THE TRECENA OF SUN/AHAU
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Peak Tone 9 holds the Intention of Patience. Tone 9 Intends the Completion of our Transformation. Patience is required to see the bigger picture. It comes with a warning of potential suffering for lack of insight.
Star/LAMAT is a symbol of Venus, associated with Human by its 260-day cycles of Light, appearing as the Morning and Evening Star. LAMAT relates to Human’s experience of Duality. We are made of Stars and like our Creator, were meant to shine our Light equally in all directions. The glyph illustrates the 4 directions of the Medicine Wheel.
LAMAT’s glyph is also a symbol of being planted on Mother Earth. The shape that looks like a star resembles the hole in the ground that is made by the implement for planting, a stick drawn from North to Sound and East to West. LAMAT holds the Element of Earth. LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit, a cauldron of Creation on Earth from the Overflow of Love. The Day of the Rabbit is said to offer “pure luck.” LAMAT is a nahaul of Instant Manifestation. Whatever we focus on will Multiply to Abundance.
Number 9 holds a Divine Spiritual Tool for Transformation. There is always something more to know than our first impression. By turning North, South, East, West, and all around, we’ll discover a Divine Meaning and Purpose. When we associate the Truth to our experience, we’ll See our own Higher Consciousness of Truth. 9 Star/LAMAT intends for us to See the Truth of our own Light.
Number 9 is a symbol of the Holy, Holy, Holy, the 3 x 3 that is the exponential factor of Divinity. A Trinity is created from the synergy of 2, our Human Nature and our Divine Nature aligned in the same Intention of Love. We found our way to the Divine Consciousness that was shared in Communion with a Trinity Above, the Creator’s Consciousness, the Collective Consciousness of the Ascended One, and the All-in-One Consciousness of the Whole. The 3 Below connected to the 3 Above in Atonement of our Offering generates the Power of Infinite Love.
Number 9 is a symbol of a Spiritual Awakening and the Enlightenment of Life’s Mission and Purpose. Number 9 holds the Integrity of Divinity, all the Universal Spiritual Laws, including Cause and Effect. Dedicating our Life to a Mission of Love is a Cause that will manifest a Divine Effect. We are Transformed by the Unlimited Possibilities to manifest Love and the Genius known by the One Mind of the Whole.
For a Star to persevere, it must shine its light equally all around. When a star turns its Light on itself it will inevitably implode. The Source of our Power shines for the Whole. When we are loving one more than another, we are taking Light unto our Self that belongs to someone else. We must look at the Reasons we make others the object of our affection. We are each meant to shine in our own Time and Place. If we are Loving, to make someone Love us, we are giving to a black hole. We’re taking Light away by our expectations.
My own best lesson was someone I hoped to make a friend. It was always impossible to engage and receive any interest or enthusiasm. I kept trying harder. It became harder and harder, and I loved her less and less with every approach. Then, one Star/LAMAT I finally saw what I was doing. There were people all around who WERE willing to engage. I was practically ignoring them. Some of us shine together better than others. I gave up and starting shining all around. Now, years later, this person is very friendly. She must have felt it was a no-win every time I approached her too. I expected her to fail.
Consciousness is a Blessing of Light. Consciousness of the Creator overcomes expectations of others. When we Identify our Self as the Scion of a Divine Creator, we will celebrate a Light that shines on us like we’re the Only One. The Whole of us Here and Now on Mother Earth, are the Only Ones who can share This Time and Place for the Circle of Life. Choosing the Creator as the Object of our Affection we hold the Power to manifest Higher Creations we never could have conceived on our own.
Star/LAMAT resides in the South, the direction of our Relationship with one another and with the Natural World. Multiplying to Abundance the Truth of our Light, we’ll Remember the same Light shines through the Whole. The Sacred Right of Choice, our own Freedom To Be, is the Unbridled Beauty that draws all Hearts into Harmony and Equity. When we Know we are Endlessly Loved, we’ll Believe in the Love between us without Seeing it Our Way. We are all children of a Divine Family. Even though we are challenged to tolerate one another, there are still many heroes among us who would make a Leap if we needed a Divine Provision.
Our Darkness and Light is about Dreaming and Being Awake. The Maya say that Venus enters the underworld when it shines as the Morning Star. When we are so close to such a Brilliant Light, it’s hard to see our Light. The Light of Others will be hard to see if we are comparing them to the Perfection of a Divine Creator. Sometimes we are awake, and at others our Ego is lost in the dark. We can count on the Creator’s Miracles of Light.
Star/LAMAT generates some friction in the caldron of Love. Knowing that whatever we focus will multiply can be a little scary when your thoughts are jumping all over the place. LAMAT takes some Vigilant Consciousness to hold a Divine State of Mind. When we’ve Asked a Divine Creator be with us, we have nothing to fear. We only have to Remember how Lucky we are.
To all my relations, may we Choose a Divine Light to Multiply to Abundance. May we claim our Truth as a Love that Overflows. May we see the Divine Cause and Effects of Love. The more we Know it, the less we’ll expect from a world below. We’ll Know we already have more Love that we could ever Know, and a Promise that it will go on forever.
May we give thanks for the Spark of Light that was shared with the Whole. May we believe the Best for one another, and in the kindness of strangers that are Stars, Heroes, and Angels in disguise.
in lak’ech, i am another you

9 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)
Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
