10 Night / AKBAL
Night/AKBAL is the Light that Burns in the Darkness, by Cherokee tradition, The Hearth of home and The Hearth of heaven. AKBAL is the “Dreamer that believes in the Dream.”
The glyph illustrates the veil drawn back to see the Light that shines in the darkness, imposed on the face of the Monkey/CHUEN. CHUEN holds position 11, as the Human Creator.
AKBAL holds the potential for a mystical experience as it reveals the inner workings of the mind. Thoughts are separated… our Conscious and Unconscious thoughts, thoughts of Reason and Imagination, and Memories of Past and Future Dreams.
AKBAL days can feel like being lost in a dream. We may wake with a Dream on our pillow. The ending was beautiful, but now lost in our memories. Trying to remember, the thought can hang over the day like a cloud. AKBAL can present a “dark night of the soul.”
Wind/IK is the Creator’s Voice we hear in the Light of Day. AKBAL is the Voice that speaks in our Dreams.
Tone 10 raises the Intention of Manifestation. Our greatest challenge for any Creation is believing in the end of our Dreams. The only way is to claim the Truth for our self of the possibility that lies in our future. AKBAL is the “lord of the Day” as the Voice of the One Above that shares the way to Remember and the Truth to believe in our Dreams.

Some dreams come true and we don’t claim them because they don’t appear the way we imagined. We shouldn’t care how it looks if Happiness is the end.

Tone 10 holds the Intention of Manifestation. Manifestation presents a challenge to claim the Truth. Human’s highest Dream for happiness is Love we could know was True All the Time. Today’s Dream is given for Tomorrow. The challenge is claiming the Truth in the Future. Dreams were given to Believe.
A Divine Dream for our Life was shared at our Ascension of the last Tzolk’in round. The Spark in the New Seed is Remembering, Dreams that were shared by a Human Being that came before, and from the Divine One that will Always Be. In the early Times we slept beneath the Stars, holding the wish for tomorrow and dreaming of the Light. The Dream of Life is as old as Time. We are Awakening to the Unlimited Possibilities of Our Life and the Dream we’ve always held for the future. Only now, we’ll claim a Higher End.
The Mayan symbol for 10 represents the Power of Two Hands. We can Believe in our Dreams when we See and Acknowledge the Truth of the Hand Above and the Hand Below. Our Transformation is carried out through an Intervention of Divine Agency. A Light will shine for us when our eyes are Opened to See the Dream is Real.

The Intention of 10 Night/AKBAL is to claim the Truth of our Heart’s Desire. AKBAL is the Dreamer that Believes In the Dream. In our Dreams, we’ll see the Beauty that waits at the end, and a Voice of AKBAL will speak the Truth in our Dreams.
Don’t be afraid to turn to a Dream left behind a long time ago, when it was too late – “impossible.” If you are WILLING to see what made it so Beautiful, the One Above can share the Truth – if that’s the Experience you Love, I promise the End that’s the Mystery is so much Higher – and because you dreamed it, it’s a Divine Thought, like a Star, that reminds someone else to make a wish.
We multiply to abundance whatever we Hold to our Heart as an “object of our affection.” What if we Returned the Experience we Love for someone else waiting – and it’s their PERFECT Time? Maybe someone would follow a light of Truth that took us longer to know. A Divine Cause like that could only be balanced by EXACTLY WHAT WE ALWAYS WANTED that’s PERFECT for “our THIS” Time and Place?
Offerings of Our Truth to Know the Truth of the One, is Living by the Truth – letting go of what we think we want, investing our Dreams in One “sight unseen.” We see, when we choose to know. That’s the Promise. Once we See, we can Know THE TRUTH of Anything.
AKBAL is the POWER and the TRUTH that to Create, the last step is to LET IT GO. Questions end when we Claim the Truth. In our Dreams, Faith is just as good as Believing. AKBAL is a chance to hear it Spoken and claim the words our heart was longing to hear, could only be known by a Higher One. The most mystical part, will be the experience that feels “everyday” – as possible as some Divine One telling you the Truth in a Dream… something you needed to hear, but couldn’t put into words – only the feelings, back when you lost hope and you created “the impossible dream.”

10 Night / AKBAL
In the first trecena of the Tzolk’in our Primordial Mother, IMIX, germinated the Human Seed. We were brought to life and Given the Divine Inspiration to Live through a promise of Unlimited Possibility. IMIX shared wild ideas out of the blue so we would recognize a Divine Communion as thoughts that will lead to the Wisdom for Life, Light, and Happiness. IMIX warned us to take our Time, to use our Common Sense, and to Choose Wisely.
She offered a way to see beyond Human’s limitation of forgetting by the milestones of Truth we could remember at an altar. The Crocodile is fiercely protective of her young. IMIX shared the Truth of Compassionate Love to lead our Heart and Mind back to Love. Love is the Divine Provision that she declared would be True from the Beginning to the End. The Truth ignited our passion to Live and Be, remembering that we were born to become a Divine Human Being. Our hearts were Sacred to her from the start and she would share every Feeling that a Human Being must bear so we would never walk alone.
IMIX brought us to Life through a cycle of Light and Divine Inspiration. Jaguar/IX led our first cycle of Darkness. Human Beings claim the Truth through experiences of “light” and “dark.” “Light” is the Dream of Divine Inspiration, an Unseen Truth of Possibility. “Dark” is the application by Human, attempting to walk in the Truth Unseen, yet Felt within. Things look and feel different in the realm of Spirit Above, and in the reflection Below. It all seemed easy to believe, listening to the encouragement of a Divine Mother. Now we see how Time changes the picture.
A Dream was manifested Instantly in the realm of Spirit. The Elders say it always takes more time to move matter than it does to transform the Ether of Spirit. She taught us Patience to see beyond the limits of Time by remembering and eternal Truth of the Supreme Creator’s Unconditional Love. We were declared Sacred from the Beginning as 2 that must “bear the time” to witness the Miracle as One.
Tone 10 is the Day of Manifestation, the Day that the 2 will agree as 1 to claim the Truth of Creation. Manifestation is our greatest Human hurdle. We have to claim the Truth to manifest the Creation. We have to claim it before our Human eyes have seen it Below. Our only way is to Discern the Love that’s True in our heart. We have to risk the Leap of Faith with our Heart on the Line. Jaguar/IX showed us the way of Gratitude as the “earth magic” to See the Light.
We were given 2 Divine Truths that could stand if we tracked our own thoughts. We are not alone and there is a Divine Provision for every limitation. Night/AKBAL is the Dreamer who believes in the Dream. Residing in the West, AKBAL relates to Human’s Unknown Future. Holding the Element of Water, AKBAL relates to the way we Feel about the journey. AKBAL reaches deep to reveal the Dream of our Heart’s Desire. IMIX taught us that when we choose the Dream we Love, nothing will stand in our way.

AKBAL connects our Conscious and Unconscious, and our Intellect and Imagination to engage the Higher Consciousness for Divine Discernment. AKBAL is a Divine Voice that speaks to us in our Dreams.
AKBAL resides in the West, the Creative Void of the Unknown, and the realm of ALL Possibility. AKBAL holds the Element of Water that carries the Ether of Spirit. AKBAL is the Divine Voice that speaks Truth in our Dreams in the Language of the Heart.
AKBAL holds a Dreamy energy, like you never really woke up. AKBAL is a day of Dreams, both asleep and awake. Like a moment between Time and Space, nothing seems real. We may lose sight of our Dream in the Darkness. There is a Meaning and a Purpose.
We have to Discern our Heart’s Desire to Believe we can Create it. On AKBAL we can face our Human limitations and forget the Truth that ALL Creation is Manifested in Spirit. It’s Dreamed in Spirit, and is Manifested in Spirit as Believing it’s True.

Manifestation presents a challenge. We will only manifest what we claim. We have to See it and Know it to claim it. We started out with hopes and dreams held in faith. Faith turned into Believing holds the power of Manifestation.
Night/AKBAL is the Day Sign of the Dreamer. AKBAL resides in the direction of the West, the place of the Unknown and the darkness of ALL Possibility. AKBAL encourages us to engage all possibility through an intention to willingly enter the darkness.
AKBAL is the Voice that speaks to us in our dreams. AKBAL is the Light that always shines in the darkness.
The Great Law of creation, “As Above, So Below,” is that we can create from any realm of being and it will be balanced in all others. The Elders taught us that change happens instantly in the realm of Ether, and takes longer to manifest in the physical realm. Human must bear the time. We have to believe the Dream we manifested in the realm of Spirit.
We’re the only Human who Knows the Dream we held in Spirit. AKBAL offers the Divine Provision for Believing as a Voice that speaks to us in our Dreams.

Wind/IK holds the Wisdom of our Elders. I wanted to share teaching from one of my first teachers and Elders, Joseph Rael “Beautiful Painted Arrow.” Joseph has authored many books and shares his wisdom and video teachings on https://www.josephrael.org. His shamanic path was guided on the Hopi/Tewa tradition. I hold Joseph Rael in the same regard as Don Alejandro, of the Maya tradition.
On this first day of 2019, I wanted to share his Invitation to a Prayer. For your consideration, I offer an Inspiration for our AKBAL Dreams, with Joseph’s Message of Manifestation and Song of Peace below.
