Greetings Kin,

The Next 13 days…

Through an Ascension of Atonement we are empowered to become Creators in our own right. Wind/IK is a Day Sign of the North, the direction of Divine Wisdom. Wind/IK holds the power to Create as the Breath of Life and Spirit. The world was created by the Divine Breath of the Creator’s spoken word.

As a White Day Sign, Wind holds the Intention of an Application of something we have learned. Each day and each trecena holds the energy of “Light” and “Dark.” Our Light is new inspiration and our Dark is application that transforms experience into Wisdom. The Wind/IK trecena engages us to Walk in the Truth of our Higher Self. Through an application we can experience ourselves as a Divine Creator.

PORTAL DAY: Element of Ether – Portal days thin the veil to Spiritual Dimensions. IK resides in the North, the direction of the Ancestors and the place of Divine Wisdom. 1 Wind/IK is the only portal day in this trecena. Today we are given a send-off of Inspiration as we set out on an Experience of our Self.

PEAK DAYS: Peak Experience, Peak Performance

6 Deer/MANIK- will guide a flow of movement as a Divine Agent
7 Star/LAMAT – offers perfect balance with the Creator, and will multiply to abundance our Personification of Light
8 Offering/MULUC – returns on the Holy Day, exalting the Truth of our Atonement as a means of Divine Justice
9 Dog/OC – empowers a Transformation of Unconditional Love

Greetings Kin,

Our new beginning is initiated by Wind/IK, the Day Sign that symbolizes the Breath of Spirit and Breath of Life. The world was brought into being through the Power of the Spoken Word. The Wind/IK trecena can lead us to a new understanding about the special gift we were given through the Power of Communication.

Wind/IK is the Breath of Life and Spirit that can be felt through gentle breezes and heard as mighty winds and hurricanes. Air is the element through which we were given the Power of Creation and the Facility for New Life.

GREEN KIN: The trecena of Wind/IK is initiated on a portal day, Kin 222. Portal days magnify our experience and bring a thinning of the veil that separates us from the Holy of Holies. Galactic Tone 1: Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work bestt when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.

Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.

Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.

Breath of Spirit

We are beginning a new 13-day cycle under the guidance of Wind/IK. As the trecena of communication, Wind/IK is capable to teach us about the power and energy of words, and the conception and expression of ideas.

As human beings, our capability for communication is what sets us apart from all other living beings. Words represent our greatest power for co-creation with the Divine Spirit. The universe was created with a word. We create our own world through the power of our words. Our words reflect who we are, what we feel, and who we may become.

Words empower us to build relationships with one another and with the Divine Spirit. Our words impact others, having both the power to raise up and the power to destroy. Our words of integrity, compassion and love are the greatest gift we have to give, to one another and to ourselves.

IK is a Day Sign of cleansing and purification. As the breath of life, Wind blows to sweep clean the heart and psyche, the body and mind. The breath of life heals all negative energy and illness.

To all my relations, may I be swept clean, purified and made whole by the power of the Wind. May I become as an open channel to hear the Voice of Spirit, so that through your guidance I may know how I may use my own words as a power for good to bring healing, peace and love to the world.
