Algiz – Symbol of the Sage that knows the Highest Meaning and Purpose of our Life – to Save another.
Greetings Beloved Kin,
7 Days and 6 Nights is the sum of the whole 13, the symbol of theurgy – an Offering offered from the Creator, that through our Holy Rituals and Sacred Ceremonies, we prepare our own Heart to Receive, because we Know we Moved for God, we hear our own voice, the Sound of our Feet. Mother Earth feels the Prayers when we’re up at night and when everything comes to live at a new Sunrise.
“According to halakha or custom, the hands are washed on a number of occasions. These include before and after eating a meal with bread; upon awaking in the morning; after using the toilet; before eating karpas in the Passover seder; and before prayer.”
I remember a long night of my own making decades ago. There was no hope, over some parking tickets I couldn’t pay. Evening news announced a plan to boot the wheels on the cars of the worst offenders. That was me, after a cold Kansas Winter, making calls, and sure I could get in/out in time. But, never did. How could I carry on without a way ANYWHERE?
I didn’t feel such a Divine Connection then. I wanted to be heard. I was brought to my knees in the night. I KNEW if I did, God WOULD hear me, and I could KNOW. I imagined placing the tickets on an altar, and before it was over, crawled up there too.
The Answer came overnight. I would just go take my 100+ tickets and stand in line before the judge. It was a rag-tag tribe, and from the outside, I looked more capable than most to take care of myself at 32. When it was my turn, I presented the shoebox full. When asked to explain the reason, I told the judge I was a single parent, and them aside, until it was too much to pay.
He looked for a minute. Asked, “Why now?” I only said, “Fear.”
He ordered that I could pay $20 now, and the clerk could set a schedule. I made a 2nd payment by check, as ordered. The following month, my payment was sent back with a note “no outstanding balance.” I called to ask about my account. They said they couldn’t find any account.
Holy, Holy, Holy, I give thanks that when we reach, you are always there to flood our heart, body, and soul with your Living Water. I’m grateful for all the proven and worthy tools you have give, so we Know you will hear, and then you Answer.
Love, in lak’ech, i am another you

13 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)
Definition of the Tones and the Day Signs by Ian Xel Lungold
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer: A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.
