POSSIBLE EARTH-DIRECTED CME: A CME that left the sun during the late hours of Oct. 23rd might reach Earth this weekend. NASA models suggest a direct hit on Oct. 26th, bringing a chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms. This is a low confidence forecast. Several overlapping CMEs left the sun on Oct 23rd, and they were tricky to untangle.

DID YOU CATCH COMET LEMMON? On Oct. 21st, Comet Lemmon (C/2025 A6) made its closest approach to Earth. Did you catch it? Wioleta Gorecka did.

“This photo was taken in Iceland near Reykjavik,” says Gorecka. “I like to tell short stories through photos. This time it was a fisher(wo)man’s attempt to catch a comet.”

The comet is receding from Earth now, but good news: It is still brightening. Multiple observers reporting to the Comet Observation Database estimate it is near m=+3.8. This is because the comet is approaching the sun for a 0.53 AU perihelion Nov. 8th. Solar heat is boosting its brightness. The comet will therefore remain a splendid target for astrophotographers for weeks to come.

INTERSTELLAR COMET ATLAS *IS* VISIBLE FROM EARTH: Supposedly, Comet 3I/ATLAS cannot be seen from Earth as it passes behind the sun this month. However, Thai amateur astronomer Worachate Boonplod realized that it is visible, after all. Boonplod found it in daily images from NOAA’s CCOR-1 coronagraph. The Earth-orbiting instrument will be able to track the comet and monitor its brightness as it approaches perihelion.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity

We begin a new cycle guided by 1 Dog/OC, the symbol of the Creator’s Unconditional Love. Dog/OC guides us to take in the Light as a tangible experience that engages our 5 senses. The Dog stands in Divine Trinity with Monkey/CHUEN as the aspects of Highest Divinity in the Creator’s Divine Design. CHUEN represents the Consciousness of Love with an eye for Beauty. Together, they represent the Light of Life and the Power of Creation.

The heavenly vault may seem far away, but our “home” among the stars is stirred up by geomagnetic forces and Earth is in the middle of it. Instead of empty space, imagine how the movement would stir up a body of water. In this cycle, God’s Love is intended to be the Center of everything.

We may be stirred up by the opposing forces of Venus and Uranus, facing off across from the New Moon. Uranus is a planet as cold as ice that “rolls around its orbit” leaning about 97 degrees on it’s side. Venus rotates clockwise, the opposite direction of all the other planets. Venus is the “light of the Scion.” The New Testament fulfills the Law, defining its meaning and purpose. The Old Testament establishes God’s Authority, the reason to “Fear the Lord.” Love was the Highest Order. Monkey/CHUEN elevates our faculties of reason in the pursuit of the Beauty of Life.

Time to Prepare for Mercury Retrograde
Mercury entered its pre-retrograde shadow on October 21, 2025, at 7:11 am EST at 20°42 Scorpio. Mercury stations retrograde on November 8, 2025. We still have time to put loose ends in order, before we enter a Time of crossed-communications. Mercury Retrograde is intended for our Highest Good to revisit matters where we’ve “gone along” in the past, without making a Conscious Choice. In the trecena of Dog/OC, God wants to be our Source and the Substance we take to heart. God wants our Time. Consider how much Time you invest in endless scrolling through the world’s content. One topic to another in rapid succession doesn’t allow the brain to hold a single-thought. We may feel a bit lost when we turn away. What we do with the extra Time will transform our thoughts, when we fill the space with the Creator’s Light. You may already be experiencing the Signs of communication failures. Dog/OC is Time to invest all our Attention of the Beauty of the Creator’s Love. Remember to Serve Love to yourself and you’ll have more to Give Back and Pay Forward. (Whatever Time-wasting activities you leave behind, fill the void with the Substance of God’s Love. Time we invest in God never comes up empty of Divine Inspiration.
