SPACEWEATHER: Radiation Storm Underway, G4-Class (Severe) CMEs Forecast 10/10 and 10/11/2024

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 10/10/2024

PROTONS ARE RAINING DOWN ON EARTH: A strong (S3-class) solar radiation storm is underway today. In plain language, this means protons are raining down on Earth. The energetic particles are being accelerated toward our planet by the incoming CME described below. Passengers and crew onboard international flights over the poles may receive an elevated dose of radiation while this storm is in progress.

SEVERE GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: NOAA forecasters say that severe (G4-class) geomagnetic storms are possible on Oct. 10th and 11th when a potent fast-moving CME is expected to hit our planet’s magnetic field. SOHO coronagraphs show the storm cloud heading straight for Earth. (NOTE: Previous storms haven’t exceeded G3-Class.)

NOAA and NASA models agree that the CME will strike our planet late on Oct. 10th. The impact could spark up to 12 hours of severe storming with naked-eye auroras visible in many US states and European countries. NOAA’s detailed forecast has the storm crossing the boundary from Oct. 10th to Oct. 11th, involving both calendar dates.

Please note that auroras are not guaranteed. Sometimes even powerful CMEs fail to light up the night sky. It all depends on whether the CME connects magnetically to Earth. A strong connection can cause a great light show; a weak connection does the opposite. Fingers crossed for strong connections!

Mayan Time

The Sun/AHAU trecena offers the Light of a Revelation. 10/10 is a symbol of Manifestation, times 2. We manifest our reality by the Truth we claim as our own. 12 Monkey/CHUEN is the “end from the beginning” as the Intention to Comprehend the Truth. CHUEN is the Mayan name of “god the Creator.” All things good are given by God. As the “lord of Time” all things happen in a Divine Order that leads to understanding. The Time is ordered for a delivery of Light, and the Consciousness to claim the meaning is Love. CHUEN holds position 11, the Master Number of the Source AND the Gift of Divine Inspiration.

1 Sun/AHAU is the 4th trecena of the first season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the Truth for yourself.

12 Monkey/CHUEN (Cherokee, Raccoon/KVH’LI) – Day 12 of 13 of the 1 Sun/AHAU trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in FREE CALCULATOR preserved on MayanMajix.com.

Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. This number’s energy is a gift of great capability, of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.

Monkey/CHUEN: Monkey is known to the Maya as the Weaver or Weaver of Time. Monkey takes ideas as threads of vines and weaves them into the fabric of our reality. New patterns or inventions are also woven into our lives by Monkey. Amiable, intelligent, generous and a jack of all trades, Monkey’s innocent curiosity leads to artistic expression and constructive solutions. Many Monkeys become highly respected merchants or speakers. They love performing practical jokes and crave attention, so much so that they may over-act or play the fool to get the spotlight. Monkeys have a short attention span and find it difficult to stay with anything long enough to master it.

A GOOD TIME TO: Begin anything new in your life.

Cherokee, Raccoon/KVH’LI: Star Symbol: Algol, a star in Perseus. Restless energy yearning for long-lost love. Algol was named DEMON STAR or MISCHIEVOUS ONE by the Ancients because it winks and fades at times. Raccoons are full of friendly mischief, eager to swap kisses for candy; magnetic leaders, full of humor and gaiety. Favorite food is corn, the mainstay of the Cherokee. Very artistic while being the “masked bandit” who steals your heart.

The Raccoon is not above stealing treasures human throws in the trash, knowing that living water can wash it up like new.
