What does “Word” mean? In John 1:1, “the Word” (Logos in Greek) refers to Jesus Christ as the eternal, divine self-expression of God, existing before creation, co-equal with God the Father, and acting as the agent of creation. There would be no discernable meaning of Life if the Creation were a random event. When I was 65 someone suggested, “You live, you die, and that’s all there is.” It may have been the first time I questioned my Faith. I could only imagine how empty life would be without Faith beyond what the eye could see. In the end, I simply chose Faith that makes life worth living, and Asked God to believe.

My favorite garden so far was planted on a 4 x 6 foot cement patio outside the sliding glass doors of my last apartment in Seattle. Everything grows in the Evergreen State. Summer Days are balanced between overnight lows just below 50F/10C and highs of 75F/24C. The Day I planted this garden, the weather was perfect. I remember the sensation of not feeling the temperature, unless I was moving or caught a breeze.
After 12 years in Seattle, I was acclimated to the misty rains that didn’t require a jacket. Working remotely saved me from the commutes to the office during the rainy season of winters. I arrived after 4 years of the Dry Heat in Arizona. At first, I lost the Sun. It was a long dark Winter. The weather reporters in Seattle would announce the potential for a parting of the clouds as 15 minute “Sun breaks.” The Light of the Sun was replaced by the Green of Mother Earth.
We were all going through a Major Life Change in December 2021. Most recount their experiences of COVID by the year 2020. Though, the Major Life Change was the Effect that comes after the Cause. In 2021 I anticipated a reunion after a year of solitary confinement, only to find I’d lost my place in the world. 2021 was a Christmas without family.

9 Jaguar / IX
Jaguar/IX is the symbol of Spirit, the Source of our Consciousness of Life, Love, and Happiness. IX is the Source of our Divinity. IX represents the Divine Feminine aspects of Discernment and Compassionate Love. Without Spirit, we’re only beings of physicality going through the motions to live and die without experiencing the Mystery to question a “reason why.”
The Mayan cosmology defines Evolution as the Transformation of Spirit that was expressed through every living thing. The Spirit of the first living creations are limited to the Consciousness of a response to a chemical reaction. All Consciousness is centered around a Relationship with life beyond our own identity. All things created by the Creator are conscious of the experience of Life. All living things are drawn by the Light to reach for their highest potential. All things “fight for life” by Divine Design.
Humans were the Creator’s Highest Object of Affection, offered the Creator’s Consciousness of Choice. Love has to be a Choice for Human to experience the Beauty of our Spirit. Love that’s focused on our Human self is no more than a duty to get what we want. The Consciousness of Spirit experiences the Love of Life all around. Jaguar/IX shares the perspective of our Divine Identity that grow and expands for the good of the Lives of the Whole. IX is the Highest Evolution of Consciousness that awakens a Dream and the Beauty of Right Relationship.
The Jaguar symbolizes a heightened sense of Consciousness. The Jaguar is the Queen of the Jungle with the Senses to hear the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The Jaguar sees Earth as the Source of every blessing. Our Spirit was given the Power to Draw Love from the Beauty of all life. Beauty was offered to the Eye of the Beholder. Only Human holds a Choice to see it. IX demonstrates the Choice to See the Light.
The Jaguar walks in stealth to guard the sacred sites and temples where the Beauty of Love is manifested by those who go there with the Intention to expand the Consciousness of the Divine Aspect of who we are. Everyone who makes the journey leaves the Breath of their Spirit behind. Our Spirit is Consciousness of the Vibration of Love that grows with every offering. When we make a pilgrimage for a Divine Purpose our Consciousness is raised by the Light.

Jaguar/IX (eesh) is the nahaul/essence of Spirit. IX is the “pronoun” in the Mayan language that represents the Feminine. The Divine Feminine is distinguished by Compassion and Discernment for the Highest Application of the Inspiration shared by the Divine Father. Jaguar/IX guides a journey to the East toward the Light of Truth, the Power to dispel the darkness of Human’s doubts and fears.

IX is the Guardian of Mother Earth, the Divine Mother of us all. Her path of perpetual motion is driven by the Fire at the core of her being. She shares the “Love that knows how we feel,” as her own “flesh and blood.”
Peak Tone 9 raises the Intention of Patience to see the Big Picture. There is potential for suffering from lack of Insight if we fail to follow this thought. The 9th Hour of Human’s creation cycle falls at work’s end. Number 9 is the Sign that something is “finished.”
The Common thought we share when a creation is “finished” is to stand back to see what we’ve accomplished. We don’t have to follow the thought. In fact, we resist when we haven’t invested our heart in the work. That’s when we want to leave early and get it over with until tomorrow.
Through the courage to follow the Jaguar’s path, all our sorrows will be dispelled by the Light at the end. “Light” is the illumination of the Unseen Truth, the Divine Mystery. “Truth” lies in the root of the words “alpha” and “omega.” Our Salvation is the willingness to expose darkness hidden in the corners of our Heart. Light is the Gift that Heals through purification of the Living Waters that flow through every living thing. The “hard road” is facing our self and the Truth created by our own Hand.

Greetings Kin,
Peak Tone 9 raises the Intention of Patience to see the Bigger Picture. There is said to be suffering to bare for lack of insight if we fail to take this important step. There is always something more to know. Tone 9 represents the Truth of Divine Discernment.
The Number 9 symbolizes the Whole Investment of Consciousness and Faith that manifests the Higher One (10). We reached Higher Ground. We saw the Truth of Higher Power.
Without Patience we’re likely to claim the Power as our own. By Human Nature we’re stuck on the Creations we want to see in the material world for the Whole Truth. We Felt the Truth and Human wants to See the Reason we Believe.
We are guided by CIMI through the Chaos of a Major Life Change. CIMI guides the way to find our Comfort, Remembering the future that we KNOW is the Truth. We don’t have to reach any farther than that to believe. CIMI is the Divine Comforter with the “soft hand” to tend our tears and remind us to take the Sacred Breath.
Everything that looks and feels so unfamiliar is the proof that we are all changing. We’re all coping in our own ways that are different than they were before. We tend to over-compensate or under-compensate with every major change. It depends on whether we are going with the change or resisting the change – defending a right not to change. WE ALL NEED A LITTLE TIME.
The Manifestation of Divine Justice, guided by the Year Bearer of the Haab, 10 Wind/IK, won’t happen all at once. All cycles of Transformation reach their Peak in the center of Time. The Peak of the Haab will fall 6 months from the New Year (03/31/2021) around October 1, 2021 (12 CIMI). 12 Transformer/CIMI falls in the Ascending 13th uinal of this Tzolk’in round, the Days that guide us to the Highest Light of Who we Are and a Higher Dream of Life to carry on.
In 2022, the Year Bearer on the Haab calendar’s “vague-year” count is 11 Deer/MANIK.11 reflects the Intention of Resolution. By tradition, Tone 11 is the day when the Mayan priest climbs to the Highest Altar. 11 is a Divine Resolution of Higher Truth. Deer/MANIK is the day sign of the Mayan priest. The correspondence between the number and the day sign, magnify the experience. We are raised throughout 2022 to a Higher Perspective of a Divine Communion with the One Above. 11 Deer/MANIK is a symbol of one who follows a dedicated path. The Mayan priest is not a “preacher,” but one who counts the days and carries out the rituals and sacred ceremonies on behalf of the whole. MANIK leads that intention for a Higher Consciousness of Divine Agency in our life, until the Next Haab New Year (03/31/2023 – by Northern count.)
Jaguar/IX is the Day Sign of Spirit, the pure Intention of Light that sends its Love from the shadows. The Jaguar’s footprints lead to the temples and sacred sites where Human kneels to the One. The Jaguar always appears when it’s Time to follow the footprints toward the East, to the Light of Divine Inspiration. The Jaguar has the heightened Sense to Be Invisible. IX is the symbol of the Divine Feminine, the aspects of Discernment and Compassionate Love. The Divine Masculine is the Sun’s Light that shares the pure Light of Inspiration. The Divine Feminine conceives the Highest Ends of Love as the Meaning and Purpose for the Creation.

What day is it? I was living in some other realm of time.
The SOUND of Mother Earth’s vibration will ALWAYS draw us into a chord of Harmony. We can choose what we hear and see. We can listen for the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Maybe when we were in tune with her vibration, we felt it when the electromagnetic force and Sound of Saturn passing by… like a boulder rolling slowly along the other side of the bed, and hanging on to the other edge. Saturn is the “taskmaster” – we play by all the rules to stand up straight as who we are when Saturn pays a visit.
Sound would be a Divine Answer to “entrain the Whole” to the Harmony of Love. We might wonder how we could ever forget, After.

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.
Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness.
Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians. Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. Panthers have unlimited imaginations, visualizations, and are spellbinding speakers. The Cherokee Totem Jaguar is the guardian of the portals to other dimensions; shamanic abilities will open; multi-dimensional magic; healer, leader, way shower energy when used for spiritual growth. Conducive to pray for grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters and wives day. For wisdom at 4 Balances, cunning and protection of Mother Nature. To thank the Earth for sustenance. Ix is the native cunning, enterprising, vigorous, bold and realistic.
