6 Monkey/CHUEN

Today we enter the peak flow of CIMI’s cycle of transformation. On Galactic Tone 6 we can effortlessly ride a wave of transformation on a current that will carry us through the choppy waters of change, if we only let go. We learned from Dog/OC that we are empowered as we bless every thing with our unconditional love.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Master of All Arts that weaves the dark and light into the beautiful tapestry of our life story. Our perceptions of duality expand so we may see that every experience can fulfill a Divine Purpose.

8 Earth/Caban – Life Source

8 Earth/Caban (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI)

8 Earth/CABAN

8 Earth/CABAN

Galactic Tone 8: Harmony and balance are the intent of eight. Eights carefully weigh all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement, “As above, so below”. From simplicity to infinity, the energy of Eight organizes all levels of creation. Some Eights are “neat freaks”.

Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.

Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way.

“The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Egyptian Phoenix. One Myth has it that a Beautiful Young Maiden (the Heron Spirit Bird) fell from the Tree of Life in the Sky Vault, & Found no Place to Land on the Primordial Sea. Turtle came to the Surface of the Water & gave her a Place to Land. She nested & Laid her Cosmic Egg, From which came all Life on Earth.” (Cherokee Astrology: Animal, Medicine in the Stars, Raven Hail)

Life Source

Tone 8 brings harmony and balance to our world of Earth/CABAN. Inspired by Wisdom/CIB, we can now draw on ancient wisdom to bring new order to our lives and new balance to our relations. Returned to the source of our beginnings, once again we can draw from the ‘knowing’ that we are all connected. The path of nature carries us through our lives and around again to its beginning to transform us into something new.

Earth’s energy is a source we may draw upon to anchor our Spirit center. In traditional practice this may be done by setting sacred shrines in each of the 4 directions, each the same distance from the Center (your home or a sacred space). A stone or other medicine object is buried in the Earth at each location with the blessing of cornmeal, tobacco, water, and prayers offered to the ancestors and to the 4 directions. All sacred ceremony may be performed in practice, or by intention in Spirit. The most powerful sacred ceremonies are the ones we create for ourselves.

To all my relations, may I be given new eyes to see the blessings of Mother Earth – so that I may honor the beauty that surrounds me in every direction, and the sustenance and source of every living thing.

21 Days of Gratitude, Day 2

Since yesterday’s post suggested 21 Days of Gratitude, I took my own advice and will be sharing these 21 Days with you… this is Day TWO!   Jaguar Woman

6 Offering/Muluc/Moonoffering2

Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.

Offering/Muluc is also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purifications. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence. Like a shaken vessel of water Offering people regain equilibrium quickly.  Mayan Majix

Mitakuye Oyasin, All my Relations

In the traditional ways of the Medicine Circle a Sacred Offering would be preceded by honoring all that have gone before, the Grandfathers, Grandmothers, as well as the Great Spirit, the Four Directions, the Above and Below. In humility, one would establish the intention that the Offering be given in a most respectful way.

Muluc/Offering can stir the emotions as it relates to water and the Moon. At the core of Offering is another opportunity for gratitude, expressed as humility. We are who we are because of all that is and all that has gone before – every person and every experience was important to our becoming.

Make an offering and give thanks in the name of… all that you are grateful for.
