3 Wind/IK – A Walk with Light

Greetings Kin,

3 Wind/IK

3 Wind/IK

Sun/AHAU is magnifying the Light on our journey to a personal awakening. We are able to see beyond the illusions around us and within.

We have seen the worst of behavior in the world and the fears we seldom face are being exposed to the Light.

On Tone 3, the first movement of the trecena brings the Day Sign of Sacred Breath. Wind/IK carries the power of healing Light. We connect to all that is through our breath and can use it to draw in the Light for our own healing.

THE TRECENA OF SUN/AHAU – A WALK WITH LIGHT

3 Wind/IK (Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA)

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.

Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.

Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.

DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Walk with Light: Day 3

Wind/IK gives us the power of sacred breath. We can direct our own breath to the places we are hurting. Each of us is suffering in our own way. We hurt one another every day, sometimes coming with the best intentions.

We can offer prayers and healing for the whole world. There is more than just empty space between you and me, and we are all connected through our breath.

Let us breath new life into our highest version of ourselves. We’ve seen the best and the worst of ourselves and others. May we extend God’s Grace and see ourselves and others as God does.

To all my relations, may we heal ourselves with sacred breath and dream our dream alive from the breath of our Spirit.

in lak’ech, i am another you
