11 Jaguar / IX
Jaguar/IX is a symbol of the Divine Feminine and the nahaul of Spirit. The strength and will of the Divine Masculine is brought into balance by the Feminine aspects of Compassion and Divine Discernment. Jaguar/IX is the Guardian of Mother Earth, the Spirit that guides our Highest Choices on behalf of the whole. Cycles led by IX are observed as Days to offer prayers for Grandmothers, Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Aunts and for all those who serve in the role of Compassion and Empathy.
The Jaguar walks the path of beauty in stealth as a Power of Spirit that guards the sacred sites and temples around the world. We are reminded by the Jaguar that Compassion and Love should never be mistaken for weakness. Jaguar’s are admired for their beauty and agility, though they leave a heavy footprint behind.
Tone 11 raises the Intention of Resolution. 11 IX reflects the Divine Feminine and inner strength of resolve, every Mother reveals when they are guarding the lives of their offspring. The Jaguar shares its heightened senses, like the Mother’s Intuition. The Jaguar is rarely seen for their consciousness of the movement of every living thing in their parameter.
Tone 11 raises the Truth to crystal clarity. On Tone 11 the priests and shaman climb to the highest altar to receive an offering of Truth from the Highest Perspective. When the Jaguar appears, we’re guided on a journey to the East, where Sun rises and the Light shines on the Beauty of Life in every new beginning.
Jaguars are amongst the most powerful of all cats, with a remarkable set of musculature in addition to their impressive jaws. It has been estimated that they are capable of exerting a lift force of more than 700 pounds, and can deliver a strike of close to 500 pounds of force.
To truly understand this magnitude of strength, the fact that a jaguar’s bite can generate 1,500 PSI, enough to crack skulls or winter bones with ease.
- Jaguar bite force: 1,500 PSI (10 times greater than human bite force)
- Adult jaguar teeth size: 2 inches
- Jaguar paw swipe force: 5,500 to 15,000 lb.-ft./s
- Jaguar paw size: approximately 4×4.8 inches
- Adult jaguar weight: 150 to 300 pounds
The power of the Human Spirit is a Force to be reckoned with when we stake our claim on the Life of our Dreams. When we’ve chosen a Dream in Divine Trinity with the One Above, the Force of our Spirit is multiplied to the High, Higher, and Highest Power. The Jaguar’s gifts are awakened in us when we “hereby resolve” to follow the Creator’s path that promises Beauty in the end. Once we Know a Truth of Divine Provision, we Feel the Truth that nothing will stand in our way.
The Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians. Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld.
A panther is not a single species, but is a term that is most often used to describe a black jaguar or a black leopard. The Mayan called the Jaguar’s the Balams. Ek’ Balam is known as the Black “Star” Jaguar ruins. Every sacred site is a place for an Initiation. Ek’ Balam holds the purpose for an Illumination of Darkness. On my pilgrimage to the place I thought that meant that darkness would be turned to Light. That was the truth in the end, though in the Time and Place I witnessed human darkness as I had never seen it before. I also held the sense of Divine Protection by an Unseen Spirit that guarded the place. I had many fears about traveling alone, though my heart knew I was protected by the Reason Why.
IX resides in the North, the up-above place of Divine Wisdom. Holding the Element of Air, IX can share the Truth of a Divine Promise that change our perspective about what we are capable to do. Through the strength of our Spirit we are far more capable than we might ever imagine, when we’re resolved by the Creator’s Truth to follow our Dream all the way to the end. Truth is the Way and the Light to see through the Darkness.
Once you’ve seen the Unseen Truth, it can never be hidden again. Number 11 is the Master Number of Divine Inspiration that is offered from a Divine Source, a Power Greater than our Self. The Voice of Spirit that guides us through the Element of Air carries weight, like Truth that leaves its footprints on our heart to guide our way.
It’s like the Truth when we realize we’ve been living our life walking on eggshells. Once we see the choice is ours to go where our heart longs to be, we know what we’re looking for by where we’ve been. Once you see it, you can’t forget how it feels. Through the help of the Highest One, we’ll know exactly where we belong.
We are guided to every place of Knowing by Powers of Spirit beyond sight, but clearly seen and felt through the heart. The Jaguar’s path is a solitary journey that’s beautiful when we know we’re never alone.
The “earth magic” of the Jaguar is Gratitude. When we stop to count our blessings, we remember how they never end. For all the doubts and fears from our past, by Divine Agency, we’re still alive and we are resolved to live as who we are forever more.
Invisibility is the Jaguar’s cover of Divine Protection in the world. When we’re not trying to be Seen, trying to prove who we are, we become a Divine Witness of everything that’s going on. Instead of thinking of the next thing we should say, we’ll see the Truth that’s right in front of our face. Silence is Golden when we see that we can read between the lines. We can never change the way some will see us, no matter what we say or do. We all create our own reality, and it will never be the same until we all Choose together to face the Truth and only the Truth at every cost. Through the death of our Ego, we are born again to our own Reality. When it’s grounded by a Truth of Divine Trinity, we’ll never fear the darkness again. When know the Creator will provide, we’ll never see the darkness in the same way again.
To follow the Jaguar’s path, look down at your feet. If the footprints are invisible, you can claim the Truth that you’re exactly where you are supposed to be. We are guided by an Invisible Spirit with the Power and Authority to change the world. We only have to follow the Guidance offered from Above, to know we’re on the Road to our Divine Destiny.
May we give thanks for the Heart to Feel the way to Live and let Live, knowing a Power Greater than our self is guiding our path. We all have to make our own Choice to follow. No amount of human reason can reveal the Truth to others who don’t want to see and don’t choose to understand. We can be restored to our Divine Equilibrium with every Conscious Sacred Breath we take to raise our thoughts to the Love that was meant to be.
Only look back to see how far you’ve come.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV – For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Isaiah 54:17 KJV – 17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
Says the Lord.
love, in lak’ech, i am another you,
Debra, 9 Eagle/MEN
THE JAGUAR’S MAGIC OF GRATITUDE:
I’m grateful for strength that comes with a choice to follow the way of Truth and Love, a gift of knowing the Truth that the Creator is always leading us to the Light. I’m grateful for the resolve to live without fear, cleaving only to a Divine Dream and my Faith in tomorrow. A Time was created for everything in this life and the next.
