GLOBAL BURNER DAY: 4 Sun/AHAU, August 26, 2023

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Global Burner Days mark the center of every Season for the Whole, and the center of our personal seasons by the Count of Days of each Mayan birthday. Global Burners always fall on the 4th Tone of Stability from the birthday we share as 4 Sun/AHAU. 4 Sun/AHAU is marked as the Birthday of Humanity, the day the Seed and Light of our Spirit was planted on Mother Earth.

There’s a perpetual debate by the academics on the actual Time and Date for a calendar round of 13 Baktuns. It’s impossible to calculate the Time without question with baktun cycles of 144,000 days, that spans 1,872,000 days when multiplied by 13, from all the 365 vague-years from a beginning to an end. There is also a question that arises about the actual day that the Gregorian date began. The easiest measure for “about Time” is 1,872,000 divided by 365 days. 13 baktuns is 1,872,000 days divided by 365 to equal “about 5,128.767123287671 years (144,000 days x 13 = 1,872,000 days, divided by 365 vague-years = an about “sum of the whole” less than 5,128.767123287671 years, considering all the leap years of 366 days. Though, all sources agree that long count ends on 4 Sun/AHAU. The end count of December 21, 2012 was based on the Tzolk’in date 4 Sun/AHAU by the Mayan count, if every Day was counted perfectly. (That’s as close as we can guess, assuming that by Human limitation there were no errors, over the course of thousands of years.)

If you’ve followed my count for 260 days of any Tzolk’in round, you have likely seen my errors and corrections. It’s been impossible to be perfect every day for 260 days no matter how hard I think I’ve tried. If this is true, then consider the errors likely over 1,872,000 days.

Only the Creator knows the Time and the Hour of the end of the Creation.

Matthew 24:36-38 (Easy-to-Read Version)
36 “No one knows when that day or time will be. The Son and the angels in heaven don’t know when it will be. Only the Father knows. 
37 “When the Son of Man comes, it will be the same as what happened during Noah’s time. 38 In those days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving their children to be married right up to the day Noah entered the boat.

 

We weren’t intended to know the Day or the Hour. We were offered the Sacred Right to “choose by Faith” up to the very last moment of our Life on Earth. The only Time of Life “we know” is about 3.5 minutes, after the Creator has shared our last breath. That’s about as long as we maintain our consciousness before death. But, in that 3.5 minutes “we know” and the Time for a “choice by Faith” is over.

The mystery of Time is written throughout the Bible, and I assume it’s the same for every tradition that shares the written Word of the Creator. The “signs” of this Truth of not knowing are revealed wherever you see a reference to the “about time” on any scale. There are a lot of “about times” in the Bible.

4 Sun/AHAU is one of those “about times” for us to choose to claim our Faith in the Supreme Lord of Creation, by the closest measure of all those who have counted the days from the beginning. This “about time” by the Tzolk’in count falls on August 26, 2023, the Global Burner, 4 Sun/AHAU. The day before, August 25, 2023 is forecast by astronomers as the day a new “hyperbolic comet” will be visible for us to identify near Gemini’s brightest stars, Castor and Pollux. The mythology of Castor and Pollux is a story about half-brother twins – one born of flesh (Castor), and the other, the first born of Spirit (Pollux). Pollux, the son of Spirit, offered eternal life, is the brightest of the twins.

Castor and Pollux are later to have sailed among the Argonauts with Jason in search of the Golden Fleece. By most accounts, Castor was killed in battle and Pollux could not bear to live without him. Pollux begged Zeus to let him die too. Zeus could not grant the gift quite as asked, since Pollux was a god’s son and therefore immortal. But Zeus decreed that Pollux would spend every other day in Olympus with the gods, and the rest of the time in the underworld with his brother.

To honor the brothers’ devotion, Zeus placed their constellation in the sky as a remembrance. (EarthSky.org’s full-account of the mythology)

In Greek mythology, the Golden Fleece is the fleece of the golden-woolled, winged ram, that offered the power of flight. 

Myths and stories passed down as spoken words represent the first ways that Human conveyed the legends of Spirit, and supernatural Truths of Spirit in a tangible way that human could understand from the wisdom of a Human’s tangible experience. It’s not so hard to relate the Golden Fleece and the power of flight made possible through the “sacrifice of the Lamb.”

One of the myths shared by the indigenous tribes was a Sign to come as a “green star” in the sky, that was said to herald an event of 3 days of darkness on Mother Earth. The 3 days of darkness is a legend shared by more than one tradition. The Elders said that when the Green Star appeared, it marked the Time to gather provisions and to enter a sanctuary, covering all the windows and doors so that no light could enter. Once the door was closed, no one was allowed in – no matter who it may “appear to be,” as the “evil spirit” was given reign to roam on Earth. The 3 days represented the final battle between the darkness and the light.

The 3 days of darkness is a prophecy also written in the Bible, as a three-day period in which the earth will be darkened and the world will be shaken by natural disasters. The biblical prophecy foretells three days and nights of “an intense darkness” over the whole earth, against which the only light will come from blessed beeswax candles, and during which “all the enemies of the Church … will perish.” The prophecy parallels the Ten Plagues against Egypt (Exodus 10:21-29).

The Elders described it as too dark to see your hand in front of your face, and time to hunker down in a prayer closet with the provision of water until the time was over. The story reminded me of the scene from Indiana Jones, when the Arc was opened and salvation depended on looking away or closing your eyes to the evil that was all around. (I’m also reminded of the Zombie Apocalypse, where faces may be familiar, but we cease to know “who they really are” or “what they want.”) Courage and Faith in the Highest Source of Divine Guidance is the only way to make it through, because, like Pollux, we love one another.

That’s a long way around to note that this unpredictable hyperbolic comet appears as a Green Star, becoming visible on the day before 4 Sun/AHAU, a Tzolk’in date tied to the accounting of the “end of time.” (Though, the Maya didn’t say it was the end, but an “end and a new beginning.”)

Back to Global Burners:

Global Burners mark the day for a release of “what no longer serves” from the cycle and season that has ended, before. They are said to be times when our Human emotions may be pushed to their limits. On Global Burner days the Mayan priest carries out the Sacred Fire Ceremony for the purpose of drawing the community back together again in Harmony and Right  Relationship. Days leading up the event can feel like a crescendo of stress from a “fear of tomorrow.” The Maya prepared by counting 21 days of Gratitude, 3 weeks of 7 days, employing the Jaguar’s “earth magic” to count our blessings.

The only way to prepare for Time Unknown is to Count our Blessings EVERY Day for the purpose of Seeing and Acknowledging a Divine Creator that “shared his name” and destiny (Sun/AHAU).

August 25, 2023 is the day before, 3 Storm/CAUAC. CAUAC marks the day of a storm on the horizon when we’re called to find cover in a Sanctuary within. CAUAC holds Position 19, a whole investment of Faith that manifests the “zero of 20” – the sum of the power of Human’s Hands below, and the Hands of the Highest One Above. Number 19 is a symbol of “God’s Signature.” Storm/CAUAC is the Light brighter and hotter than the Sun that finds a path to the Hearts that are reaching by Faith to Know, like the Streamers of positive energy that are drawn by attraction to the Highest Power of Attraction from a realm beyond the stars. 3 Storm/CAUAC reflects the Myth of an Unbridled light display in the heavenly vault.

There is nothing to fear if you know you’ve chosen to stand in Divine Trinity, holding Faith in the Creator’s Highest Will for an end of Beauty and Ever-lasting Love. It’s always “about time” we made the Divine Choice to step into the shoes of the Brightest Star born of Spirit.

Genesis 1: 14-19 – The Creation at the Beginning
14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

John 14:18-31 NKJV – The Promise for the End. 
I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?” Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me. “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I. “And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe. I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me. But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me commandment, so I do. Arise, let us go from here.

The Haab year by Northern Count is guided by 12 Road/EB, the Day of Human’s Road to our Destiny Destiny.  By the Aztec tradition, 12 Road/EB is symbolized as “The Grass” (Mallanali), Human’s “perennial Spirit” that SHALL rise again. (A Divine day for the oppressed, and a very bad day for the Oppressor). If ANY Human attempts to enter the Sanctuary you are called to by the Storm/CAUAC, remember that every Human can live 3 days without food or water, and that a Divine Choice is offered up to the “about 3 minutes” when we know we’ve been given our “last breath” by the Divine Heart of Sky. We weren’t meant to carry the whole world on our shoulders. We were given the “wings to fly” by the Divine Sacrifice of a Savior that served as the “lamb of God.”

We don’t have to wait until the last moments “to Know” when we claim the Truth of a Divine Creator of Unconditional Love in the Present that is always “Here and Now.”

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:26–27).

The Fires are Burning Above and Below. Fire is the Element that transmutes all matter into energy, leaving only the ashes behind. May we keep the “home fires” burning through every Offering to Give Back and Pay Forward the blessings of ever-lasting Love through our Forgiveness.

We CAN see that “It’s About Time,” no matter when the Divine Time may be, to claim the Salvation that is promised when we follow the way of the “Christ Spirit,” as children of a Divine Creator of Unconditional Love.

Galactic Tone 11: Resolution; 11 assists every new thing to find its place in the universe in the process of ‘fitting in.’ some modifications must occur. Eleven is the energy of dynamic actions facilitating change, simplification and improvement.

Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness.

Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians.  Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. Panthers have unlimited imaginations, visualizations, and are spellbinding speakers. The Cherokee Totem Jaguar is the guardian of the portals to other dimensions; shamanic abilities will open; multi-dimensional magic; healer, leader, way shower energy when used for spiritual growth.  Conducive to pray for grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters and wives day. For wisdom at 4 Balances, cunning and protection of Mother Nature. To thank the Earth for sustenance. Ix is the native cunning, enterprising, vigorous, bold and realistic.
