MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Peak Tone 6 offers the Intention of Flow, through a Rhythm and Pattern of Movement. Given the Power of Momentum, we’re prepared to complete a new climb of Spiritual Growth. On Tone 5, we were Empowered by seeing how all our Spiritual Gifts could be applied to a Divine Creation of Love. Tone 6 engages all the Power of Love we’ve created for our last Leap of Faith.
Offering/MULUC offers a way through an Atonement with the Creator. MULUC presents a Divine Reason for Every Creation of Love. In the Sacred Ceremony of an Offering, we are Humbled before the Consciousness of God.
The glyph illustrates a single drop of water raised up to be Seen by the Creator. Returned the Love we’ve Seen will send Ripples through the Whole.
CHICCHAN lit the fuse to the Power in our Heart. Today, through the Element of Fire, our Hearts will be forged by the Passion of very Divine Reason. MULUC holds the Symbols of the Moon, our Emotions, and Water Everywhere, from the Cosmos to our own Tears. Water holds the Ether of Spirit. The essence of our identity is suspended in the Water of us. Our Blood is “bestirred to speak” when the Ether of Spirit moves within it. This is a day to Honor Emotions that are the Quickening of Spirit.
Through an Atonement we can witness Unconditional Love through the Creator’s own eyes. We can see what the Creator sees in us, when we come with an Offering that Demonstrates we See and Acknowledge a Relationship and the Provision that waits for every Human limitation.
Offering/MULUC is a Day to Make an Offering, bringing our Gratitude for all our Blessings of Love. As we Give Thanks for all the Blessings we’ve been given, the Creator’s Sacred Exchange is manifest Our Consciousness that we have been Divinely Seen and Acknowledged as a Divine Child who made a Choice to Love Back.
In the 8th uinal our Divine Transformation is held in the Creator’s Hands. All the climbs that were part of Growing Up. Each climb was completed by the Creator’s final application of Divine Love. We dreamed we could create it. We learned we Could Create it, when we applied the Power of Unconditional Love. We learned that to manifest our most Divine Creation requires a Divine Reason.
Offering/MULUC is a day to Pay Back and Pay Forward our Appreciation. Kneeling in Humility, we will See the Light of Human and the Light of the Whole Creation. The most Divine Reason we have to Create Love, is the Offering to Give it Back. An Offering is Seeing and Acknowledging Love as we have been Seen and Acknowledged. Returning the Offering of Human’s Unconditional Love, we Identify with the “Christ Spirit” whose Divine Dream is the Salvation of the Whole.
Tone 6 offers a Full Engagement of our Power of Love. Tone 6 is compared to the greatest athletes who have practiced all the steps. Their strength is built through one exercise at a time. On Tone 6 we are presented with the Performance that becomes our whole expression of Love. Our Style of Divine Love.
When I first started painting, I wondered about style, and how great artists create a style that is uniquely identifiable as their own. I remember trying to think of my style, but it didn’t work that way. I haven’t discovered it yet in my art, but I can see it in my writing. In the beginning, every journal was a major research project. I drew from all the wisdom I could find to discern a meaning and purpose. A “style” wasn’t discernible through the first 4 rounds of Tzolk’in journals. I didn’t discover it until the 5th round, my own round of Empowerment. I still couldn’t define it except as something that naturally happened once a body of wisdom was Known to my Consciousness. I still look things up. There’s so much to keep learning. Yet, now I understand “style” as Creation that is drawn from a personal understanding of Truth. Somewhere, I began to write from the perspective of my Own Understanding of Truth. I knew my own Truth well enough to Express it. It’s what all the master artists say, “If you keep doing something long enough, it will become second-nature. The second-nature part of us is the Expression of our own Truth. Own Archetype of Spirit will emerge to Create from its own perspective.
Offering/MULUC is a symbol of Water Everywhere from the Cosmos to our own Tears. Like Fire, Water in the form that flows is an “invisible” substance that Human can see. Water is an Element that magnifies Light, and reveals the colors of the Rainbow – the Creator’s Promise of Love.
MULUC offers a healing to Human emotions. The way is through an Offering. MULUC holds the Element of Fire that consecrates the Water of our Being for a Holy Purpose. We are made the Holy Water for a Purification, Blessing, and Baptism of Spirit. Our Fire is the Love that burns to Know we are Loved FOR who we Are… not some imitation of someone else. Through an Atonement our Heart is broken by Love to manifest a Divine Reason for Giving.
MULUC is a day to Honor your own Feelings, and to Honor the Feelings of others. We hold the maturity to see that our emotions are created from our Primal Instincts of Love. MULUC is a day when Hearts are reaching out for Love, in all the ways Human may express it. We are Divinely backed into our corners of Love with a Reason we can’t hold back anymore. As a witness to the Creator’s Love, we See and Acknowledge a Light too beautiful NOT to share it. An Atonement offers the Truth of Eternal Love… and a Love that changes us every Time and Place we know it.
Through the Gift of MULUC, we are drawn to Remember that Water holds the Ether of our Spirit. Water is the Element of Human’s material exchange with Mother Earth. Just as our body will return to Earth, so is the Water of our Being returned to Mother Earth. The Water that held all the Spirits of Humanity is Holy. It was anointed by the Divine Spark within. We are called to see Water the way the Maya See and Acknowledge it – the Whole Body of Human’s ethereal Consciousness of Spirit. The clouds above are acknowledged as the Grandfathers and Grandmothers whose Spirits rose from the Water. Don Alejandro described the Rivers as the arteries and veins of their Love that flow from the rain that falls above. Moving in an Intention of Love, all the water on Earth would return to the Whole.
On Offering/MULUC we Offer our Divine Love into the Flow. We will recognize our own personal Expression of Love, was needed – our Love had its own Special Meaning and Purpose. We alone held a Possibility like no other that was Given so we could share it with the Whole. We can complete our Highest Climb of Love through the Provision of an Offering to the One that first created it. We will Know the Power of a Divine Offering and a Prayer for the Creator’s Vision of Love for the Whole.
The Mayan Elders have said to Receive the Transmutation from the Element of Fire, we must allow our Fires to Burn. Those who tend the Sacred Fires never leave them unattended. The Element of Fire is given a Life of its own. Once ignited, the Fire is allowed to run its own course. The Firekeepers of the Native American tradition allow the Fire to choose the direction where the first log will fall. We watched and waited for it.
At the time, I took note without any idea what it meant. With each Ascension of Consciousness those Sacred Experiences reveal that they are still there waiting. I’ve had spiritual experiences from Sacred Ceremony, long after, when I realized the Intentions, and know they were worthy long before the Illumination.
The Fires that burn in us are the Flames of Love in our Heart. There’s so much limitation in our Human Self, we can’t bear to See. We push it down, cover it up, and feel we’ve done a “good job” in managing our self, if we can make the feelings go away. After all, aren’t we supposed to believe everything is Divine? All held in the Creator’s hands?
To be the Guiding Light that Personifies the Creator, so must we offer a Divine Provision or one another. This is a day when we can see hearts broken by Love. We are offered the Provision of Atonement exactly when we need it. MULUC calls us to make our Greatest Sacrifice for Love. We are called to let go.
A Divine Fire will ignite Human hearts to strike out from their corners of Love. When we let go of the world, we let go of what “everyone else thinks.” We can Dare to Be who we Really Are and share what we really think, when we Know how the Creator always sees us. The Creator’s Love is the Fire that can change us, when we allow it to run its course.
An Offering is an Acknowledgement of all the Blessings we counted. In the Offering we made an attempt to remember. Through the Divine Mind we see that our Miracles happened every day. How could so many Miracles be overlooked as “everyday?” The Water that blesses us, is an everyday Miracle, flowing through us to ignite Love in the Heart.
This is a day to ALLOW the feelings of the Whole, and to acknowledge our own emotions as a very Divine Creation. “Love can be sudden, and cruel sometimes, but it might just save your life.”
To all my relations, may we allow The River to flow through us. May we look to the Blessing of Clean Water, and the Sacredness of every Commodity. May we remember all the Symbols of Water when we drink it, shower in it, and Bless our Self with it.
The Elders said to bring an Offering in Balance with the Blessing you hope to Receive. May we offer our Gratitude and Appreciation for what we receive from the Beginning. As we come with our Offering to the Creator’s altar of Love, may we stay there a while to look at our Self and the Whole through the Creator’s eyes.

THE MOON: The Moon and Mars met one another last night. Mars is a fiery energy. We are moving in synchronicity with the Intentions of the Universe.
THE MAYAN NEW YEAR
In the Maya lands it’s tradition to carry out the 21 Days of Gratitude ceremony leading to the New Year on 8 Monkey/CHUEN (8 B’atz). This is the day for the dedication of the Daykeepers. I always make a mistake on this count. So, there won’t be a countdown, though I’m reminding myself about Gratitude for the rest of the way to the New Year.
GRATITUDE FOR THE DAY:
I’m grateful for the Feelings to Know when Divine Love engages our Heart, and grateful to be offered the Provision to be seen as Divine, even as we bear our Human limitations.

6 Offering/MULUC (Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA)
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purifications. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
