3 Earth / CABAN – Flight of Higher Vision: Day 3 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

3 Earth / CABAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 3 presents the first day of movement. Through our movement toward an Intention, our Dream takes on Life of its Own. The Love we invest in an Intention for the Highest Good of All is the Highest Expression of our own Beauty.

The Eagle is revered as the totem that flies in closest proximity to the Great Spirit. The Eagle/MEN lifts us up to see that all our Dreams can come true through an Intention to Know the Creator and to be Rejoined as One. Through this One Intention, Human is empowered to create a world of Peace and Harmony. As the Intention of the Creator, this is the Dream most capable of coming true.

Earth/CABAN is the Day Sign of Mother Earth, a Creation of Beauty and Perpetual Movement. Earth was a Gift to Human as the Source of All Knowledge and Experience. Mother Earth illustrates the eternal promise of a new beginning. With each day we can begin again to create a new world and a new experience of living. Earth’s Beauty and Movement were created by Design to be the place where we would come to Know the Creator and the Divine Dream for Humanity.

Human was made as One with this Creation, and like the Earth, we were also created to perpetually renew and recreate ourselves as a Thing of Beauty.

Today is the birthday of a new Intention to Know the Creator. Our Intention will come to life as a vibration born of our Breath and Movement. A Dream born of Love and Passion will hold it’s own inherent power to move us forward. Movement is the Sign of Life.

Our First Place to See and Experience the Creator is Mother Earth. She is the reflection of the Creator’s Beauty that would always be with us, revealing Beauty in Every Direction. The Earth is our first evidence of the Presence of a Divine Creator. The Earth also reflects the Creator’s intention of Divine Justice – that everything is equal in its Beauty. From the macro to the micro, no detail was left untouched by Creator’s hand. Every part of every thing reflects Harmony and Beauty in its Design.

Through a Design from the Creator’s hand, Human would Know the Divinity of all things, both in Spirit and in their material form. All we have to do to Know the Love of the Creator is Open our Eyes. Whether we looked up close, or from far away, the Creator made its presence knowable through all of our Senses. Given as a Gift to us, Human was made the Highest Creation of all, given the power to Consciously Express our own Beauty. The Creator exists in both the One and the All. Through our own creation of Beauty we would know the Spark of Divinity within our Self.

Everything that was Created would draw us toward the Creator and the Consciousness of the Gift we were given. Through the Free Will of Choice, we were guaranteed the Justice of a Divine Relationship. We could clearly see that every living thing was given the gift of Beauty and Love.

With a Higher Vision, we see the Beauty of Mother Earth as an Image of the Creator. In her Dance with the Sun, Mother Earth is the Living Portrait of the Creator.

Earth/CABAN brings us into synchronicity with the rhythm of the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. Under the Guidance of Eagle/MEN we are given an Intuitive Sense of our Movement Together. Earth/CABAN helps us release bad intentions, habits and ideas. We can move away from feelings of “not enough” when we see that we are One with the Beauty of Every Thing.

The Cherokee Day Sign of the Heron is compared to the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of the past. The Heron is a symbol of Movement as a creature that lives its life as a perpetual migration. Heron is ever-experiencing new worlds of experience. The Creator’s Dream was born through the Movement of Life. So was Human given life, a new life every day, that guides our migration to a realm of Spirit.

The Aztec Day Sign, the Ollin, is defined simply as “Movement.” Ollin marks a Day of Movement. It’s said to be a lucky day for the “active principle,” and not so lucky for the “passive principle.” It’s a day that teaches us to Move by our Own Intention with Meaning and Purpose, just as the Heron moves with the Purpose to be Reach a New World.

Moving by our own Intention requires our Consciousness. In Spirit we Move by the Power of our Intention. Today is a day to move in our own direction toward our Highest Aspiration. We are offered a Flight of the Phoenix to rise again from the ashes of our past. Today we can Breath Life into a Brand New Day and the Beginning of a New Life in Spirit by a movement of Intention.

Eagle/MEN opens a new way before us, a Direct Flight to Spirit. Our first movement can be to open our eyes and see the Creator in Mother Earth. This is a day to Honor the Beauty around us and to Honor the Whole of God’s Creation. Whether we look from close-up or from far-away, we are seeing an Expression of the Creator’s Love for Us.

To all my relations, may we begin again, born into a brand new life and a brand new world. May we Open our Eyes to imagine seeing it for the first time. May we see Her as a living Expression of God’s Love, the direction of the Creator’s Consciousness. Our first movement can be an Expression of our own Gratitude for the gift we were given. May we Love and Bless Mother Earth remembering we are made of the same Elements and hold the same Forces of Nature. May we bring a Gift to Mother Earth, an unexpected Offering of our own Love and Consciousness of Her. May we begin our journey with purpose and intention as a moving demonstration of our Intention to Give Life to a Dream of Spirit.

in lak’ech, i am another you

3 Earth Caban (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI)

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.

Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.

Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement and perpetual motion, Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. “The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of the past.
