Auroras by lake near Cantwell, Alaska, taken by Todd Salat.
SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 09/18/2024
Brilliant aurora bands play their song over a calm lake near Cantwell, Alaska just after 11 pm on September 16, 2024, as a near full moon rising to the right tunes up the rich foliage. THE EXPERIENCE This aurora display was the cherry on top after a beautiful drive across the rugged 135-mile-long Denali Highway from Paxson-to-Cantwell that I did earlier in the day. I thought I was in potential trouble when a surprisingly big snow squall stopped me in my tracks near Tangle Lakes and made me consider turning around… but I hadn’t come this far to tuck tail and backtrack, so I forged ahead. It was gray and; wet near sundown when I fueled up in Cantwell, but I got lucky again when the predominantly cloudy skies parted long enough for this beautiful aurora to come shining through. I love aurora hunting at this time of year for exactly this kind of experience, to watch nature sing its beautiful September song. ~ Todd Salat
THE STORM IS OVER: Earth’s magnetic field is still reverberating from a CME impact on Sept. 16th. However, the severe (G4-class) geomagnetic storm it caused is over. During the storm, auroras swept across the United States as far south as Missouri, Colorado and Arizona.
PARTIAL ECLIPSE OF THE HARVEST MOON: According to folklore, last night’s full Moon was a “Harvest Moon”–the full Moon closest to the northern autumnal equinox. Sky watchers from the Americas to Europe witnessed a rare Harvest Moon eclipse. Chris Cook photographed the event from Long Beach, California:
The dark zone at the top of Cook’s photo is the eclipse. The Moon grazed the shadow of our planet, blacking out 8% of the lunar disk. “The golden colored Harvest Moon was low in the eastern sky at mid eclipse,” says Cook. “It was beautiful.”
We’ve received images of this eclipse from 5 continents. Browse the eclipse photo gallery for the latest!

Offering/MULUC is a symbol of the Moon, our Emotions, and Water Everywhere from the Cosmos to our tears. Through an Intention to Give Back and Pay Forward the Offering of Love from the Highest One, the Storms of our Human emotions are over. Tone 3 is the first Day of Movement into a new way of living, an Offering to Receive a Blessing we can never earn. By measure of our failures we know the measure of Grace offered by the Only One who sees us in our brightest Light. Holding Position 9, MULUC, a symbol of the Christ Spirit, is the Sign of a work of Love that is finished in God’s perfect way. MULUC can restore the Balance of Love, measured by the Divine Witness in the Light of the Truth. An Intention to Love in Divine Trinity, is the closest we’ll ever come to perfection. Only God is God, the Creator of all things Perfect, Good, and Beautiful.
3 MULUC is the first day of Movement in a Creation cycle of the Deer/MANIK, the symbol of a Human Hand dedicated into the service of the Creator’s Love. The Storm is over as all our Karma is swept away for the beginning of a New Experience of Life.

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purifications. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
A GOOD DAY TO: Offer appreciation for all of creation.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The River is the “Fountain of Life” and represents the fluid of the cosmos to fluids in the body, with the energy to clear all karmic debts, personally and on a mass level with fluidity and grace. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
