THE TRECENA OF SERPENT/CHICCHAN: GIFTS OF SPIRIT
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Wisdom/CIB represents the Collective Wisdom of Humanity. CIB is a day to Honor the Ascended Masters and all the Old Ones what shared the “hard road” of Life. The glyph illustrates the mind in its Highest State of Consciousness, emanating the Light of Truth and Forgiveness.
Tone 12 holds the Intention of Understanding. 12 is a symbol of Humanity as the 12 disciples, 12 tribes, and 12 constellations. Tone 12 is a day of Comprehension, when Truth is taken to Heart.
CIB resides in the South, the direction of our Relationships with one another and the Natural World. Humanity is united by the journey we make through Time in a realm of physicality. CIB honors the creation of a Circle of Life that connects the Wisdom of Truth and Love through every generation.
The Maya believe that to remember the words and traditions of the Ancestors is to give them a Life in our own Consciousness. Wisdom/CIB guides us to See and Acknowledge how Truth and Love is passed on. The Wisdom of the Whole is a Resource for all time.
The Cherokee Owl is the mystic ferryman that holds torch aloft for a passage to the “otherside.” “Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear.” Through a Gift of Consciousness Human was given the means to Track the Truth of a Promise of Love.
Wisdom/CIB shares the Truth that our Past is an archaeological treasure. The Key to the Kingdom is Forgiveness. An old life can rest in peace when we forgive, and we can learn something new for the Past, Present, and Future. A Divine Meaning and Purpose for all Time takes Time to See. We are called back to our past by Feelings. When we are called back by feelings of injustice, we can see something new when we have the wisdom to look for it.
We may have gone back time and again, though we may only return to see the same experience we saw before. It only makes sense that we will only see the same picture unless we intend to see something new. A Supreme Creator promised Love from the Beginning to the End. Through the Wisdom of Maturity and Forgiveness, we can choose to Look for Love that we didn’t see before.
CIB holds the Element of Earth, connecting us to the Collective Wisdom of Humanity in a tangible way. Wisdom is more than a body of knowledge. Wisdom is the Application of Truth. Through the Truth of One thing, Human is capable to know the Truth of many things. To Honor the Wisdom that came before, requires Humility. “The teacher appears when the student is ready to learn.” The only way to learn is to claim we don’t already “know it all.” We have to see things clearly, including the Truth about our Self. Forgiveness is the way to manifest the Harmony and Equity of Right Relationship.
To all my relations, may we Resolve our Divine Way forward through Forgiveness. May we claim the Key that opens the door to a brand new life. May we be willing to see the Past clearly so we can draw Wisdom from the Experience.
May we Honor the Old Ones by Remembering the Wisdom they shared and call on them to help us See the Truth. They hold the Wisdom of ALL Time – the “hard road” and the Truth of Love that was waiting on the “otherside.” May we call on the Masters of Love. May we Honor them, remembering their prayers and carrying out the rituals and ceremonies they passed down so they will know our Gratitude – we were listening and we remember.
May we celebrate the Divine Wisdom that opens the door to a new life of Harmony and Equity.

12 Wisdom/CIB (Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’)
Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. This number’s energy is a gift of great capability of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.
Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons. A good day to sit on a rock.
Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’ O’JJ: Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes. Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritative. Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.
