SPACEWEATHER: Protons Raining Down on Earth

The Wind from Above

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 05/14/2024

PROTONS ARE RAINING DOWN ON EARTH: Giant sunspot AR3664 is no longer facing Earth. That makes it extra dangerous. Right now, the Carrington-class sunspot is passing over the sun’s western limb–a region of the sun that is magnetically connected to our planet. Indeed, we are feeling the effects of that connection; take a look at this map of ongoing radio blackouts.

Parker Spiral

Red zones in the map show where shortwave radio signals are being absorbed. Frequencies below 20 MHz are almost completely blacked out, a nuisance for long-distance aviators and ham radio operators.

What’s causing this? Protons accelerated by solar flares in the magnetic canopy of AR3664 are following the Parker Spiral back to Earth. Think of it as a magnetic superhighway. Arriving particles are funneled by our planet’s magnetic field toward the poles where they ionize the atmosphere and interfere with the transmission of shortwave radio signals.

This polar cap absorption event could last for days, especially if it is boosted by more flares from AR3664. You can can monitor its progress here.

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH (G2): The big storm is over. Now for the little storm. NOAA forecasters say that minor (G1) to moderate (G2) geomagnetic storms are possible today in response to a glancing-blow CME from departing sunspot AR3664.

The  Effect of  Protons on the Human Body

Protons are a neurotransmitter that regulates synaptic plasticity in the lateral amygdala (Source: PubMedCentral)

Synaptic plasticity is change that occurs at synapses, the junctions between neurons that allow them to communicate.

Synaptic plasticity is widely believed to be crucial for learning and memory formation. (Source: BigThink.com, A primer on neuroplasticity)
The most widely studied form of neuroplasticity occurs at synapses, the junctions between neurons, at which the cells transmit chemical signals to each other. Synaptic plasticity involves the strengthening or weakening of the signaling process, in response to increased or decreased neuronal activity, making signaling within that pathway more or less efficient. Synaptic plasticity is widely believed to be crucial for learning and memory formation. Addiction can be thought of as a maladaptive form of synaptic plasticity involving the modification of connections in the dopamine pathways, which play a key role in reward processing, leading to powerful and long-lasting memories of drug experiences.

Proton Therapy (Source: Cancer.net)

Compared with x-ray radiation therapy, proton therapy has several benefits: Lower risk of radiation damage to tissues. Higher radiation dose to the tumor, with better likelihood that all tumor cells are destroyed. Fewer and milder side effects such as low blood counts, fatigue, and nausea during and after treatment.

Mayan Time: 6 Wind/IK – A Power on Earth as in Heaven, and the Power of the Word of the Author of Creation

Wind/IK represents Words that carry their weight. A Proton storm is a Divine Breath that heals us and facilitates optimum communication between the cells of the body, including the dopamine that shares the “feelings of well-being.” The Creator’s Breath holds the Power to Heal our Heart and wipe away our tears. A Proton Storm is a Breath that carries a weight of influence on our human faculties of discernment.

When we pray, God Answers. May we take it as a Sign of a Prayers of Divine Will, multiplying on Earth, calling on the Highest Power Above.

Our father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done, in earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever, Amen.

A Way Opens Before you.
All Obstacles and Impediments are Removed.
Only that which is worthy and desirable
goes forward with you.

A Native American Blessing for the Path Ahead

NEW SEASON – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)

6 Wind/IK (Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA) –  Day 6 of 13 in the 1 Earth/CABAN trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.

Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.

A GOOD DAY TO: Send Communications of all kinds.

Cherokee Dancer

Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.

(Feathers  are worn as the “antennae” that catches the Truth in the Wind.)
