7 Serpent / CHICCHAN
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Greetings Kin,
The Serpent/CHICCHAN is the Divine Spark that lights the Fuse of Life Force.
The Spark of Human Life ignited by the One Above. Life is awakened by a Clarion Call to our Heart and Soul. CHICCHAN represents the Kundalini energy that moves from the root to the top of the Crown.
CHICCHAN is the Truth that can grasp our Heart. The Serpent shares the “lightning in the blood” to empower Human Gifts of Knowing through all our Senses. Today we can Feel the Truth of Vibration, like the snake that Sees it’s prey by the vibration of its movement Felt through Mother Earth.
The Snake offers a Choice to shed our Skin to Feel the Truth. Truth we’re afraid to Feel is the most important Truth we need to know. We can back our self into a corner without the courage to share Our Truth. We have to find a Balance. Some “truth” is better left unsaid until we’ve given it some Time for Discernment. When we can’t See the Way, “the One that does See and Feel everything” can Move us for a Divine Cause.
Serpent/CHICCHAN can share the Truth in a Moment with the Passion to Strike. When the Truth needs to be known, CHICCHAN is the Light that aligns Truth and Movement – as Light and Vibration. CHICCHAN is a day to pay attention to our gut instincts.
Holding the Element of Fire, CHICCHAN forges the Truth. Fire holds the Power of Transmutation, to turn a matter into the Pure Energy of Light. CHICCHAN can direct us by Pure Passion. CHICCHAN is that Sense of Fight or Flight when we have to rely on a hunch. CHICCHAN can guide us to take a different route, when we felt like turning left at a different corner. Human plans can be changed when we just Feel, now is not the Time. CHICCHAN shares the Truth when we don’t want to Feel what lies behind a door.
CHICCHAN is a Spiritual Experience we hardly recognize. It takes Time to place any value on the experience, though Common Sense would tell us it’s part of a Design with a Divine Meaning and Purpose. CHICCHAN is the “finger of God” that creates stir in our Heart, a Quickening o f Spirit.
Today we can know we are grasped by Love from the Heart of Sky and the Heart of Mother Earth. Between the Two, the One Above will shine a Light on Our Truth for our Mind to See and our Heart to Feel in Divine Agreement. The One Above connects the Truth between our Heart and Mind. The Power of Love is generated from the Center of our Life.
CHICCHAN is the Feathered Serpent, Kulkulkan/Quetzalcoatl – the Light that descends along the stairs of the calendar pyramid. El Castillo is the Temple to Kulkulkan in Chichen Itza. The pyramid is a wonder of Light and Sound, a Time and Place for Feeling the Truth. The Sounds made at the foot of the stairs echo back in Sacred Exchange. The Truth left in stone is a reflection of Human’s Way guided by the Light of the Universe.
The Universe is our field of Dreams. The Seeds of our Dreams will be multiplied. Whatever we “throw at life” comes back to us.
Tone 7 represents the top of the pyramid, the end of Human’s climb. We can see “all that is” and “all that is not.” We see the disassociated pieces and parts of the whole journey to apply Human’s highest discernment of the Truth. Our success isn’t based on how well we accomplished the task. Our Success is an Intention to Love from the Beginning.
“All that is” are the matters we burned through to Love. “All that is not” is what we haven’t made a Divine Discernment To Love. Tone 7 represents the Threshold between the Dark and Light. CHICCHAN can help us Feel our way to Cross to the “Whole Truth” of Love. The way was carved in stone. In the first inner room at the top is Chac Mool, the reclining one that reminds us to draw the Sacred Breath from the Center to the Crown. We give Breath to raise the Consciousness of Light and Life. Crossing to the 2nd inner room, we find the altar to the Jaguar. We enter the Sanctuary of Truth where we belong with the “earth magic” of Gratitude. Our Mind is opened by the Sacred Breath to Believe the Truth in our Heart, when we Count the Blessings that never end.
CHICCAN shares the “chemistry of Love” as the Divine Power to move us. Human needed a reason our heart could hold as the Truth for our mind to follow. CHICCHAN raises the Sound of the Truth. Today our Heart can feel the Human calls for Love. We can Feel the Truth of someone else who is waiting in the darkness… another Human Being who really needs to know. A Supreme Creator needs us to carry out the Divine Justice Above in the world Below. CHICCHAN is the Force that can ignite the Passion to reveal the Truth inside. This is a day to Look for all the symptoms of a Power that moves on our behalf.
Pay attention if you are moved to speak your Truth before you even have time to “clean it up.” You’ll know it was CHICCHAN when your face turns red. You’ll know it’s CHICCHAN when someone approaches without a good intention. We’ll just move on and around it. The Truth is simple. We don’t have time for anything but the Truth.
The Truth we “had to share” without taking one more minute to think about it, is a Divine Truth that was ordered to be spoken. We may say and do things that are unexpected. Sometimes we have to share the “truth like it is.” We back our self into a corner with all the reasons why it’s not our place to have to share it. It may be a Truth we felt for a long time and could never find the right words or the right Time and Place. CHICCHAN is the One that can over-ride all the Human faculties of Reason with the Higher Power of Truth from Above. CHICCHAN is Truth divinely intended to be known.
The Serpent guides a way of fluidity and flexibility. The Truth can hurt, when it reveals a Truth of Time we didn’t know. When we’re red in the face from Truth that felt like it went too far, we can retreat back to our Corner of Love. Love will stop us from going too far. And a Divine Authority is in charge of the words spoken and the words that reach their mark. We aren’t supposed to apologize for the Truth, thought we can leave in Peace and Love, believing in the Power of the words from Above.
We aren’t fighting our own battles when CHICCHAN speaks. We don’t have to go on and on with our Truth, trying to make the point that can be made with One Truth from Above. A Divine Authority with the Power to Speak on our behalf is a Divine Resource WE CAN USE. We only have to Ask the One Above to translate all our words into the Truth of Love and the Intention of our Creation. It’s Truth we have to Use to Believe.
There are times when the words we choose feel more important, usually when we have to talk to someone about a “matter of life or death.” When the Answer is a matter of our peace of mind, we want to say the “right words” for someone else to understand. The Love and Light Above holds the Authority over ALL the thoughts disseminated for a Divine Cause. CHICCHAN can add the Sound of our Feelings, Truth beyond words.
CHICCHAN holds the Power of a Healing Touch. Beyond Feeling the Truth, CHICCHAN can share the Power through Human’s touch. We can Feel the Sparks when we see the Hand that shares a Loving touch. CHICCHAN connects the Divine Power of Life that flows through the Whole. Shedding our skin, there is no matter left unknown between us. CHICCHAN can restore the equilibrium of Love in the Balance. Both sides are happy when we resolve a hidden matter that lies between us. We won’t have to figure out what to say, when the Truth falls out of our mouth.
To all my relations, may we never deny the Truth we Feel when the the Words are Spoken. May we never try to be anything but our Self.
When the children were little I remember going to the bank to ask for a loan. I needed to look good, sound good, and say the right words. Only, I didn’t know what to say to reach the end. I prayed for the Creator to carry the Sound to be heard on the other side. Today we will know the Truth of the Power of Spirit. Words can fall away in the Light of Truth shared from the Heart.
May we give thanks for a Divine Light that guides our thoughts to our Highest ends. A Divine One above will defend the Dream that’s Real. The only way to know the Whole Truth is to Feel it and See it from one same Time and Place. May we give thanks for the Truth we CAN see from Above. May we see “all that is” and “all that can be” Known and Felt as an Expression of Love. Hearts that reach Will Know.
in lak’ech, i am another you

7 Serpent/CHICCHAN (Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI)
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Serpent/CHICCHAN: Movement and the creation of time. Sensual and dramatic, this sun sign embodies intense instinctual wisdom and creates a connection from Earth bound, to Heavenly aspirations. By sincere service to others, Serpent opens and expands its heart. Serpent aligns authority and the truth to bring justice that is quick and sure. Serpents are very adaptable, even fluid until trapped in a corner, and then they explode. Serpents, venomous temper poisons itself as well as others by creating resentful, suppressive and even destructive attitudes.
Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI: Serpent’s symbol is Constellation Serpens. Serpent people are Sky people who come to earth periodically as Educators. As above-So below, on Earth the Serpent is the roots of the tree of knowledge. Serpent power is vital energy, the moving force, the instinct and desire for creativity, the trigger that sets off the action. It lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself. Knowledge, combining science, technology and psychology, plus spirituality are seeded on the planet.
