2 Jaguar / IX

Greetings Beloved Kin,

The Truth of our Identity is hidden in our Reflection. Our identity is not worn on the outside. Who we are is defined by the thoughts and feelings within.

The Jaguar/IX is the nahaul of Spirit that leads us on a Journey to the East where the Sun Rises with the Dreams of a New Day. The Creator sees us as Pure Spirit. Yom Kippur was the celebration of our Redemption. Every new Day is a “Grand Rising” when we follow the path that leads to the Creator’s Light.

A cycle of Light is the Creator’s offering of Divine Inspiration. Our Hope for a New Life is the Light of the Creator’s Blessing. When there’s Peace in our Heart, we’re present in the moment to know the Source was a Divine Hand of Unconditional Love. The very fact that Faith is restored in the morning Light is the Sign that we are in Right Relationship with the Holy One.

Invisibility is the journey to the Light of Truth. When you’re invisible you’re always on the right path. The Jaguar leaves a path of “invisible footprints” for us to follow. Tread lightly and silently. The Jaguar moves in stealth. Find private moments to spend with yourself. Avoid the crowd and avoid calling attention to yourself. The Eyes of Spirit will be opened to See when we become the silent observer.

On Tone 2 we’re faced with the Choice of Duality, to be or not to be. We can choose to keep the highs and lows of our journey to our self. Having a private Life is a Sacred Choice for the good of our Spirit. We don’t have to share our highs and lows. Sometimes good news is bad news for someone else. We’ve all felt the sting when we’re weighed down and somebody else is set free.

“The Aloha Spirit” by Serge Kahili King is a little pink booklet that’s easy to find in Hawaii. He explains a secret way to manifest our Dreams. Reflect on what you seek. When you see it around you, give thanks for the blessing. “The secret is this:  Bless everyone and everything that represents what you want!”

Every Blessing we see is the Sign of the Divine Possibility. God takes care of His Own, so we can keep our thoughts on course. A Divine Weight is lifted off our shoulders when we’ve made a higher investment in Spirit. Yom Kippur closed the book on the past. Every step is the way forward on the journey to the Truth.

People live inside their heads when they hide the feelings in their heart. We’re all hiding something. I’ve been afraid to be too friendly or saying too much. It’s confusing. At least it only takes 3 days from the 3rd day of movement to create the momentum of a rhythm and pattern of movement. Instead of wondering “how I am seen” we can look at how we see our self. We’re the only one besides the Creator that can see our self exactly as we are. We’re familiar with our own ups and downs.

They’re all good days when we can carry our burdens directly to the Creator’s Light where we can Ask for what our Heart longs to know.

Jaguar Days represent the heightened senses of Spirit. The Jaguar hears the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Jaguar’s have prevailed due to their ability to adapt to their environment. They are non-aggressive to Humans, unless provoked. They can spring into action with the power and might of a Lion. They tread lightly, leaving heavy footprints behind. We can be seen as we truly are, when we’re minding our own business.

The Light within will shine through when we’re busy at work and we come and go without any grand entrances. No one will see our Redemption on the outside. But we’ll know if we’re reaching to be a reflection of the Creator’s Light.

Tone 2 is another slow minded day of comparing our outsides to our insides. Yesterday was a very weird day.  I tried a new baked chicken recipe “you never heard before” on YouTube and I swear it was a scam. I threw most of it away. The video had 3 times as many likes as the channel had followers. Then, the headline news struck me as totally bizarre, filled with miss-information in all the articles. I wondered if they changed everything to total nonsense. (Meanwhile, I’m drawn to the cost of Golden Toilets.)

We may find our self coming from another place, while others may exist in the same old place. The Jaguar is conscious of everything all around. The “heartbeat of Mother Earth” is the background noise of Life. The heartbeat is beautiful at Sunrise. Listen for the Sounds no one listens to hear. We feel the difference in the “heartbeat” of a crowd. In silence we can hear our selves think.

Tone 2 sets the Tone before movement. We can set the Tone to silence and know our Spirit is exactly where it’s supposed to be, sight unseen. Our Spirit dwells in the Light of a Sanctuary within. So, whatever it is, this is what it’s supposed to be. Tomorrow, we’ll get out of our head when we are Moved from the Heart by a Light of Divine Inspiration.

The Jaguar’s “earth magic” is Gratitude. We can give thanks that there’s a Time for everything. There’s a Divine Purpose for every Sacred Day. We set the Tone when we Bless this Day, just the way it is.

Jaguar/IX is the Divine Feminine and the Queen of the Jungle, the guardian of Mother Earth. IX is a Day to pray for Mothers, Wives, Sisters, and Daughters, and anyone who carries out the duties of motherhood. The Light for family is compassionate love that knows how we feel.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

2 Jaguar/IX (Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI) – Day 2 of 13 of the 1 Reed/BEN trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in FREE CALCULATOR preserved on MayanMajix.com.

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness. Patience born of strength and skill can turn to pounce of quick decision and action. Both bold and stealthful, Jaguars do not often attack directly and communications from them usually contain some mystery. In the absence of integrity, Jaguars power corrupts becoming a search for wealth and fame.

A GOOD DAY TO: Commune and give thanks to Mother Nature.

Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians.  Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. Panthers have unlimited imaginations, visualizations, and are spellbinding speakers. The Cherokee Totem Jaguar is the guardian of the portals to other dimensions; shamanic abilities will open; multi-dimensional magic; healer, leader, way shower energy when used for spiritual growth.  Abuse would be for using this power for control or negative purposes; must find a powerful balance. Ix: The Kab’awil represents the heart of the planet, the female reproductive tract, the face of a jaguar and points east on the world map. Ix: woman, tiger. Conducive to pray for grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters and wives day. Balances, cunning and protection of Mother Nature. To thank the Earth for sustenance. Ix is the native cunning, enterprising, vigorous, bold and realistic.
