MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
On the Peak Tone 7 we’ve arrived at the summit compared to the top of a pyramid. Tone 7 is a balancing place where we prepare to Shift into the Spiritual Power that is opposite of a climb. An Unseen Force, like gravity, will draw us forward from Tones 8 through 13. This is the phase of each trecena that completes a Transformation through the reciprocation of a Divine Agency.
Eagle/MEN is the Day Sign of the Intermediary. At the top of a pyramid, Eagle is positioned in its Highest Human Proximity to the Creator. Eagle raises us up to see what the Creator sees for ourselves. We’ve completed the work of our climb. Positioned in Peak Performance with Eagle’s clarity of vision, we are given a greater Sense of Personal Power.
Through the Eyes of the Creator, we will See that our Very Purpose is to Serve in Relationship as the Co-Creator of Miracles. In a place with a 360 view, we can see in all directions, and Eagle holds the capacity to help us see into the Future. Today is a Sacred Event that offers us a Vision of how this Truth would mark the Road to our Divine Destiny.
As we regain our Balance on Peak Tone 7, we can re-member the Way of Stability we were taught by 4 Road/EB. Our places of Miracles and Enlightenment are worthy for setting a Milestone. We shouldn’t have to search our thoughts for the Miracles in our Lives. In the Consciousness of “right now” they are happening all the time. This is an important marker… a Sacred Place that would be guarded by the Jaguar. We can return anytime.
God’s purpose of Creation was the Experience of Relationship. Only through relationship are we capable to see who we are. Human offers an opportunity for the Creator to Experience itself as an Almighty Divine Being, capable to create a Universe, and even capable to Create a Creator. Our Dreams where meant to be our Offering to a Creator, Creating Creation.
Tone 7 offers the Intention of Reflection. At the top of the pyramid we have the first look at what we’ve accomplished by our Own Effort and Intention. This is a day to gather our thoughts. We can reflect on the Experiences that raised our Awareness to the Freedom of Living Without Fear. Eagle/MEN offers us the Higher Vision to see our Power as Divine Creators, by reflecting on the Miracle of Right Now.
To all my relations, may we take in the full 360 view to see the Proof of Miracles always around us. Through our reflection may we Bear Witness to this Truth Again and Again. May we remember how quickly we can forget, and mark our Miracles as the Milestones we would never want to forget. May we use our Eagle Vision to look farther into our future. If we were released from the Fear of Illusion by our Ego, what Vision of our Future would we be capable to hold? May we reflect on the Truth that we are ALWAYS Blessed by an Inheritance of Power to become a Co-Creator of Creation. And may we take up the role of an Intermediary so we can See Our Self Creating a Miracle for someone else.

7 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Eagle/MEN: Intermediary between Heaven and Earth. Due to the Eagles superior point of view and keen intelligence, they achieve material abundance and good fortune. A messenger gifted with patience and a deep sense of value, Eagle brings hope and trust on the wings of Spirit. Eagle persons are very detail oriented and technically inclined. Compassionate service to others sustains prosperity for Eagle personas as the flapping of wings would sustain their bird brothers. If Eagle becomes viciously competitive or possessive, greed and jealousy cause a fall from the heights. Eagles, being blessed with freedom of movement, should be aware of escapism. Eagles may be tempted to just fly away from troubles by using indulgences.
Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI: Eagle’s symbol is Mars the Spirit Warrior. He is a minion of Grandfather Moon. Eagles were the warrior society, the braves the protectors of the nation. Women were included. There was no discrimination which is reflected in the language: third person singular is divided into animate, human and animate, not human instead of he and she. The energy of high hopes and anticipations, dreams and visions, cosmic consciousness and commitment. On earth, a provider of excellence, leader, husbandry, care-taking of others, financial security and inheritance.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
