Greetings Beloved Kin,

Flint/ETZNAB marks a day when the Truth appears to us out of thin air. Residing in the North, ETZNAB shares a perspective of Wisdom to see through the fog of a worldly illusion to the Truth that was written in our Heart.

“Flint beams the Stellar Ray of Truth to Earth as a crystal sword cast down along the path of a lightning flash. The transformer brings things to a head and wipes the slate clean.”

Peak Tone 8 is the Holy Day of the trecena marking the Intention of Divine Justice. The Maya define the Number 8 as “pure spirit.” The Justice of Harmony and Equity is the Law of the Divine Design. Our Highest Gift is knowing we know when the Truth speaks for itself.

Through the help of Divine Agency we are changed by the Truth we Know within. ETZNAB is a day you can be connected to the Truth of your power of telepathy. Pay attention to the way you can read between the lines. Also, known as Mirror, on Flint’s day the Truth is written on our face.

Every new world we create will be a reflection of the “I Am” – the Spark that was written within the Seed. Our inevitable Human limits don’t define us. Our Intention define who we are, like the Seed. We reach for everything we were intended to be..

Flint/ETZNAB delivers the Truth like a flash. Like static electricity before the Storm/CAUAC, positive and negative thoughts are separated by their own kind. Positive charges rise to the top of the cloud, while negative particles are gathered below. Lightning breaks when it finds a path through to the Hand that reaches to a Power Above. Truth will find it’s way to the Heart that’s willing to make a sacrifice to know.

 

It takes courage to see the Truth of who we are today. We only defend our self because we know who we really are. Today the Highest One will speak on our behalf. We’ve nearly reached the end of the “core days.” The 7th uinal of the Tzolk’in is compared to Life in the womb. We could only imagine the whole Truth at the end. If you’ve felt lost or in limbo, like this time will never end, you’re exactly where we’re intended to be. There’s only 2 days left to go. Even that can sound like an eternity with so many changes going on. I know  I’ve seen enough unexpected Truth, to be glad when it’s over.

ETZNAB delivers the unexpected Truth that is hidden or covered up. What’s unexpected is we already knew. ETZNAB holds the gift of telepathy, a Divine Resources to tell the difference between fact and fiction. We can’t read someone’s thoughts, but we know when we haven’t heard the whole story. The story is already written on Flint’s face. Today the Truth will speak for itself, and the Truth will sweep all our illusions away. We always receive the next higher truth exactly when we are intended to Know. We have to sacrifice the heart, our emotions and our ego with an Intention to know the whole truth about something we’d rather just forget.

ETZNAB relates to the Obsidian Mirror. We have to look beyond a reflection on the glass to see the Truth within. ETZNAB uncovers the hidden Truth to sweep our path clear of any lingering doubts. Truth is always better than not knowing, no matter what it is. We are learning to stand on our own Truth, no matter how different we may be. We will be different from all the others  that are afraid to know the Truth hidden inside.

The Maya believed that to Remember the words, traditions, and ways of the Masters of Love is to share Eternal Life in a Living Sanctuary. The circle of life is the Love that connects every generation. My Grandma Naomi always said, “You catch more flies with honey, than vinegar.” No matter who said it first, the words belong to her face. Flint is the Truth we need to see to believe in our Self. Our Truth Matters. We Honor the ones we Love when we acknowledge they made a difference for us, one way or the other. With Wisdom, all our sad stories can be turned around into something we learned.

The Time and the Season are about growing up. The Elders said the only way to succeed is with the courage to Know Thyself.

In the direction of the North, our thoughts are turned to Wisdom and our own True North. It’s not “right” or “wrong” – just something our heart needs to experience to resolve the Truth within. We no longer have anything to prove when WE know we are “good enough.” We can give thanks for all the ways we learn, when we know the Truth is our highest end.

Flint strikes with an unexpected Truth about our Self. It will cut to the bone, one way or another. In the 7th uinal of perfect balance, we’ll see the Truth Both Ways. ETZNAB can sweep away a doubt that lingers in our unconsciousness. Truth brought to Light is purified when we see beyond our own veil. ETZNAB can also reflect the Perfect Image of everything we would Love to Be.

We are in the “core days” learning everything we would aspire to be, if we could pull it off.  We are creating the Seed for a New Life. The Seed of Corn was the Most Divine Symbol of the All-In-One. The clam-shell/seed is the zero symbol for Sun/AHAU. We can’t know everything we are, without acknowledging that we are a Seed. Like the Seed, who we desire to be, and the environment we Love is the Reflection of who we ARE. The Seed of Corn fights its way through the dark, just like us. Only, we can see how tiny a Seed can be, to move beyond, around, and through obstacles with a force of exponential power… the Will To Be and to Live in the Light.

Flint/ETZNAB’s first and foremost intention is to get to the bottom of a matter. Something we thought was true about our self can be swept a way, that feels like a brand new lease on life. That may not be our first impression of the experience, and we’ll learn how the “hard truth” is beautiful, when it’s what we needed to know. On Flint, we’ll know we knew the Truth all along. When we’re afraid to see the darkness, we can’t see the Light.

Flint is said to present a temptation to act out of character. Though, “out of character” is the character we’ve carefully concealed. We’re guided with fair warning to think more than once. A dear friend once told me that a BEST friend is one behind you at the customer service line, that tries to keep a straight face if you “act out of character.” The Monkey/CHUEN is teaching us to laugh at our self. Expect others to reveal their truth in unexpected ways.

If you pay attention to the experience and the energy of the day, you may feel the shift and the release in the late afternoon. This is a day you can know how the Truth feels to you.

With ETZNAB you never know which way it may go. It could be an unexpected stroke of genius. Like a dream at our feet that’s been waiting for One Step. Like static electricity, ETZNAB can generate some growing stress as the day goes on, while thoughts are being torn apart. We might rationalize or defend our truth. Then, all at once, there’s nothing to defend anymore, because it’s only Common Sense.

The astronauts of the Apollo 13 Mission figured out how to survive in the nick of time. (Or, were they given the Perfect Time?) Duct tape saved their lives. Tap in to the Truth within to sweep away the illusions from the past.  Like that mission, stress can grow throughout the day If you ever wanted to know the Truth of our Intuition, now is the Time to Look and see. Once you’ve seen your own Truth, it can never be hidden again.,

To all my relations, we Love our own Truth and know it’s worthy to stand. Our own Truth IS ALL WE HAVE. May we Remember the Seed. The Truth written within is the reason we reach To Be. May we give thanks to the way Truth answers all our questions, and sets us Free to Live Again.

Galactic Tone 8:  Justice. Harmony and balance are the intent of Eights carefully weighs all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement ‘as above, so below,’ from simplicity to infinity, the energy of eight organizes all levels of creation, some eights are ‘neat freaks.’

Flint/ETZNAB: Mirror of reality. As a struck flint, these persons are the divine sparks of intelligence. Flint’s innate abilities are utilized to discriminate emotions from fact. Flint persons stand tireless to protect, defend, or cure others by personal sacrifice. By courageously wielding the sword of truth, falsehoods are cut away. Flints, it was said, can receive information on inter-personal troubles or evil plots of others by reflecting in an obsidian mirror. Their valiant service as warriors of the truth must be impeccable or they will experience sufferings of accidents, misunderstandings and gossip.

Cherokee, Flint/DAWI’SGALA: Opener of the Way, a creator, innovator, stretches the mind to outside limits of capabilities. Changes the static to the dynamic.  Brings about change, often through separation and destruction.  Beams the Stellar Ray of Truth to Earth as a crystal sword cast down along the path of a lightning flash. The transformer brings things to a head and wipes the slate clean.
