THE TRECENA OF SERPENT/CHICCHAN: GIFTS OF SPIRIT
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
July 14, 2023 (07/14/2023)
13 Earth/CABAN (ka ‘bahn), Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI, Destiny Kin 117, Position 17

Greetings Beloved Kin,
Earth/CABAN is the symbol of Mother Earth and her Movement that Creates Time. The Cherokee Heron is a symbol of the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of its past.
The Elders say, “Mother Earth was the first and enduring gift of Life in a Living World.” We were given Life. It’s our choice what we do with it.
The Aztec sign is the Ollin (all in) that simply means Movement, the Sign of Life. We are made of Earth and share all the physical properties. All living things are Conscious of Life and by Divine Design, all this are Conscious of the Vibration of Peace and Love. Mother Earth is a source of Divine Healing through all her Elements and the Sound and Feeling of the Vibration of her Movement.
Serpent/CHICCHAN marked a cycle guided by the Divine Forces and Gifts of Consciousness offered from the Hand of the Lord of All Creation. We were intended to know we were made in the image, and the Gifts of the Highest One are ours to claim. It’s up to us to choose our Divine Inheritance by following the Light we are given to Know the Way. The Highest Intention of a Divine Authority is Love and Beauty in Harmony with the Whole. When we make the Choice, we are blessed beyond our Imagination through the Promise of Divine Atonement. Seeing through the eyes of the Highest One, we Feel the Truth of Love without conditions that will be with us forever.

The Ollin symbol at the center of the stone calendar marks 20 times of Knowing, when Humanity can see who we were destined to be. The face at the center is K’inich Ahau, the brightest Light of the Sun. On either side are the claws of a Divine Mother that will tear away the dying flesh that stands in the way of claiming the Life that is intended to be.
Day Ollin (Movement, known as Caban in Maya) is governed by Xolotl as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy. This is an auspicious day for the active principle, a bad day for the passive principle. Ollin is a day of the purified heart, signifying those moments where human beings may perceive what they are becoming. A good day for transmutation, which arrives like an earthquake that leaves in its wake the ruins of rationality, order and the preconceived.
The thirteen day period (trecena) that starts with day 1-Coatl (Snake, Serpent/CHICCHAN) is ruled by Xiuhtecuhtli, Lord of the Year, the ancient god of fire who stands at the center. The 13 days of this trecena are governed by the forces that have created a power vacuum in the situation. The throne is empty and the rightful heir must struggle with all the pretenders who would claim it. These are 13 days of conflict, intrigues and unexpected developments. The throne will fall to the one who has laid the groundwork, built the alliances and is favored by the timing of events beyond any one person’s control. This time will come again: those who are not prepared should bide their time; those who hold the throne should beware. These are good days to act out of strength, bad days to rely on the strength of others. AZTEC CALENDAR

Earth/CABAN is the Identity Imprint of our Divine Nature. CABAN is the Clarion Call that begins the Great Migrations on Earth. This is not a day to “go along.” We’re called to Rise to our Highest Occasion and Live with all our heart. CABAN holds the Element of Fire that is our Passion to Live our Life in Integrity with the Truth we hold within… the Truth of Divine Inspiration, and the Wisdom of our own experience.
We were intended to claim our Truth matters for the Choices we have to make for our Self. We deserve to make choices based on the way things are, not on promises that haven’t been proven by Time and Experience. It’s a hard choice to make when we Love. But True Love is a Sacred Exchange one Longs to share when Love is the “real thing.” When Love is the Truth, the Truth speaks for itself in the ways we care for one another.
Love, Life, and Happiness was the Dream written in the heart of Human’s Seed. The Ego can create an illusion from the desire to have it all, right now. Love is a Dream that can’t be erased from our memory. Anything less, leaves us wanting for more. There are no expectations with Unconditional Love, except the Time we share and the ways we Express the Truth through kindness, mutual respect, and consideration for one another. Love isn’t a sacrifice of our own Dreams, but a Divine Union between two who support the Dreams that were given to each one. The Signs of Love are Giving Back and Paying forward a blessing that empowers us to share our Brightest Light with the whole.
We were intended to Ascend to the Highest Consciousness of everything we are, and everything we can choose to be. Everytime we “go along” just to get along, or to get what we want, we sacrifice a little piece of our Heart and Soul.
The K’iche Day sign, N’oj symbolizes the Offering of Divine Gifts that are offered directly from the Mind and Heart of the Lord of Creation. N’oj (n oh) is a Sacred Word. The legend of N’oj is the story of a celestial messenger that was sent to Earth as a Divine Agent of the Highest One. A Divine Father sends Earth Angels who walk among us to share wisdom beyond Human’s limited imagination. Fire was a Gift shared from Above, and all the Divine Wisdom of the Ages shared by Angels in disguise as Human Beings. The story goes that the Creator called for divine volunteers and many gathered to campaign for the position. But, not N’oj. He watched among the crowd in humility. He was chosen because he had the wisdom to blend in with the whole and share his gifts like any other Human Being. It was necessary for us to know “we can” and that by our Divine Nature, we hold the Power to Know. When his work was done, N’oj returned to the realm of Spirit where he was raised to be recognized as a demi-god – a Divine Agent of the One and a Messenger of Light.
Kulkulkan/Quetzalcoatl is the symbol of the Feathered Serpent as “Light that descends” as a Divine Communion of Atonement. CHICCHAN represents the Gifts to Know by Feeling the Truth. The calendar pyramid at Chichen Itza, El Castillo, is the temple of Kulkulkan where Light Descends along with the Sound and Vibration of the Wind that moves around the Divine Proportions of the pyramid. When you stand in front of the stairs and clap your hands, the pyramid echoes the sound of the Sacred Quetzal bird. On Earth/CABAN our Heart takes flight on the wings of the Creator’s Voice that shared a Promise to know Divine Truths beyond Human’s imagination.
At our Ascension the Creator shares the Truth to Feel the Earth Move beneath our Feet. The Movement of Mother Earth is the means for Life as she offers Light in the Balance for every Time and Place. In the down-below, the Divine Relationship between the Heart of Sky and the Heart of Earth created Life in the Balance.

Don’t settle for anything less than the Love you always Dreamed to know. It’s a waste of time to when our Heart can’t be satisfied by anything less. Our Ego will use our own disappointment to blame someone else who was just an option to get what we want, something we can discard if the real thing ever comes along. Love is a desire to know another Human Being as they are, and to be witness to the Dreams we can create together.
A Divine Creator doesn’t share a Dream that’s impossible. Every Human was offered a Dream with our name on it, a Masterpiece bearing the Creator’s Signature. We were raised to maturity to stand up for the Love we were created to know. Run, don’t walk to an altar to give thanks for the Dream of Life that was destined to be. Time is ordered for us to bring an Offering to Mother Earth who moves us from the darkness to the Light.
Wait on the Lord of all creation and Know the Divine Time will come for you to realize your Highest Hopes and your Highest Aspirations.
We KNOW where we belong, and the Creator always shares the Wise thing to do.
in lak’ech, i am another you

13 Earth/CABAN (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI) – Day 13 of 13 in the Serpent CHICCHAN’s cycle of “light.”
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.
A GOOD DAY TO: Give thanks to Mother Earth for all her gifts.
Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way.
