8 Wisdom / CIB

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Peak Tone 8 begins the Transformation Phase of each trecena. Every transformation begins an Ascension from the Highest Truth we claimed before. Wisdom/CIB guided the last trecena sharing the Wisdom of the Masters. To be the student we had to claim we didn’t already know everything. By Murphy’s Law we were doing good if we got the half of it right. Things can look completely different from another Time and Place. The best we can do to know the Truth is to walk in someone else’s shoes. With two perspectives we might get it half right. When we add a 3rd Perspective of Divine Consciousness we can get it ALL right.

CIB’s totem is the Owl, the One that can see through the dark, and see what’s behind. Our past is the archeological treasure that holds the Truth of a Mystery.

The Key to the Kingdom is Forgiveness. We have to forgive our self for forgetting the Truth of Love we knew before. And we have to forgive one another for the Truth that Humans forget, and we don’t know what we’re doing. If we CHOOSE to look, we CAN see the Intention to Love, even when the treasure looked like something the dog brought home. We can see the Truth either way, when we’re willing to look. There’s nothing to lose, except our Ego.

8 Wisdom/CIB exalts the Wisdom of the Truth in its zenith light. When we Forgive we can remember how long we put our own life “on pause,” in an effort to prove who’s wrong or right. We realize the weight we carried that was a dark cloud over all our faculties of discernment. We can’t create when worldly illusions take over our mind.

Forgiveness sets us free and reminds us it’s time to Live Again. We may have forgotten we had a life or a Dream of our own. When our emotions are healed we know there’s better things to think about that can lead to Life, Love, and Happiness. The glyph for CIB represents the mind in its highest state of Consciousness, emanating the Light of Divine Inspiration.

Forgiveness is an Offering we can carry out for the Highest One, that will always return a Sacred Exchange. When we are Atoned through the Offering we see the Truth from the Creator’s side. Most of the harm we do to one another is the result of shame. That’s when our ego has to prove we’re better, just to believe we’re enough. We never have any way to know the “trouble someone else has seen.” But we can remember the Truth of all our Human doubts and fears that are to blame for most of our Human limitations.

CIB resides in the South, the direction of our Relationships with one another and with the Natural World. CIB holds the Highest Intentions for Right Relationship. We don’t have a chance if we don’t give each other a break. If all we do is count what’s wrong, by Murphy’s Law, the list can go on forever.

CIB represents the Wisdom of the Ages and the Ascended Masters who walked this way before. It’s a day to honor the Divine Inheritance of Wisdom that’s been passed down from the beginning of Time. When we remember the Wisdom of our Ancestors, their Truth lives again in our body of Conscious Thoughts. What would the Old Ones tell us to do? We can ask. A Divine Creator was the witness from the beginning who saved the Truth of experience for every generation. We honor the Old Ones when we are willing to follow the Truth that was shared before.

We Honor the whole when we are the student that Asks to Know. We don’t have to agree on the facts of a matter to reach an Understanding. The one thing we rarely ask is “Who are you?” and “What do you want?” Sometimes we don’t want to know.

Charon: Who sees behind him

The Owl represents the mystic ferryman that holds a torch aloft to see through the darkness to reach the “otherside.” There’s a mystic ferryman in many traditions. The Egyptians buried their own vessels. They believed that upon death our Spirit was weighed. To cross to the other side they had to be as light as a feather.

Forgiveness is the only way to leave all our worldly baggage behind. The world is nothing more than an illusion. We make up the stories, and our own cast of characters.

Everyone deserves to be seen through the eyes of Love. We started out perfect. Clearly something happened to every Human Being who’s Intentions for Good have gone astray.

Evil only needs a foothold from our doubts and fears to take up the residence as a stronghold. When we’re “in too deep” it seems impossible to let it go. Nothing is impossible with a Hand from God.

Those that passed a point of no return need our forgiveness the most. Evil is a symptom of fear and misery.

Holding the Element of Earth, CIB offers the Vision to See the Truth in a tangible way. It’s the Truth of our own experience, buried in the past. When we hold resentments we block out all the memories of Love. 8 Wisdom/CIB begins a transformation of enlightenment that can lead us to Holy ground.

Forgiveness is our own Salvation. The Creator’s promise of Unconditional Love means there’s a Divine Provision for everything.

8 Wisdom/CIB (Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’)

Wisdom shared by Ian Xel Lungold – MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 8: Justice. Harmony and balance are the intent of Eight. Eights carefully weigh all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement, “As above, so below”. From simplicity to infinity, the energy of Eight organizes all levels of creation. Some Eights are “Neat Freaks”.

Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign, enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valieant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons.

CIB IS A GOOD DAY TO: Sit on a rock.

Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’ : Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes.  Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritive.  Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
