THE TRECENA OF SEED/KAN
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment. 5 represents the center of the cube, a central organizing force that manages resources for application. In the 5th hour of the day, we’ve seen the field of our Dreams. We know the task at hand.
4 Deer/MANIK offered a Light in the Darkness to hold Faith in the Dream. MANIK offered a foundation of Love for the Faith to believe in a Divine Provision. The Divine Meaning and Purpose of Tone 5 is to build on our Faith with the Truth that we have all the Spiritual Tools we need. God designed every provision knowing our Human Nature’s fear of the Unknown. God intended to offer a Provision of Love without any exceptions.
A Divine Creator created Human’s mind of duality. God knew there would always be questions between one thing and another. God knew that, while Human could believe in a Divine Promise, there would still be one more nagging question. “Does it even include me?” In a world where we fear sharing our own limitations, doubts can come easy. “Were we the only one that was forgotten?” “Was our Life the Exception to every rule?”
God’s Love is given without any conditions. God’s Promise to Intervene with a Divine Provision for Life, Love, and Happiness is Truth without any exceptions. God knew that if there as a single exception, we could claim we were the one.
Star/LAMAT is the Day Sign of the Scion. LAMAT is the Divine Creator’s cauldron of creation that multiplies Life to Abundance. LAMAT is the symbol of Venus, the Morning and Evening Star. Venus is related to Human and the calendar by it’s 260-day cycles of Darkness and Light. Venus is the brightest heavenly body that shines its own light, second only to the Sun. Venus symbolizes Divine Time that is ordered for a Meaning and Purpose. The transit of Venus marked a Universal Alignment of Time for the accurate calculation of the “extra day” of the Leap Year.
Star/LAMAT lies in the South, the direction of Human Relationships with one another and with the Natural World. The Star holds the Element of Earth. All things created in the realm of physically are made from the dust of stars. We are One with all the stars in the Universe. Human generates the Light of bio-luminescence, manifested by the Power of Life Energy within. The Light of Human is drawn from the Sacred Exchange of energy and vibration. Our Light is increased by eating living foods and by consuming Divine thoughts. Science has measured brighter Light in Human when our mind is in a state of Divine Consciousness. LAMAT holds the Consciousness of our Light in both the world Below, and in the realm of Spirit, Above.
LAMAT’s totem, and the Cherokee Day Sign, is the Rabbit – a Life that Multiplies to Abundance from an Overflow of Love. The Rabbit is soft and vulnerable holding the deep feelings of CHICCHAN. When Rabbit senses the gravity of the world it stops in its tracks with the Intention of Invisibility. Vigilantly observant of the all-around, a Rabbit discerns a Divine Moment for its Leap of Faith. Star/LAMAT is a day of “pure luck.” Whatever we hold in our thoughts as the “object of our affection” is multiplied to abundance. This is a day for vigilant consciousness of the Truth of God’s Divine Provision and the Sacred Exchange of Unconditional Love between the Above and the Below. This is a day to Stand on the Promise known by our Heart.
This is a day to walk on Higher Ground. We are making the journey back home to begin again in the new world of our Dreams. Faith is as good as Believing. Today we are called to focus on the Truth that promises Love and Happiness in our future. A Divine Creator will claim our Love as our Family Resemblance to the One of Everything.
God will plant the Seed of our New Dream in the Universe. The glyph symbol that looks like a star is the shape of the hole made in Earth by the implement for planting the Seed. A special stick was used to make the opening, then drawn from side-to-side and up-and down. The Seed was planted in Earth at the Center of our own Universe to shine Equally all around. The 4 directions are marked on the glyph. To generate the Light of our Spirit for the Whole, we have to shine our Light equally in all directions. A star that burns inward is destined to implode. We weren’t meant to shine a Light on our self. We are meant to be One with the Beauty of Life. When a rabbit holds still, the Intention is to be Unseen, to be part of the Beauty of the Landscape. The Rabbit uses the Divine Beauty of Mother Earth for cover.
We weren’t meant to Love one thing more than another. We can Love one another equally, acknowledging the Divine Identity of the Whole. We were each given an equal Spark of God’s Light as the Divine Truth known to our Heart.
Star/LAMAT can hold the Rabbit’s “jumpy” energy. A Happy Rabbit does a dance for joy. The Rabbit feels the Power of Love to the extreme. It can hardly contain itself when it has a CHICCHAN moment of Love. It’s equal and opposite to the rabbit’s reaction to a sense of danger. LAMAT days can present the extremes of human experience. For all the Time we think we have lost by standing still, the Rabbit can show us that the Power of Love will make up for the difference. Empowered by the Truth of Love without conditions and a provision for every limitation, we are prepared to Leap into a New Life at the first Sign of the Opportunity. We were only waiting to See the Truth of How Much We Love our Dream of the Future. Love will Overflow by Design Design. Nothing will hold us back from Expressing the Light given to our Spirit.
The guidance for LAMAT days is to focus on the object of our affection. We will be Empowered by remembering the Divine Creator’s Power of Love. When a sense of fear or danger enters our thoughts, we can disappear into the Beauty of the Landscape. We don’t have to “shine brighter” to be seen.
To all my relations, may our Dream for Love be a prayer to be shine equally among the whole of all the heavenly lights. May we ask to be only a Guiding Light, an orbit of Light that always leads back to the Brightest Light. We were meant to Love one another equally. Human was created to walk up-right by the Power of a Promise. We were not intended to be identified as a source of Salvation for another human being. We were meant to walk equally, side-by-side, upholding the Truth of Divine Power that is shared equally. The Greatest Joy we can hold is the Truth of our own Power to Create Love from a Gift of Divine Genius. God didn’t intend for us to depend on a limited human being as the answer to our prayers. Our Dream of Creation is to know our own Power to create the Reality of our Dreams. We were intended to Receive Love to Abundance without any conditions to pay it back. Divine Love is given debt-free so the choice to pay it back would be Divine.
May we find our Power in the Miracle of our own Creation. May we Count our Blessing Now and for the Future while we are still in the darkness of the Unknown. May our Faith in God be multiplied to abundance.

5 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/(Star/LAMAT/ TAKATO’KA)
Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion (a first-generation descendant) of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
