Shedding the Old for the New

The Other Side of Love

Greetings Beloved Kin,

A Divine Father and a Divine Mother serve as the Protector for the New Life that is intended to be. In perfect balance Love that nurtures Life, also holds the Intention to tear away the dead flesh that doesn’t serve the Highest Purpose of Love, Life, and Happiness. Stepping forward into a New Life, comes with the responsibility to Move Swiftly away from danger.

The Mother Crocodile returns to her eggs when she hears the Sounds of Life. Her first duty is to carry her children away from their place in the Sun, to the environment where their life has every chance to survive.

A Divine Father tells it like it is. A Divine Mother shows us the way to detach with Love and Forgiveness. We don’t have to retaliate. That’s the world’s game. We were given the Sandals of Peace to maintain the Truth of our Integrity.

The Aztec define the trecena of Dog/OC as a Time of shedding. So, is the Dog a fierce protector of the boundaries of Love on behalf of the pack. The Lunar Year of the Snake holds the intention of shedding old skin.

Life depends on the Truth of the dangers in the world. We’re born wholly engaged in the Beauty of the Light from the experience of our first “home” where the world couldn’t penetrate the boundaries of Love. A Divine Mother and a Divine Father share the Truth we need to survive. Their Sanctuary upholds the integrity of the Truth by sharing the Facts of Life.

The Snake offers the Gifts to be fluid and flexible and to slither away before we’re backed into a corner. God is behind and before us. God is the Divine Provision when we let go of our attachment to a dream we knew in the Creator’s womb of Love.

Let God’s Witness be your Defense. A Divine Mother will cut the cord without breaking the bond of Love.

The Aztec Calendar: Dog/OC Trecena
On the one hand, the painful shedding of illusions, and on the other, the pleasurable creation of illusions. What ever your decision during this time, you will find favor and advancement. These are good days for commemorating the dead; bad days for clinging to the living.

God will surround us in a Sanctuary within, where we can Love Again with all our Heart. In the land of the living, we have to live in the balance of Love and Survival.

The Choices we make for our Highest Good, is the Fire of God’s Will to Live born through the Waters of a Mother’s Love that will put up the fight of her life to save us from those who would destroy our Dreams.

Even the butterflies have to fight their way out of their cocoon.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide Page for the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” My gift for the Tzolk’in round offers an overview for each 13-day trecena and the aspects of each day of the Tzolk’in round. The page also offers a link to resources for your own practice of counting the days to conceive your own discernment of the Meaning of Time.

NEW SEASON – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)

NOTE: Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a Mayan date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, calculate the Mayan date of major events that you do remember. You can also look for Signs in the “duration of time.” Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date. You can calculate the meaning of the day 33 after you realized a Truth to consider the lesson that was turned to Divine Wisdom. Life is a game of higher dimensions.

12 Crocodile/IMIX (Cherokee, Turtle/DAK’SI I’SB)  – Day 12 of 13 of the 1 Dog/OC trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Free Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 12: Twelve is a gift of great capacity of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.

Crocodile/IMIX: Crocodile receives messages of primal creative force; simply the beginning of all things. Crocodiles who follow their hearts are seen as genius. There is no order to the primal messages, so Crocodile persons should direct their energies toward practical and cooperative efforts to bring productive results. Crocodiles have a strong nurturing energy and will work hard to provide security to family and friends. Being extremely territorial, Crocodiles must watch not to be over protective or too dominating. While in these states, Crocodiles are insecure, indecisive and emotionally volatile.

A GOOD DAY TO: Open to new beginnings.

Temple Mask from Lananai (meaning submerged crocodile) ruins located in Belize. The place is noted as one of the first risings of the Mesoamerican trade centers and its people are noted for the wisdom of metallurgy. The face wears the headdress of the Crocodile. Wikipedia

Cherokee Turtle/ DAK’SI   I’SB: Turtle Island; direction East. The Turtle Constellation Orion, one of three stars in the Cosmic Egg. In Mayan is the Cosmic Hearth. Turtle is the Energy of Creative force at the one-on-one, personal level; dawn, awakening, birth. The beginning of each new era, this star in Orion appears with the rising Sun, heralding the creation of a new World cycle. Totem-Dragon. The energy to understand all things sacred; creation energy, connection for visions, to learn the mysteries of the Universal Knowledge. The dragon carries the source energy of life, revered in ancient cultures for power and wisdom.
