9 Dog / OC

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Dog/OC is the living demonstration of the Creator’s Truth of Unconditional Love. OC holds Position 10, sharing the “top of the unial pyramid” with Monkey/CHUEN in Position 11. Together the represent the Highest Priorities, the One and Only, the First and Best aspects of our Divine Nature.

Number 10 and 11 are both “Master Numbers” of Creation. The Dog’s Gift is Unconditional Love. The Monkey’s Gift is the Consciousness and the Perception of Beauty. CHUEN is the “Master Artists Eye” to see the Beauty and Power of Love to create a Masterpiece of our Life.

The Dog is Faithful and Loyal. A Dog’s Life is an Adventure. The Journey is the Treasure. The Monkey is the Curious Witness to the Beauty of Love that is expressed in an unlimited number of ways. Monkey is the Master Artist that hardly finishes a thing, leaving a creation in progress to run after the next thing that catches its eye.

The Dog’s Love prevails beyond fun and games. The totem Wolf is dedicated to the Pack. It’s said that some totems appear and serve us for a Time or Purpose. The Creator speaks to us through the ways of all the “animales.”

The Dog doesn’t always have to be the center of attention. The Dog enjoys giving as much as receiving Love, in-tune with our Human emotions.

Love can be our Highest Creation when we Give Back and Pay Forward to someone else who needs an extra dose of Love and Appreciation. For the Dog, giving and receiving, is the same treasure. When we need a little extra love, we can give something extra.

That’s not in our Human Nature when we’re dealt a bad hand. That’s when we think we need sympathy the most. The Monkey looks at things from all angles. The Truth stands on every scale from all angles. Upside-down and backwards, the Divine Truth is that the Love we always need a little bit more of is our own. We always feel Loved when we’ve made a donation to a worthy cause. A little extra Light shines over our shoulder and we know we’re “a good boy.” The Monkey has the Consciousness and the Sense to see how it works – and the unlimited power to create it.

We all need a little extra attention. Receiving may be hard to find when Humans are reaching a limit. As it relates to an Offering of Forgiveness, our first Human thought is “the sacrifice.” From the Creator’s perspective it’s a Clarion Call, “Try it.  You’ll like it.” Never forget the Monkey’s sense of humor when you need a Super Power to get through the agonizing process of taking responsibility for our own Happiness. Thank God-the-Creator for making it so easy and infallible.

We can leave mad dogs on their own. But, we can hold a Compassionate Place in our Heart for the suffering.

The Good News is that we’re a pack of Conscious Monkeys who can take turns. We’re not always at our best. If we need to be a mad dog, it’s good to be alone with time to see the bigger picture again. All our emotions are okay and they all have their own Time and Place. There’s a Time for everything.

It’s okay to feel crappy when the Truth is crappy. 🙂  At least we’re all in it together, and we KNOW somewhere we can Give Back to Receive.

Peak Tone 9 represents a Creation that’s “finished.” The Intention is Patience – Time,  to see the Big Picture. We’ve conquered our “little demons” when we Give Back and Pay Forward the Love of the Dog. Love can’t help but to overflow when someone else knows we loved them through their worst moments.

Love always restores our Equilibrium as a Divine reason for being. There’s a Divine Balance when we Give in the Down Below and Receive from the Up Above. Besides, even under the best circumstances, Human love can look like something the dog brought home. The Creator always rewards us for trying.

Our sad state of affairs is a Major Transformation in Progress. Our Love is needed in the world. We’re One Body of Living Water. We all bear the weight of the Whole. Love ripples through the whole through every offering, and an more than doubles itself by the blessing felt by two.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

SIGNS FROM THE ANIMAL KINGDOM:

Pigeon Totem Energy

The animales have disappeared from my backyard for the past week. I refilled the suet cage and no one has been there, when it used to be gone in a day or two. No cat borders yet in the new shelter, and no nibbles on the food. It feels strange. Where did squirrels and flocks of sparrows go? My totems are 3 faithful pigeons.

TOTEM PIGEON: Their keen-mindedness may be why they became messengers. They return home as if they have a compass built into their brain. The drive is intense and represents the human quest to find a place we call home, with supports and where you put down roots. Pigeon is a speedy flier, moving on average 80 mph, and soaring up to 6000 feet in the sky. Talk about a grand view!   Source: WhatismySpiritAnimal.com

We put down roots where Love is always there.

THE JAGUAR’S MAGIC OF GRATITUDE:
I’m grateful for all the ways that Love leaves an impression on our heart.

THE TRECENA OF WIND/IK: TRUTH OF THE CREATOR’S WORD

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide Page for the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” My gift for the Tzolk’in round offers an overview for each 13-day trecena and the aspects of each day of the Tzolk’in round. The page also offers a link to resources for your own practice of counting the days to conceive your own discernment of the Meaning of Time.

4TH SEASON: 1 Wisdom/CIB begins the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)

NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Dog/OC: Courageous, loyal and warm-hearted, very alert and valiant, people born of Dog are respected for their sense of justice and their protection. People born of the sun sign Dog are very sensual and know how to enjoy life. Playfulness and a good understanding of the basic human nature lead to prosperity for Dog. Dogs are good team players who love to travel and have a keen sense of their position in society. Dogs are ambitious and will take opportunities when they offer themselves, including infidelities. Dog persons share the nature of coyotes, spies, wolves and lawyers.

A GOOD DAY TO: Enjoy family and friends.

Cherokee, Wolf/KANA’TI: Wolf is symbolized by Sirius (Dog star) and Antares, one or the other always visible but never at the same time.  Wolf is our brother, shares our very roots.  All dogs are domesticated wolves, companionship and guidance.  Wolves are a connecting link between the worlds; ones who inspire loyalty, diplomacy and sense of humor with unlimited potential.  Wolf is the Day Sign of teachers, healers, pathfinders and transformers; sharp as obsidian, gentle as a lamb. OC-Totem –Dog:  Loyalty and faithfulness that survives beyond death.  This was the first day of creation energy in this 4th world, sets the energy for love, loyalty and faithfulness on the 5200 year cycle.  Heart chakra energy is involved so that we can move to the state of “unconditional love” with compassion.  All sexual desire issues that are not in harmony will surface to be cleared.

[Text in italics was the primary source of inspiration for my journal. These are the sources that started my journey and they are the reference for interpretation each day. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources. Links to sources and other resources of study are offered on the Daykeeper Resources Page. ~Debra]
