Greetings Beloved Kin,

8 Serpent / CHICCHAN

History repeats itself on Human’s calendar of Time. The last time around we were waiting on the Sign of a major ending and beginning that appeared as a Total Solar Eclipse. We waited with anticipation to know “what it means” when the path of totality completed an “X” as it cast its shadow across the United States. Signs are for the future.

The Sign of a Holy Day

Today we wait for the Sun to move tomorrow with the promise of brighter days ahead. This Time is marked by the Holy Observance of Serpentine Day, a Celebration of the Source of all Light and the Inspiration for Divine Possibilities. The Mayan Number 8 (Waxajquib) is defined as “pure Spirit.” No darkness can cast a shadow over the Creator’s Light.

In the 8th Hour we receive the Light directly from Above. CHICCHAN is the Light that ignites our Consciousness through a Revelation that is delivered with a charge of “lightning in the blood.” We don’t have to see the Truth when we can Feel it.

Serpent power is vital energy, the moving force, the instinct and desire for creativity, the trigger that sets off the action. It lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself.

CHICCHAN is the Force that animates a New Life. The Creator’s Light is a Force that can move us. The symbol holds the same meaning as the Yod, when we are touched by the Hand of God. 8 Serpent/CHICCHAN shares the Feeling of Knowing the Truth.

The Florentine Codex illustrates the Yod as Truth known by the Heart.

Yod is the Creator’s Truth that can’t be changed. Even the smallest letter of the Truth remains the same. The same symbol was represented by the Maya, the Egyptians, and the Hebrew letter.

Throughout history the Serpent has been a symbol of Divine Illumination, wisdom known beyond Human’s limit of discernment.

When Truth strikes from above, no question remains that it was shared from the Mind of God. Truth can be revealed that we never imagined, nor have any way to know, yet the Truth is open for inspection like a memory that was planted in our Body of Consciousness. We can be moved to speak the Truth that “must be said” without the hesitation. If we have been backed into a corner, the Serpent can move us to strike out with the Truth.

CHICCHAN is the Kundalini energy that rises from the root to the Crown when the Creator grabs our Heart and sends chills up our spine, raises goosebumps, turns our face red, and sets our hair on end. If we’re moved to speak the Truth, our face may turn red after we said it without thinking twice. The Serpent guides us to be fluid and flexible. If you speak the Truth, don’t take it back, and don’t elaborate the point. Exit quietly and let the Truth speak for itself.

When the Creator speaks on our behalf, the Words will always hold its own weight without adding or taking away from it. CHICCHAN is the Force of God’s spoken Word that is never returned empty for its Divine Purpose. Whether it’s Truth spoken or delivered straight to our Heart and Mind, we are moved to Live by the Light of Knowing.

CHIICCHAN is the Force that empowers all our Gifts of Spirit. Our gifts are no so supernatural as they are a matter of being Conscious of Truth we’ve witnessed all along. The Quickening of our Spirit is the Feeling that can bring us to tears when the Heart of Sky and the Heart of Human are forged together as One. The Truth of a mystery beyond knowing becomes the Reason to Live Again for what tomorrow could bring.

When we know “God with us” the Truth reveals that there’s nothing we can’t create when we know the Dream of tomorrow was shared by the Highest One.

CHICCHAN holds the Element of Fire, a power of transmutation that changes matter from one form to another. Our attention can be captured by the Light that outshines any human matter that was on our mind. Fire represents our feelings of passion and an aching to know. CHICCHAN could be the first light of an invention where we hold the architectural plans as a memory. CHICCHAN shares the truth Before the Experience that reveals the Truth After.  It doesn’t have to make sense. Once on CHICCHAN I received a download about smelting metals, something I’m unlikely to ever do. The point is like the “wild ideas” of IMIX. It’s not the wild idea that matters, but the experience of receiving the Light of Wisdom, whether or not we knew a thing about it before.

Whatever the Revelation may be on 8 Serpent/CHICCHAN we’re destined to know a Truth of Divine Justice. A Mystery revealed will end the old questions that lingered on our mind. CHICCHAN opens our Divine Eye to Clearly See the way forward as Common Sense for our own Highest Good and the Highest Good of the Whole.

We saw the Sign before for the Revelation of an ending and a New Beginning on Holy Ground.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

My gift for the Tzolk’in round is the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in round. The “Field Guide” is available to download from a link on the 13-day Trecena Guide Page.

Tracking your thoughts during one 13-day trecena, you will see the synchronicity of Time, and an ascension as the answer to a prayer you hold as an Intention of thought from the beginning.

The Flint/ETZNAB trecena is part of Season 2, found in Volume 1.

NOTE: If you see repeating numbers, SacredScribes is a resource to check the meaning of Angel Numbers.

8 Serpent/CHICCHAN (Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI) – Day 8 of 13 in the 1 Flint/ETZNAB cycle of Truth from Above

The 7th Uinal of Balance

The 7th Uinal of Balance

CORE DAYS: The 7th Uinal of the Tzolk’in represent the center column of 20-days, which carry the Intention of Balancing. In the Center we are returned to Unity. Our discernment of duality comes into balance.  The Maya believed this to be the axis mundi – the center of the world that connects Heaven and Earth, where the four directions meet; where communication from lower realms may ascend to higher ones and blessings from higher realms may descend to the lower realm and disseminated to all. The Core Days may be experienced as a time of personal mystery where the crystalline structure is formed with the wings to fly.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 8:  Justice. Harmony and balance are the intent of Eights carefully weighs all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement ‘as above, so below,’ from simplicity to infinity, the energy of eight organizes all levels of creation, some eights are ‘neat freaks.’

Serpent/CHICCHAN: Movement and the creation of time. Sensual and dramatic, this sun sign embodies intense instinctual wisdom and creates a connection from Earth bound, to Heavenly aspirations. By sincere service to others, Serpent opens and expands its heart. Serpent aligns authority and the truth to bring justice that is quick and sure. Serpents are very adaptable, even fluid until trapped in a corner, and then they explode. Serpents, venomous temper poisons itself as well as others by creating resentful, suppressive and even destructive attitudes.

A GOOD DAY TO: Ask for fluidity and flexibility.

Cherokee, Serpent/DO’TSI: Serpent’s symbol is Constellation Serpens. Serpent people are Sky people who come to earth periodically as Educators. As above-So below, on Earth the Serpent is the roots of the tree of knowledge. Serpent power is vital energy, the moving force, the instinct and desire for creativity, the trigger that sets off the action. It lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself. Knowledge, combining science, technology and psychology, plus spirituality are seeded on the planet through the descending Light of the Serpent.
