SPACEWEATHER: Shockwaves of Corotating Solar Winds

Light Projected from Vast Coronal Holes

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 04/21/2025

A LARGE HOLE IN THE SUN’S ATMOSPHERE: A large hole in the sun’s atmosphere is facing Earth and spewing a stream of fast-moving solar wind directly toward our planet. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory photographed the opening, which stretches almost a million kilometers across the sun’s southern hemisphere:

This is a “coronal hole”–a vast region in the sun’s atmosphere where magnetic fields have opened up, allowing solar wind to escape. The hole looks dark because hot gas normally contained there is missing. It’s on its way to Earth.

CIR (co-rotating interaction region) predicted to hit Earth on on April 22nd. This giant hole is the driving force behind it. Fast solar wind flowing from the hole is compressing slower-moving solar wind in front of it, creating CME-like shock waves and magnetic fields that comprise the CIR.

G2-class geomagnetic storms are likely when the CIR reaches Earth.

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH (G2): Moderate (G2) geomagnetic storms are possible on April 22-23 when a co-rotating interaction region (CIR) is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. CIRs are transition zones between fast- and slow-moving streams of solar wind; they contain enhanced magnetic fields akin to those of CMEs. Sky watchers across Canada and northern-tier US states from New York to Washington should be alert for auroras.

MIRACLE SHOT OF A GREEN FLASH: Green flashes from the setting sun typically last no more than a single second. “What are the odds?” wonders astronomer Petr Horálek, who caught the silhouette of a jet airplane under at least two green flashes during that brief sliver of time.

“Yesterday evening, when photographing the sunset from the Vicuña region of Chile, I was incredibly lucky with one shot,” says Horálek. “An airplane landing at La Serena airport flew just in front of the sun while multiple green flashes were underway. It all took just a fragment of a second.”

Many more green flashes may be found in our photo gallery.

Mayan Time

10 Seed/KAN represents a realization of the Truth of our reality based on an illumination of the Creator’s Divine Design.  KAN is the “knowing” within the Seed, the “dragon energy” of an enlightened Consciousness. Dreams are manifested when we claim the Truth of our reality. The Eagle/MEN trecena is a cycle that offers the Eyes to See the future by the wisdom of the past.

The Source of all Wisdom and Truth is the Alpha and Omega, the Light from the beginning to the end. In the 13th uinal of Human’s calendar we comprehend the foundation of the Truth of our creation and what it means.

Galactic Tone 10: Manifestation. What were once intentions or ideas, hopes or fears become physically present with the energy of Ten. What is focused upon with attention and intention becomes real with Ten. Ten is a powerful energy that carries a great responsibility.

Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.

A GOOD DAY TO: Plant, make new contacts, and reconnect with others.

Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA   O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ” eye, to look at, to see clearly”.  Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.
