MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
We arrive at Real Understanding in the moment that knowledge makes the journey from our Head to our Heart. The Intention of Tone 11 is to raise us to the Truth of Understanding. We have nearly completed a trecena that was meant to bring Healing as we were able to see ourselves in All the Ways We Are.
We were shown the “hold-outs” of our Shadow – Illusions of Truth that were lies covered up by darkness. We were routing out our own Lost Hope of the Worthiness to be our Self.
Offering/MULUC is a symbol of the Moon, our Emotions, and Water everywhere from the Cosmos to our Tears. MULUC is the Day Sign that Honors our Feelings, and opens our Heart to Transform a Self-Truth into Understanding.
Though we can imagine all that we would hope to Accomplish and Be, only when our journey is over will we Know Every Choice that defined who we would become. The only permanence in our own identity is the Creator’s Gift of “I Am.” We are transformed into something new with each experience. Each small thread weaves together the tapestry of our lives that will ultimately define our “I Am.”
Offering/MULUC is capable to bring all the Ways We Are into Atonement with the Creator’s Dream and Intention. The way to Know Our Self is in our Response to something outside of our Self. We aren’t meant to be influenced by what others see, but given a vast experience that allows us to experience Our Self. We were created for the purpose of Relationship, so the Creator could experience its Self.
We aren’t forced into a mold. In fact, the more diverse we are the more Vibrant are the Colors we reflect together. Each difference offers the Creator a new experience of its Self. We weren’t meant to be static or even arrive at a conclusion. We were meant to be ever-changing. The Offering of “I Am” allows us to become something new with every experience. The Creator offered the Choice for us experience everything we could be.
MULUC calls for an Offering that would bring who We Are into Unity with the Creator. An offering of who we Believe Our Self to Be, only includes the Truth of a moment between experiences. Our Everlasting Offering could only be given by the Creator.
The Cherokee Day Sign, The River, symbolizes the River of Spirit that flows through us. Together, Flint and the River of Spirit bring a clearing of our Emotional Body. We are prepared for Transformation to a Higher Level as Flint clears the responses from our ego. There is no need for comparison, given the Harmony and Balance of our Equity.
Spirit is held in the presence of all water. We are made of Holy Water that responds to and is changed by the conscious thoughts we hold. The glyph reminds us that a single drop has the power to carry waves of Spirit out from its center to the Whole. The Most Holy Water is that of our tears, an expression of a Language of Spirit. They are a physical response to an inner calling of Spirit. Without words, our feelings are capable to communicate everything that needs to be said.
To all my relations, may our Offering be a Gift that reflects our Humility and Gratitude that we were Dreamed as Companions of the Creator. We are nearing the zero point at the center of the Galactic Butterfly. The caterpillars that we were are forgotten, as we receive the Wings for Flight. We Instinctively reach for something Up Above, because the Creator first reached to us in the Down Below.

12 Offering/MULUC (Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA)
CORE DAYS: The 7th Uinal in the Center of the Tzolk’in is compared to our own axis mundi, the center of our own universe where we are always perfectly positioned at the center of the 4 directions. The axis is the “line around which any body rotates.” Like a spinning gyroscope, we find our balance in a relationship shared between the Above and the Below. Holding a focus within the center of our Self, we reside in the place of perfect balance.
Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. This number’s energy is a gift of great capability of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purification. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
