Reed/BEN: An Offering of Faith

Giving Back and Paying Forward

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Reed/BEN is the Guiding Light for “Home.” An altar is a place for an Offering. At the top of the pyramid there are 2 altars that lead to the Holy of Holies. Beyond the threshold is the Light of Divine Illumination. The altar to Chac Mool is the place for Drawing the Sacred Breath from the Center of our Being to the Crown. At the altar to the Jaguar, the Breath is applied to Create the Sound of Gratitude.

We are completing the 3rd uinal, an Intention of Movement within a Higher Order of Time guided by the all-in-one. We’re creating a New Vibration for a New Life. Our Intention at the beginning is the Light that will guide us to a Higher End.  Only in Humility can we receive the Light of Truth that can turn our Love around.

This morning it dawned on me that I go to an altar to Receive. I’m giving, but at the top of mind is an Offering I want in return. Faith is what we need to face the climb with gratitude for the Time. Faith is the Light that never fails to lead us to a Higher End. Human dreams never lead us any further that the ground we could claim in the world below. The Creator’s Light leads us to the Highest Hopes and Aspirations for blessings that last forever.

Luke 6:37-38
37 Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.”

In the Creator’s realm all Time is One. We were given the Consciousness of Spirit to travel to any Time and Place. Intention is the Movement of Spirit that knows no physical boundaries.

The Jaguar left the footprints of Spirit to every place we’ve been. The Elders said that when we receive a blessing from Mother Earth, and we take without remembering to leave an offering, the moment we Remember the sacred exchange is completed in Spirit.

Without judgement, we can remember all-at-once for all the Offerings that were Given to Receive. It’s only a Human limitation. The Creator understands and offered a Divine Provision to redeem our self through the Light of Truth. In spite of our Human failures, every Offering is honored the same as a beginning for Faith to grow. I remember a Time when Faith in my prayers reached no further than the bedroom ceiling. A Time of desperation drew me to my knees where I created an altar to the Highest One and entered my Dreams from the Holy of Holies. I woke with the Answer to my prayers. It wasn’t easy to face the circumstances head on, but Faith was all I needed for a new beginning that led to a Miracle.

In Spirit we can return to every altar and every offering and every prayer to Receive. The Elders say that when we bring an Offering we should consider the measure of the Blessings we expect to receive in return. There’s a Divine Provision for our Human limitations. We can go back with the Offering of Gratitude for every Time we received, in spite of our Human failures. We can sow where the ground is still fertile from where Faith grew before.

We can sow Faith for Remembering a Divine Relationship that always returns more than Human can repay. May we count the blessings we’ve already received to Remember the Creator has already offered everything we need, to know.

May we use the Sacred Breath to make the Sound of Joy for prayers that was answered before, and again for every time we remember. The Creator never forgets and Divine Time is always Here and Now.

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

There is a Power Beyond Human to transform Faith into Knowing the Creator is by our side, As Above, So Below. The “best we can” is good enough for the One that knows our limitations.

Peace Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen.

love, in lak’ech, (“i am another you”)

7 Storm/CAUAC (Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA) – Day 7 of 13 of the 1 Reed/BEN trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.

Storm/Cauac: Day of the blessing of rain, giver of all life and lightening, a gift of nitrogen to Mother Earth and ozone to Father Sky. Cauac is also associated with the moon and the cycles of the moon, which are the meter of the feminine aspect of creation. The essence of Storm is the feeling of unity, security and warmth experienced in the home while the tempest of trouble rages in the world outside. Perpetually youthful, Storms exist to experience the ecstasy of freedom. They have the great capacity to both learn and teach. Their constant quest for novel experiences often leads to difficult tests and storms of emotion. Looking at these difficulties for the lessons they indeed are, will enrich our lives rather than destroy. Cauac individuals teach much through their electricity of being. Lightning energizes earth, this same energy energizes humans. Divine connections can be accessed.

A GOOD DAY TO: Count your lessons as blessings and your enemies as angels.

Scarlett Tanager – The Redbird is the Beauty of the Creator’s Love that catches our eye and bestirs our blood to speak. Love is in the Air.

Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA: Redbird’s symbol is Alcyone of the Pleiades Star in constellation Taurus.  Alcyone is the Central Sun of the Universe, heart of heaven. Lightning is the visible evidence of the presence of Redbird Spirit in the Sky, daughter of the Sun Spirit, sign of Fire, Sun’s alter ego on Earth. Redbird is a feminine sign; the hand that rocks the cradle. The symbol of nurturing, the lightning nurtures and energizes, with energy for zest, curiosity, imagination, and ideas. Lightning adds spiritual force to the human by way of “lightning of the blood” of a healer, directly body to body vibration. The key to spiritual communication and access to the wisdom of the Ancestors lies in the ability to bestir the blood to speak. Sacred stones such as flint, obsidian, crystal are created by lightning striking the ground. (Cauac is a source energy of Flint/ETZNAB.)
