SPACEWEATHER: Potential for CIR on the Equinox; Growing Light of Comet 3I/ATLAS

Accelerating Solar Winds from the Butterfly Coronal Hole

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 09/19/2025

PERFECT TIMING FOR A CIR: A co-rotating interaction region (CIR) could hit Earth on Sept. 22nd. If so, it would be perfect timing. Sept. 22nd is the northern autumnal equinox. Thanks to the “Russell-McPherron effect,” even small disturbances in the solar wind can spark equinox geomagnetic storms. Stay tuned for fall colors.

INTERSTELLAR COMET ATLAS IS BRIGHTENING RAPIDLY: The forecasts are officially broken. Since September began, interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS has brightened 40-fold, far more than standard models would predict.

“We can confirm the the significant increase in brightness,” report Gerald Rhemann and Michael Jäger. “Our images taken in Namibia on Sept. 17th show the comet already at 12th magnitude.” Here is their latest photo:

“The comet has a green atmosphere (coma) about 5 arcminutes in diameter, and a tail that continues to point toward the sun–the opposite of the usual direction,” they say.

Marshall Eubanks of Space Initiatives Inc. created this plot showing how 3I/ATLAS is over-performing compared to standard models:

The sudden increase in brightness might be a temporary outburst, or it could be a sign that the comet will become much brighter than initially estimated. Indeed, there is no true “standard model” for an interstellar comet. It might evolve in ways totally unlike comets from our own solar system.

If this trend continues, Comet ATLAS could put on a good show as it passes Mars on Oct. 3rd at a distance of 29 million kilometers. Multiple Mars orbiters will turn to look at the comet including the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (NASA), the Trace Gas Orbiter (ESA) and Mars Express (ESA). Astronomers on Earth are encouraged to monitor the comet on this date, too, to support the Martian campaign.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity

5 Eagle/MEN is a symbol of empowerment for change and the vision to see the future. The 13-day cycle of Monkey/CHUEN represents the Creation of a new reality from our Highest Hopes and Aspirations. The Eagle flies in the highest proximity to the Creator’s realm. Eagle/MEN raises our consciousness to a direct path to the end, beyond the obstacles of the world below.

TRECENA OF MONKEY/CHUEN: THE DAWN OF OUR CREATION

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.

It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.

Monkey/CHUEN is the first trecena in the 3rd Season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 2.

NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration as the “legend” of this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration. You can use the Tzolk’in calculator to gain insight on any date in the future or the past.

5 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI) – Day 5 of 13, the 1 Monkey/CHUEN trecena of Creation

The 7th Uinal of BalanceCORE DAYS: The 7th Uinal of the Tzolk’in represent the center column of 20-days, which carry the Intention of Balancing. In the Center we are returned to Unity. Our discernment of duality comes into balance.  The Maya believed this to be the axis mundi – the center of the world that connects Heaven and Earth, where the four directions meet; where communication from lower realms may ascend to higher ones and blessings from higher realms may descend to the lower realm and disseminated to all. The Core Days may be experienced as a time of personal mystery where the crystalline structure is formed with the wings to fly.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), who’s wisdom and Tzolk’in date calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.

Eagle/MEN: Intermediary between Heaven and Earth. Due to the Eagles superior point of view and keen intelligence, they achieve material abundance and good fortune. A messenger gifted with patience and a deep sense of value, Eagle brings hope and trust on the wings of Spirit. Eagle persons are very detail oriented and technically inclined. Compassionate service to others sustains prosperity for Eagle personas as the flapping of wings would sustain their bird brothers. If Eagle becomes viciously competitive or possessive, greed and jealousy cause a fall from the heights. Eagles, being blessed with freedom of movement, should be aware of escapism. Eagles may be tempted to just fly away from troubles by using indulgences.

A GOOD DAY TO: Rise to a Higher Perspective.

Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI: Eagle’s symbol is Mars the Spirit Warrior. He is a minion of Grandfather Moon. Eagles were the warrior society, the braves the protectors of the nation. Women were included. There was no discrimination which is reflected in the language: third person singular is divided into animate, human and animate, not human instead of he and she. The energy of high hopes and anticipations, dreams and visions, cosmic consciousness and commitment. On earth, a provider of excellence, leader, husbandry, care-taking of others, financial security and inheritance.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
