JUNE 17, 2021: 10 Sun/AHAU
A MANIFESTATION OF DIVINE AGENCY
Summer can take it’s time getting here, but it is glorious when it finally arrives. I’ve been watching the berries for the past two trecenas as they put on first leaves and buds and finally the flowers that would bear the fruit. The first fruit appeared on 10 Sun/AHAU. It was also the first normal social event with my grandsons and family since before the pandemic began. 10 AHAU completed the “core days” – Time we spent as the Chrysalis of the Galactic Butterfly. 10 Ahau manifested the Truth of a New Life and another Time to Be.
Something is breaking through in your Time and Place. We can use the Intention of Manifestation anytime, to claim it is the Truth, and not just a coincidence. We Honor the Dream when we do, and Acknowledge the Divine Intervention.
The berries were the 1st and the Sweetest harvest, tended by a Divine Hand. Minisa was an Elder who taught the magic of the red strawberries, that led to the story of the “magic berries” of the Potowatomi tradition. Through her story, I could imagine when winter was long and provisions ran low. The first fruits were the Superfoods for Life.
Berries are traditional tribal embellishments, as shown on Minisa’s work of Art. Minisa (1 Wind/IK) is a Wisdomkeeper of the Bodewadmin tribal language. There were only 10 fluent speakers when she dedicated the Time to learn. That was 6 years ago. Her teacher, Donald Perrot is an Elder and member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, and heritage fluent speaker of the Potawatomi language, and did not learn English until he began school at age 6. Minisa was part of the revitalization project to save an endangered language.
Minisa said that AHAU in Bodewadmin means “all affirmatives” and “hello.”
Minisa’s work of art was created on the 2020 Wesak Moon, the “Strawberry Moon” – with symbols celebrated in the Potowatomi tradition. Visit Dawn Woman’s Blog for the teaching on the Sacred Strawberries.
My first social event was in the park with my grandsons. This is the T-ball league.
No bugs, so you can just sit in the clover to watch. People hardly recognized one another when the masks came off for the team photos.
Grandfather Cedar Tree, little ones picked up the sticks as the treasure to take home.
My new life started from a faerie garden on a 4 x 6 back porch. I had a dream it would be fun in the future to say some genius creation all started with a mud pie. This was a good one.
The first day of sunshine after the last “little winter” of Spring, appeared on 9 Storm/CAUAC. Suddenly, the little garden outside burst through to prove the roots had been growing deep. You can hardly see they’re growing in pots.
in lak’ech, i am another you

10 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK)
Galactic Tone 10: Manifestation. What were once intentions or ideas, hopes or fears become physically present with the energy of Ten. What is focused upon with attention and intention becomes real with Ten. Ten is a powerful energy that carries a great responsibility.
Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures, and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
