Solar Activity on the Far Side

HALO CME TARGETS MERCURY: Yesterday, a full halo CME billowed away from the far side of the sun, and it’s heading straight for Mercury. Click image to set the scene in motion.
According to a NASA model, the CME will reach Mercury on May 24th. Its impact will pepper Mercury with high energy electrons, igniting X-ray auroras at ground level on the planet’s rocky surface. You do not want to be on Mercury during a solar storm!
The storm will also engulf BepiColombo, a joint European-Japanese spacecraft on a seven year mission to explore Mercury. It’s actually two spacecraft: The Mercury Planetary Orbiter, built in Europe, and the Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter, built in Japan. The two halves will split up in 2026 to survey Mercury’s surface and magnetic field from separate orbits.
BepiColombo is built to withstand Mercury’s harsh space weather, so this halo CME will not damage it.

QUIET WEEKEND: The sun is peppered with at least 9 sunspot groups. However, they are all stable and quiet. Strong solar flares are not expected this weekend.

Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.
Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way.
Name: The name Deneb comes from Arabic and means “tail of the hen”.
Location: Deneb is the brightest star in Cygnus and the 19th brightest star in the night sky.
