

21 DAYS of GRATITUDE: Day 3
Observing 21 days of Personal Sacred Ceremony is a traditional preparation for the K’iche Maya New Year, 8 B’atz (8 Monkey/CHUEN). The New Year is a celebration of Time, and the day of Initiation for the new Mayan Daykeepers. We are preparing for an initiation into a new way of being. We can employ the Magic of the Jaguar by observing these 21 Days in Gratitude.
I’m Grateful that every Law of Spirit is evidenced in the world below. I’m grateful that in seeing I am equally to blame, I can forgive AND FORGET.

6 Wisdom/CIB (Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’)
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons. A good day to sit on a rock.
Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’: Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes. Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritative. Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.

UPDATE ON A LIFE DREAM:
I mentioned a few weeks back a potential opportunity to travel to the Mayan pyramids. The vision is clearing as an opportunity for accommodations has been manifested. I’ve started a gofundme page to raise money for the ticket and expenses related to book publishing scheduled for Spring 2019. Please only share if its Easy. You are already the blessing of just being here. (But you could help me spread the word.) much love, in lak’ech, Debra https://www.gofundme.com/life-dream-a-pilgrimage-of-spirit
