13 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Tone 13 marks our Ascension to a Higher Consciousness. Ascension carries us beyond the end of our Creation. We hold a higher vision for our life, and a renewed intention to live with all our heart.

MANIK is the Day Sign of the Mayan priest – one with an intention to stand in integrity and let the Truth speak for itself. The Year Bearer of the Haab, 11 Deer/MANIK represents the same mission, with an intention to Resolve (11) a Truth and a Way within our self. We don’t have to be perfect, when we continue to reach for higher intentions for Love on behalf of the whole.

The more we invest, the greater the speck of Light grows from the Eagle’s “X” that marks the Spot. We aren’t looking back over our shoulder, when we dedicated our Consciousness to the Creator’s purpose for our life.

The more we stand in the Integrity of our own Truth, the more we Know the Creator has our back. Whatever the Creator’s Will may be, leads to our Highest End for Life, Love, and Happiness. The Power of MANIK is doubled by an exponential factor of Divine Trinity.

The fog is beginning to clear on Faith that feels like solid ground. Holding the Element of Water, MANIK is an experience of our Spirit, Heart, and Soul. We are vested in the future, and we can’t see it, but we know it will be a Miracle.

REMINDER: March 26, 2023 begins the Wayeb, the last 5-day month of the Haab round (by Northern count). Human is in charge of our self as one year bearer steps aside for the next to take its place on the Haab New Year, March 31, 2023. We are called to stand in our integrity without a chaperone. There’s a Time to see what we can do. The first day of the Wayeb falls on 7 Deer/MANIK. Deer holds the position 7. Reflecting the number 77, 7 represents Human’s power to create our own reality. the power and intention are magnified by repetition. Have we learned what to do? Or, do we have to make another orbit and try again next time? The Signs indicate we are going to pass with flying colors. The New Year is led by 12 Road/EB, the road of Human’s destiny. We will Understand (12) our Power to reach our Highest Hopes and Aspirations.

With the Wisdom of MANIK, our Mission is to Raise the Whole in Harmony and Equity. We can stand our ground for the sake of Humanity.

Number 1313: Tone 13 and uinal 13 represent the Number 1313. Number 1313 doubles and amplifies the Number 13. Number 1 relates to self-leadership and assertiveness, telling us that we create our own experiences with our Intentions, Thoughts, and Beliefs. Number 3 is a sign that we are surrounded by a Divine Agency, helping us focus on the Divine spark within our Self and others. The Ascended Masters are working through our thoughts to enable the highest and wisest choices, and to use our natural interests, talents, and personality to bring joy and uplift others.  1313 resolves to Number 8 (1+3+1+3=8), the Number of “pure spirit” and Abundance. Number 13 is the symbol of theurgy, Human’s power through ritual and ceremony to call upon a Divine Agency to intervene in human affairs. We have our own rituals of prayers. When they are expressed as the spoken word, a song, a dance, a candle, the movement we make for a sacred purpose amplifies the Sound of our Vibration in the Universe. Pure Love vibrates at a frequency in harmony with the Universe. 528 hz is the frequency that brings equilibrium to our body and soul – the Sound of Mother Earth.

The ancient symbol of the algiz rune represents the Tree of Life, as do the antlers of the Deer. Reaching from the Heart with our arms stretched to the Highest One, the angles that reflect a direction of energy are the Sign of Power offered from Above that point straight to the Heart.

On Tone 13 we see how far we’ve come. There were challenges, but we made it through and we know we can carry on. At our Ascension, thoughts are turned to something greater we want to try again, or we want to create something brand new. We will be guided, if we don’t know what it is now. We’ve been guided by the Eagle’s focus, and the Deer’s Intention of Vigilant Consciousness of the Truth of a Divine Trinity Above and Below.

This is a day of celebration in preparation for our Highest Ascension of the Tzolk’in round. The 20th 13-day trecena is 1 Star/LAMAT, conceiving our HIghest Way to be a Personification of the Creator’s Light for the next higher transformation that’s written in a New Seed. What we FOCUS on as the object of our affection will be multiplied to abundance. In the final trecena we See the Future. Then we forget and start all over from the beginning again. 🙂 (But we learn along the way. All we have to Remember is, WE WILL KNOW what to do, exactly when we need to know.)

May we give thanks that a Supreme Lord of Creation ordered Time for a Divine Meaning and purpose. There are many important Signs in the Spring. We will be beginning a new life in synchronicity with the seasons of Mother Earth. Our Seed is planted near the Spring Equinox, and we’ll clearly see on a planetary scale, the Fruit that we’re bringing to Harvest on behalf of the whole.

May we APPLY the Wisdom to use the Proven and Worthy Spiritual Tools that are a Divine Inheritance, passed down by the Ones that came before.  May we invest all our senses as a Divine Witness for the Grandfathers, Grandmothers, Great Spirit and the Creator’s Legion of Light.

love, in lak’ech,

Debra, Jaguar Woman, 9 Eagle/MEN

13 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)

Definition of the Tones and the Day Signs by Ian Xel Lungold

Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

The Cherokee Calendar, Insights by Raven Hail, Cherokee Astrology: Animal Medicine in the Stars

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer:  A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.  Ability to create harmonic resonance.
