“This image was taken at North Bengal Agricultural University in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. To set the scene, here in India autumn days (when the photo was taken) are typically hot and humid – sporadic rains interspersed with sweltering heat – while the nights are cold. I was keen to capture images of Crimson Sunbirds drinking nectar from banana flowers. Typically, these flowers point towards the ground, but in some ornamental species they point skywards and some of their outer petals open up like cups, holding water from rain or dew. Late one evening, a female Crimson Sunbird suddenly arrived and started sipping nectar. Her thirst quenched, she then started bathing in the water stored in this banana flower petal. It’s quite common to find birds refreshing themselves in the evening, visiting puddles and pools, dipping their heads, and wetting their wings and body. However, it was a unique experience to see this sunbird immersing herself upside down in water contained in an ornamental flower petal, like a lady in a bathtub. Her relaxed and indulgent manner, lit by the glow of sunset, was truly a sight to behold.”

Greetings Beloved Kin,

All the Gifts of Spirit are given in Harmony and Equity with the whole. They are in perfect working order to guide us every day. Because the are SO COMMON, it’s easy to take them for granted. We think we have to develop our gifts, but they were tuned to  Love and Truth from the beginning. They APPEAR to  “grow and expand” when we can SEE them. Because when  we SEE them, we realize when the LIGHT of the Gift is shining the TRUTH.

Our Spiritual Gifts never grow their Power. The VALUE of the Truth grows as we see them and they MEAN MORE TO US than we could ever  imagine before. Because NOW we see it IS a Light of Divine Truth we CAN follow – and LOVE and TIME will figure out the “rest of the way.” Our Gifts SPRING to LIFE when they are BLESSED by our OWN LOVE OF KNOWING THEY ARE TRUE. MIRACLES are strewn beneath our Feet. We could maybe even  fly.

This photo of the year 2021 rose to the surface in my download folder this morning. What a MIRACLE it is – how the Genius Idea of photography was a GIFT TO STOP TIME. The Creation was BORN of the Gift of Clairvoyance, a consciousness of Time and our own Heart’s Desire to REMEMBER. We don’t trust our own memories to look and see the living image, but Human can STILL find a way that’s NOT “impossible.”

It’s interesting that many major inventions are created at the same time, from different places and angles on the idea. Louis Daguerre in France, captured the impression of an image. He must have been struck by the “glint on a rose” for the MIRACLE of his discovery… to suspend Time. Henry Fox Talbot, created the means to duplicate the image onto paper – multiplying the future possibilities to abundance. Both moved on wild ideas to manifest the dreams in 1839. Through their Gift of Clairvoyance – knowing the VALUE of ALL time in the past to REMEMBER, we Inherited the possibilities to see the UNSEEN Beauty of Life, CLOSE UP, and HOLDING STILL to imagine ONE MOMENT to its Nth Degree of Beauty.

We were given the GIFTS of GENIUS to imagine the Divine Ends from just a SPARK of possibility, and a glimpse of something beautiful in motion. I’m grateful for Humans who WANTED TO SEE MORE than the limitations of Human Eyes. Think of all the MIRACLES they created to see the micro to the macro of the Universe. And, there’s still more than we could ever imagine waiting for those who will Live, After.

There is BEAUTY to Bless our Soul and we can Hold the Balance of Love, when we LOOK TO SEE.  IT MATTERS for the BEAUTY we can IMAGINE.

2 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer:  A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.  Ability to create harmonic resonance.
