MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Offering/MULUC is a symbol of water everywhere from the cosmos to our own tears. All Water is Holy as the Element that holds the Ether of Spirit. Representing the Element of Fire, MULUC is the Blessing of Holy Water that is used for the purpose of Baptism and Purification. The glyph illustrates a single drop suspended over the whole. Through an Offering of Atonement our Heart is raised up to be seen by the Creator.
Human’s great longings is to be seen in the True Light of who we are. Our Human shortcomings are not the essence of who we Really Art. Who we really are comes from the Higher Voice Within that draws us to our Higher Self. In darkness we saw this Conscious as a judge. Grown up we recognize the extended Hand of a Creator who Loves us Unconditionally.
The Creator knew the challenges we would face. The Creator sees every burden we’ve carried, every injustice, and every burden we’ve borne that was not of our own making. And, the Creator knows that when we can See the Light within our Self, none of it will matter. Our Divine Inheritance is to be the Personification of Light.
Water is the Element that Immerses us. We are called to a Baptism through an immersion in Holy Water. Water is the descending Light of Spirit, and the substance of which we are One with all our Grandfathers and Grandmothers that came before.
To all my relations, may we Honor the Divinity of our Emotions as our Direct Channel to God. May we Share the Depth of our Love for Mother Earth and the opportunity to Witness the Beauty God Created. May we take it all in as if THIS IS THE ONLY DAY WE HAVE, remembering that Every Day, Every Moment is a Sacred Event that we were turned to by Mother Earth. She brings the Light of the Sun to us. As we see the Sacredness of all her living things, may we Stand in the Truth that every Human is Sacred Too. As Long as we are Living, we still hold the Choice to be made into a thing of Beauty. This is the Highest Human Love for Humanity, that like the Creator, we would Hope Everyone would make this Choice, Knowing that Light can Dispel EVERY Darkness. When we fully know our Divinity, we will see God in Each Other.
The Cherokee Day Sign, The River, is the flow and current of Spirit that will carry us home. The work of our Spiritual Growth is let go of the world, and exist in the Flow of Spirit. Like CIMI, Mother Earth will attend to us, bringing to us exactly what we need to see the Light in our Self.
To all my relations, may we be Grounded In-Love with the Creator. May the song we sing from our Heart be, “Holy, Holy, Holy.” May we be drawn into the Beauty of the Natural World, as if this were our Last Chance to inspect all Her Beauty.
May we look all around… to the East where the Sun rises, Happy for a new beginning it brings every day, to the South, for the companionship of one another and Mother Earth, to the West, that offers us a Mystery, and to the North for the Wisdom we are capable to learn from All Human Experience. May we look to the wonder of the blue sky in the daytime and the moon and the stars at night. May we see our feet on the Earth as the body in motion carrying us to our Highest Consciousness of Spirit. May we remember the many who lost their place and emanate for them, our Appreciation of the Comfort of Mother Earth. May we let go of the cares of this world, and dive into the flow of a River of Spirit.

4 Offering/MULUC (Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA)
Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purifications. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
