The Beginning: A Hand of Divine Service (7 Deer/MANIK)

Dedicated to the Mission of Love

Deer/MANIK represents a Human Hand dedicated to the Creator’s Highest Cause. The Deer represents a Choice to Remember on behalf of the whole.

The last Time around, Pope Leo XIV chose the motto that would define his Mission, In Illo uno unum: “In the One, we are one.” The motto reflects our unity in Jesus Christ, signifying that despite our individual differences, believers become a single body, united in the single person of Christ.

John 17:21 KJV
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

The Journal Before, for After

At the Peak of Human’s climb to a Higher Consciousness of the Truth, we clearly see “all that is” and “all that is not” the Truth and the Way, the demonstration of the Christ Spirit. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit when we dedicated Time every day to kneel in Humility to the Lord of All. God is watching over us.

7 Deer/MANIK

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Master Number 77
The Deer, the Shepherd of the flock, holds Position 7. Tone 7 repeats the symbol of Completion. In the Creation of Divine Trinity, Human invests 7 Days as co-creator of the Lord’s plan for our life. 77 is also the symbol that completes the “Truth and the Way” of Forgiveness.

Matthew 18:21-22 KJV
21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

77 was the symbol of limitless forgiveness, reflecting God’s own abundant mercy. The glyph illustrates the Hand (another name for MANIK) that grasps a thread of plasma, a Fire of Spirit, that completes a circuit bound to the exponential power of Divine Trinity.

The Offering of a Savior fulfilled the Law through the Greatest Commandment to love the Lord Above All, and to Love one another and our Self the same. A Human Hand dedicated to God’s Will, is the connecting link to the Power of God. “Not our Will, but God’s Will Be Done.”

The Sacred Exchange is the Holy Spirit, “God’s Light that lives within us.” The Lord’s Face shines upon us, and the Lord’s Countenance lifts us up in the Peace beyond Understanding.

MANIK relates to an offering of Spiritual Tools to complete the Mission. The Holy Spirit reminds of of the Words of Truth that were spoken. Every Word we consume becomes a storehouse of Divine Wisdom – Truth the Holy Spirit can bring to Light. The One Truth we’ll stand on is symbolized by the Staff, an extra leg to stand on. The One Promise that overcomes every Darkness is the Promise of a Divine Provision for every Human limitation.

Luke 1:37 KJV
37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Write it down. Hold it close for those Times when you can’t see the Way. Speak the Words in your prayers:

“God I Trust that every Word you say is the Truth. With you all things are possible. Thank you. Though my faith may waver, that’s the Truth I’ll stand on to the Day of the Lord.”

The Deer’s defense in Spiritual Warfare is to stand still, silently in the Truth. God’s Truth speaks for itself. Our Faith is revealed when we refuse to Defend what our Heart knows is the Truth. God reveals Truth when we have all the hard evidence to back it up by our own experience. What made no sense, suddenly makes perfect sense when the Truth is revealed.

Among Human’s greatest limitations is Remembering. The Elders said, “Creation is never a matter of whether you can. But, WILL YOU REMEMBER?”

When the Light of God shines upon us and within us, we’ll Remember on behalf of the whole. The eye of the Deer is the symbol of Vigilant Consciousness. The Deer is gifted with landscape vision to see the big picture. The Deer’s ears work independently, to pinpoint the exact location of Sound, while it’s eyes are trained to see nothing but Movement. The Deer sees trouble coming from far away with plenty of Time to leap to Higher Ground.

MANIK is the Destiny Kin of the Mayan priest, one who is dedicated to a daily path that leads to an altar where we Remember. The Way to follow is Counting every Day, and honoring Holy Days on behalf of the whole. There is no official “church service”. All are welcome. When the smoke of the prayers rises and the scent of copal fills the air, everyone Remembers, “someone is praying for me.” MANIK represents the Force of Harmonic Resonance – a Sound and Vibration of Spirit that draws lower vibrations into sympathy. When someone prays for us, we are offered the opportunity of Divine Trinity when we join the Amen.

The Time is marked to pray everything your heart desires, and to fulfill God’s Will, pray the same for everyone. Prayers we Feel hold the Power of Love. The Scion is born to shine the Light of Love equally, all around. The Way to fulfill the Mission is to Love God First. When we shine all our Light to the One Above, he can carry out the end His Perfect Way. Jesus prayed for God to forgive. Stephen, the first Human martyr, prayed for God to forgive.

We don’t need fiery speeches or carry out miracles to share God’s Love. When we’ve taken a stand to Forgive, and offer our Blessings of Love to everyone the same, God’s Divine Power IS working through us. God can change our perspective with the Truth. “Impossible” is the Sign before a Miracle.

PRAYERS FROM THE FOURTH WATCH (5:55AM CST)
May we remember those suffering through the cold of winter. May we call on the Lord to be with them through the darkness… and Give Thanks – he answers before we say Amen.

The next time you’re Called to Pray, refer to the 8 Watches by the Time of Day. You may discover it was the reason for your prayers. The Bible refers to Watchers from Above (‘iyr in Hebrew) in Daniel 4:13, 17, 23. We’re called by high-ranking angelic beings sent from heaven to observe and execute divine decrees. “Behold, he that keepeth our Soul shall neither slumber nor sleep.”

THE EIGHT WATCHES

Night Watch

First Watch: 6 pm – 9 pm – Contemplation and laying foundations in prayer.
Second Watch: 9 pm – 12 am – Intercessory prayer for protection of ourselves and those around us
Third Watch: 12 am – 3 am – Spiritual warfare (We are covered by the blood of Jesus.)
Fourth Watch: 3 am – 6 am – Prophetic prayer because you are commanding your morning with prophetic decrees and declaring God’s word

Day Watch

Fifth Watch: 6 am – 9 am – Petitions. Ask for strength and surrender. Ask for the Holy Spirit to help you before you start your day
Sixth Watch: 9 am – 12 pm – Thanksgiving prayer
Seventh Watch : 12 pm – 3 pm – This is the seventh watch of rest. 7 Biblically represents that. This is a time to seek God in the secret place
Eighth Watch: 3 pm – 6 pm – This is the eight and final watch of the night and a time for prayer for revival and renewal. Symbolically, Christ died at 3 pm.

Jackie and Shadow are Counting Days and keeping Watch. Jackie is the principle caretaker, and Shadow takes a turn when she needs a break. The Eggs were laid January 23 and 26, 2026. The first egg is allowed to cool briefly so hatchlings will be close to the same size and the same time. It takes about 35 Days to hatch, making the first possibility February 27-28, 2026. (Jackie is bigger, with a broader beak. Shadow has more refined narrow beak.) They have some interesting conversations. There’s quiet talk in the nest, and loud calls when it’s Time for the Service of Love.

THE TRECENA OF CROCODILE/IMIX: DAWN OF A NEW AWAKENING

It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.

The first trecena of the Tzolk’in is the Legend of the Truth we will realize in the end.

7 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi) – Day 7 of 13, 1 Crocodile/IMIX trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

A GOOD DAY TO: Be of Service to Others

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer:  A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.  Ability to create harmonic resonance.
