MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 12 is a day of Understanding. Sun/AHAU brings the Light of Illumination to comprehend a new Truth that raises our State of Consciousness.
The MULUC trecena Intended for us to make an Offering, to sacrifice our Self so we would Know what it means to be One with the Creator. We learned that our Spiritual Gifts were given as a way to make it possible to fulfill our Meaning and Purpose.
Sun/AHAU is a day of Revelation. We are able to see in its brightest light something we didn’t see before – something hidden in shadows, or hidden in plain sight. All our encounters with AHAU bring something new to light.
11th UINAL: 12 Sun/AHAU completes the 11th Uinal of Resolution. The Intention of 11 is to see something from a Higher Perspective. Ascending from the Wisdom/CIB trecena, we started with a new Truth that Forgiveness goes hand-in-hand with the effort of Higher Consciousness. Forgiveness is the only way to really see things clearly. The MULUC trecena has been building on our last accomplishment. MULUC associated Forgiveness as the Highest Offering we can return as a Sacred Exchange for the Spiritual Gifts we are given. The 11th uinal clarifies an Understanding upon which we would move forward to live our lives for a Divine Purpose.
An Offering requires us to make a sacrifice. We are meant to bring the very best we have to bring. A Sacred Offering was meant to be the first fruit, the best seed, or the unblemished calf. We were meant to make a sacrifice worthy of the Harvest we expect to receive. Forgiveness is the Seed for a new generation of Spirit – the first fruit of our new Spiritual Harvest. Today we can comprehend that giving our Best for the Glory of the Creator is the Offering that returns our Eternal Happiness.
To give the best away is contrary to our Human Nature. Human’s resist giving their very best if it never feels acknowledged. We judge the receiver unworthy of our best effort. When we turn our hearts away from the injustice through Forgiveness, through Spirit we can Know that we are Acknowledged for every effort we ever make. Our Offering is Sacred because it demonstrates a Choice to live for a Divine Acknowledgement.
Our Spiritual Gifts make it possible to Know how it feels to be Seen by the Creator. Our Hearts are Connected by an out-pouring of Unconditional Love. We would see that we are the Beloved who could have claimed all the glory for our Self, and instead, Chose to Glorify the Creator of our own Free Will.
Sun/AHAU can help us see that we Receive far more than we can Give, from a Creator who sees no shortfall. For such Divine Grace, sacrificing our lives is the only Worthy Offering for our Eternal Happiness.
Sun/AHAU is the Supreme God, the Lord of All, the Light capable to dispel the darkness of the whole world. Through an Offering of Atonement, we offer ourselves as the vessel through which the Creator’s Light can shine in the world. We fulfill our Meaning and Purpose through a Resolution to live to Personify the Creator’s Light.
AHAU is the Master of all things. Living as a reflection of the Creator, we would strive to be the very best we could be. Instead of doing it for worldly acknowledgement, we would do it all for the Glory of God. Whatever it is we do, we are called by AHAU to give it our All. Our Highest Aspiration would be to hold nothing back in the giving of our Mind, Heart, Body and Soul, surrendered to every experience of life on Earth. In so doing, we can Create Miracles beyond the capability of our Human Nature. We would live among the Earth Angels who serve as the Creator’s Hands on Earth.
Sun/AHAU is the “hero” of the Tzolk’in. We can look to our own Understanding of what it means to be a hero. My first thoughts turn to the One who dives in to save another. When we see such a sacrifice, we wonder how it was possible for a Human to risk its own life for another. We recognize that it as something that would require more than just our Human Nature. We could only comprehend that a Divine Hand guided the Circumstances, when Human turns away from reasoning the personal risk, to hold Faith in the Divinity of their Purpose.
The Higher Truth we might comprehend is that nothing is Lost when we Give our Life to the Creator. We claim a Greater Gift. We claim our own Happiness, Harmony and Equity. We’re reborn to a life that’s greater then our worldly life.
AHAU is the Day Sign of the One Collective Conscious of the Divine. It marks the Divine Wisdom of the Creator and the Ascended Masters, those Humans that achieved Divine Consciousness. We are called to remember the sacrifice they made, making it easier for us to find the way. May we give thanks for every milestone they marked and every teaching they preserved that can lead us to our Own Truth. They offere a Divine Validation of every Truth we could discover.
To all my relations, may we see how everything we wanted from the world is satisfied by a Divine Acknowledgement. May we imagine the Freedom to Be Who We Are, no longer bound by the fear of what the world will think. May we give thanks that the Creator watches over us, recording every milestone of accomplishment and every darkness we overcome. May we take to Heart the Truth of our Glory seen by the Creator every time we Remember. May we honor the Old Ones that “bore the time” to realize the Truth of the Creator’s Unconditional Love. May we Remember the Many whose mortal lives were sacrificed standing in their own Truth. May we resolve to take our place in the world as the new Heroes, willing to dive in to save others from the “injustice” of the world by Offering the Gift of Forgiveness that can turn their Hearts around to see the Glory of the Creator.

12 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK)
Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. Twelve is a gift of great capacity of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.
Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures, and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
