Greetings Beloved Kin,

5 Reed/BEN represents the Intention of Empowerment by the Guiding Light for Home. On behalf of the children, we attempt to Live in the image of the Hero they imagine us to be. Our Ego loves the Power that can be corrupted by a Human Being. Whatever we do, the children will understand as the way of the whole world.

We aren’t intended to get through it as a spotless image. What Human child could live up to that. The Ego’s only defense is to appear to be just the same. No matter what we learned about the world, the Truth written in our Heart knows better.

No one succeeds when they are double-minded about the Truth of who they really are. Reed/BEN’s way is to pour out the Truth like a garden hose, instead of a lead pipe. The One and Only Truth of the Highest Order any leader of a family needs to share is the Truth of Answered Prayers.

We can’t beat our Truth in to anyone’s head. Every Human is  guided by their own conscious. The most important demonstration is walking the walk. “Home” is an Altar for Love, where everyone belongs at the table where everyone is happy together. The glyph for Reed illustrates two channels of Light shining down on an altar, and two thatched mats below, where 2 kneel as 1. The cross-hatch design is a symbol of Human’s veiled consciousness. Without the Truth of belonging, no one will ever know the Truth of another Heart that breaks for reasons we will never know.

Our Power lies in the Truth that our own prayers will be answered for the whole. Life runs its course through the same orbit of ups and downs in a family circle.  We have no power or authority over another Human Being. Only God knows what they need to survive. All the conditions are right where we kneel in humility to the Truth of our Human failures, and Reach in Faith for Help from Above.

God will create Miracles to Prove the Truth, when our Heart longs to share the wisdom of our experience.

 

The Reed symbolizes the “hollow bone” that is the channel for the Communion of Holy Spirits, Above and Below. The flesh of our Ego must be burned away for the Light to shine through. BEN empowers us through the Element of Fire that stirs up smoldering embers in the pit of our stomach. We’re prone to demand things our way. That’s the Reason for the Offering of Light (Red) that sooner or later children are smarter than we are. They witnessed the Truth from a “humble angle,” beginning on their knees, believing in a Power Greater than themselves.

If only we had the wisdom to stop forcing our way, and listen to the Divinity and Purity in what our children have to say. The Maya cosmology defines Humans as “sages at birth.” We had no opinions. We were purely objective observers of the Truth. Our witness to the Truth is recorded for All Time.

Believe that Miracles are within the realm of what a Divine Creator would do to prove the Truth of Answered Prayers to future generations. A Divine Creator can turn every Darkness to the ends of Good by the Power of Divine Intervention. Our Highest Prayers are for God’s Will, when we’re Humbled to the Truth that we don’t know what’s best. Prayers for God’s Will are the prayers our Heart knows are guaranteed.

Reed/BEN is the Fire to blow the human cobwebs away by an Act of Faith, to stand in the Integrity of the Truth of everything we are. The Offering/MULUC trecena is the Offering that puts our Life on the Line in the Choice to Give our Life Back to the One who knows what to do with it.

We don’t have to depend on anyone being perfect, when we Know that Our Truth was meant to be, and the One of Highest Authority promised to shine every step of the way to our Highest End.

The Mayan tradition for BEN Days is to bless the home and look in on the neighbors. Charity begins at “home.” Belonging expands to every door that will be open to us, when we check in like family. It only takes, “How are you?” to show someone else we care. Our best exchange is an offering of prayers in Faith of a Miracle.

There are a million little ways we may be of service, when we allow the Time to think about it, and remember to Ask the Creator for the Answer to everything. God knows who needs to bear the weight of every matter. The same for our Self, if we’re capable, the support of prayers is all we need.

Reed/BEN can channel the Light of Truth. The Element of Fire can cauterize our wounds to stop the bleeding. The Answer always lies in counting our blessings after we pray for a Miracle.

Independence Day, July 4th, is a Celebration of Freedom. We can Celebrate the Freedom a Divine Creator offered to direct our own Life. “Fearing the Lord is the Beginning of Wisdom.” The Lord has to enforce the Consequences to Live by his own Word. Repeating 8’s is the Sign of the Creator’s Divine Justice.

We’re always overdue in acknowledging Miracles that are already true.

Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural networkers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.

Reed/BEN: Reed persons are the spiritual essence, protectors and guiding light for family and home. They are competent speakers who will take up a cause. Very tough and analytical, Reeds endeaver to bring peace, harmony, and order to all of their relations. Reeds are blessed with great skill at negotiations and consoling which are very often put to the test. Although Reeds need a log of appreciation, many have a marriage or business problems because of inflexible views and high expectations, which erode affinity. The lesson of Reed is to be like a garden hose, not a steel pipe.

Cherokee, Reed I’hya: Symbol-Reed is the Earth, reflection of the Star Chaga of Pollux. Reed made up the Magician Twins who led the journey to bring back to life the daughter of the Sun. The Casket is Gemini.  Energy for Intellectual minds, creation, re-creation, new directions, breaking the ties that bind.  A trailblazer and leader. From the East, direction of success and happiness, no matter what route is taken, always ending up in the Light.
