MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Eagle/MEN will share our path as an Intermediary. We’ll be raised up for a Higher Vision and encouraged to engage our Highest Hopes.
Today we are joined by the Old Ones who walked as Human and Ascended to the Highest States of Consciousness. They know, first hand, our challenges and fears. We are connected to their Wisdom on a Day of Discernment.
Tone 2 is a symbol of Duality that draws us to our first Discernment of this trecena. This is the day when a Divine Inspiration is under our own Consideration. We are separated from the Whole, to consider how that Inspiration could or would be Expressed in our own Way.
Our Lower Self and Higher Self are in correspondence to agree on a way forward. Our Lower Self will present its fears, and the illusions of everything that would stand in the Way. While our Higher Self sets the mark of our Highest Aspiration. Through a “meeting of the minds” we will negotiate a shared Intention “to be, or not to be.”
Today is a day to Acknowledge with Honor the Ascended Masters. They found their Divine Justice in the face of their own Obstacles and Injustice. We would recognize with our Gratitude the effort they made to Preserve Sacred Wisdom. Due to their Effort, we are able to start from Higher Ground.
They fulfilled a Divine Purpose to Serve the Whole and be a Blessing to Future Generations. Today we are Graced by their presence and Wisdom. They can’t hand us the Truth, but they can show us the Way to Discern it Within.
The Old Ones know that the Polarities within our Self will be magnified by our Highest Aspirations. With Higher Hopes, we may face Lower Fears. Wisdom/CIB calls us to use our own common sense and good judgement. When we reach the pinnacle of an Ascension, we have to start all over again at a New Beginning. Remember that the Expectations we place on our Self can not be a Source of Divine Discernment.
Wisdom/CIB is said to grow “luck like a crop” through a balance of prudence and tenacity. CIB encourages that we are promised an Abundant Manifestation, as long as we keep going. CIB calls us to remember the importance of our forgiveness. Through forgiveness, we can accept that each experience is unfolding in it’s own “right” way for a Higher Purpose.
This is a day for “thinking things through.” This is NOT a day for impulsive action. Sometimes it’s difficult to see our obstacles without wanting to jump in and fix it. This is a day to wait for good judgement. Wisdom/CIB reminds us that Higher Consciousness is made possible by Forgiveness. We must forgive our own shortcomings.
Let it be okay to be on a slippery slope of indecision. We’re just waking up to smell the coffee. Through Eagle’s encouragement, we would toss aside everything we learned from the ground, as we are entering unexplored Higher Territory.
To all my relations, may we engage our Intellect with a commitment to Persevere. May we be patient with our Self and remember that old failures can either be our greatest obstacles, or a source of great Wisdom. Wisdom/CIB is said to be a good day to sit on a rock. May we keep an open mind that something we first see as hard, could be made easier. May we remember we can “grow luck like a crop” taking one step after another, and draw on the Truth we already know.

2 Wisdom/CIB (Cherokee, Owl/U’GUKU’)
Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.
Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons. A good day to sit on a rock.
Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’ O’JJ: Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes. Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritative. Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.
