7 Star / LAMAT – Living as a Creator: Day 7

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

7 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Tone 7 represents the peak of our climb at the top of the pyramid. From a higher perspective we can see where we began our climb to empower a new Intention. Our steps leading up are reflected by the mirror image of the steps leading down. Our process of Transformation is accomplished by an elevation of Discernment, which can then be manifested from the Above to the Below. The effort of our Spiritual Growth draws Understanding from the Ether of Spirit to be brought down to the Earthly realm of our Experience.

A teacher and shaman of the Hopi-Tewa tradition, Joselph Rael, “Beautiful Painted Arrow,” describes this movement as footsteps leaving “tracks of light.” Our Illumination is a movement from the center of the Medicine Wheel, a universe within, to the outer parameter of a circle. Here we pick up the Light of new experience that is carried back to our Center. Our footsteps leave “tracks of Light.” Our Dance of Life is a reflection on our own “tracks of light.”

Tone 7 holds the Intention of reflection. Star/LAMAT, like the 12th Uinal, is a reflection of Venus as the Morning Star. As the Hand of God, we reflected on our Higher and Lower Self. Through our reflection positioned at the top of a pyramid, the place on Earth where we Stand closest to the Creator, we are called to a Higher Perspective. Tone 7 is a place of Divine Discernment. Here, we can comprehend that Human is the Lower Self of the Creator. Venus is the brightest heavenly body in the sky that emits its own light. We were given a Spark of the Creator to become a Personification of God’s Light.

Lamat’s totem animal is the Rabbit, the nuhaul of fertility and multiplication. As we are able to Discern that we Exist on the same Scale as the Creator, that we are One and the Same, our Light will be Multiplied to Abundance. Like the Sun and the Moon, the two faces of the Creator, our Light will be multiplied in the image of the Creator to take its place as a Light to the World.

7 Star/LAMAT is a day of an energetic Divine Discernment. 7 is a symbol of Spirit and Divine Communion. At the top of a pyramid we stand in the place of Balance – as the Lower Self of the Creator, reflecting on our “tracks of light,” the experiences we share with the Higher Self of the Creator. When we employ an effort of Spiritual Growth, the Creator sees a Reflection of itself, which was the purpose of our Creation.

This is a potent time on our Earthly Walk. We are gathering our Light. The Blessing of Star/LAMAT is that what we focus on can be multiplied to abundance. The polarity of a Blessing is a Curse. LAMAT carries the potential consequences, if we are focused on negative thoughts. If we focus on war, we get more war. If we focus on Peace, we will get more Peace.

As we are being guided to bring our own Lower and Higher Self closer together, we are given an opportunity to raise our Lower Self closer to its rightful Higher Place, by Acknowledging it with our Unconditional Love. As our own Lower Self is elevated, we perfect the Light of our Experience of the Divine.

Star/LAMAT is said to be the Day Sign of “pure luck.” All the conditions are right for abundance beyond our expectation.

We could also see this as a day of great responsibility. The Higher Energy of Lamat is like a rabbit. Rabbit’s heart beats a little faster, and Rabbit’s resting temperature is a little Higher. I describe Rabbit’s energy as a little “jumpy.” This is an important time to engage with our Higher Self, and to lean on our Higher Discernment. I always start the day of Star/LAMAT with an Affirmation of my Highest Intention. We can transfer our Power to our Higher Self, as the Protector and Deliverer of our Sacred Intention. If our thoughts of our Lower Self, trail off to the negative, we would have the comfort of knowing that our Higher Self is focusing on the thoughts of Gratitude and Joy.

As this energy relates to our worldly experience, today we hold “pure luck” and “peak performance.” We are given a powerful opportunity to advance our Dreams and Intentions. Whatever we set out to do holds its greatest potential for a manifestation. As we are led by Wind/IK to discover our own Power of Creation, we are in position for a Personal Revelation. The Light of a New Understanding can be multiplied to abundance.

Our Joy is the Light of an Offering we Bring to the Highest Altar. Tomorrow on the Holy Day of Tone 8, a Divine Agency steps in. Our Transformation will begin through an exchange of Divine Reciprocity. What we bring will be returned to us as a Discernment of Divine Wisdom… something that will change us. Through this change we will be elevated to a Higher Level of Consciousness, and Ascend to see our Self in a new and Higher Light.

To all my relations, may we use this opportunity to reflect on the Light of our New Experience. May we gather all the Light of our Footsteps, and reflect on the Gratitude and Joy we could multiply to abundance. May we experience our own “binky of joy” as a Leap of the Heart to Know that every part of us is Loved and exists in Unity with a Divine Creator. Every part of us serves a Divine Purpose. May we see our “darkness” as the Divine Gift that makes it possible for us to Know “Light.” And, may we hold Gratitude and Joy for our Human walk on Mother Earth, the Home we were given to exist in a Perfect Balance of Darkness and Light.

MEDICINE PATH: A Video by Joseph Rael, “Beautiful Painted Arrow,” offers inspiration very relevant to this Wind/IK trecena. The fundamental message of his teaching is focused on Sound and Vibration. He describes how Wind carries the Sound of the Movement of Life. His message can also expands our understanding of the Wind/IK glyph, the purpose of portals cut in stone to magnify this sound of the Wind, and the impact of Sound and Vibration on Humans and the Earth.

7 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee , Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)

Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.

Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.

Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
