MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 4 brings stability to our Intention of Spiritual Growth. 4 symbolizes the cube, the most stable of forms, representing 4 dimensions and 4 directions. Tone 4 establishes boundaries, parameters, and orientation, compared to the “rules of the game.”
Storm/CAUAC offers the energy of Renewal and Regeneration as a Gift of Power from the Above to the Below. Like a Storm on the horizon, CAUAC calls us Home to a place of stability within. CAUAC displays an unbridled freedom that follows its own path.
Storm illustrates the magnetic connection between ourselves and the Creator. Lightning is not bound by any direct path, but can find its way in or around anything that lies between us. CAUAC can regenerate our youthful enthusiasm.
CAUAC reminds us of the Lightning Power within. Our “Force of Nature” is a connection of Shared Consciousness. 4 Storm/CAUAC brings the comfort of home, the place where we hold the Authority of Being.
The Cherokee Day Sign the Redbird was a Sign of “lightning energy” in the sky. CAUAC is a sign of “lightning in the blood,” our Sixth Sense of Knowing. Our connection to the Creator is magnified as we are recharged by Spirit.
CAUAC reminds us that when storms appear on our horizon we always have a place to go where we are in charge. Through a gift of Consciousness we are the Masters of our own experience. With the Gift of “lightning in the blood” we hold the Power of Knowing the Truth, that a landscape of chaos is no less under the control of the Creator’s Hand. CAUAC reminds us that All things can work together toward a Divine End.
Lightning illustrates the Power of the Creator as big as the sky. Just as Lightning delivers a gift of Nitrogen for the renewal of Mother Earth, so is there an unbridled path between our Self and the Creator to renew our own Inner Strength. CAUAC represents the Whole of the geomagnetic properties that connect us all. Just as electrons are lined up through a charge of electricity, so do we have a Source of Power that can realign our thoughts with the Intentions of the Creator.
We don’t have to draw our assessment of Truth from the chaos we see around us. The Truth of the Creator’s plan for Unconditional Love is the One Truth we can always stand on. The Spiritual Gifts shared by the Creator, insure we can Know this Truth in every fiber of our being. We only have to turn within to Consciously experience our Divine Connection with the Creator.
When we apply our Spirit Consciousness, we’re free from the rules of the world. We’re free to discern our own Divine Truth. Truth we discern for our Self, is the ground we can stand on. We will Know when our Truth aligns with a Divine Intention. When we know our Intentions are directed under the Power of a Divine Authority, the storms of the world lose their power over our thoughts. We no longer have to fear the “world’s truth” when we are anchored to “Divine Truth.”
The chaos of the storm is all our Human eyes may be able to see. A storm can change the whole landscape of our lives. Like a mighty storm, our issues are up in the air. We can believe a Divine Creator is in charge of where the pieces will land.
When we were children, we faced life with youthful enthusiasm. We created our “reality” drawing the pieces together as we saw them in our imagination. We didn’t apply any worldly rules. We existed in the Consciousness of the Moment as unbridled Creators.
When we choose the world within, our own rules are the only ones that matter. Believing in a world of magic and miracles, any Dream is possible.
Storms have been brewing here with debris in the air and no indication of where it will land. My small version of the outside world holds all the elements of the headline news. My blessing from AKBAL was a miracle of detachment from the larger world. On the morning of a major worldly decision, it suddenly ceased to be an influence in my life. Yesterday was a blessing of falling rain and today brings gusts of wind that just blew a breeze past me in the living room from a small opening of the sliding glass door.
Authority of the Creator’s hands. I can believe in miracle that is already in progress.
Our attachment to the world’s chaos is falling away. Even through the worst of it, we can still assume the best outcome. We hold all the Power of Possibility.
To all my relations, may we find our stability in the axis of our own Center, where we can see that the chaos exists outside of our Self. May we see the chaos in the world around us as merely an illusion. May we imagine how the Miracle will be all the better, because tht was impossible. May we see that the chaos in our life is only a passage through the darkness that leads to Light at the other end. May our Spirits be Renewed and Regenerated in the Truth that our lives are held in the hands of the One that Intends our own Divine Destiny, the One Supreme Authority of Every Thing. May we give thanks to the Creator for the Gift of Consciousness to Know our way Home to the Truth.

4 Storm/CAUAC (Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA)
Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.
Storm/Cauac: Day of the blessing of rain, giver of all life and lightening, a gift of nitrogen to Mother Earth and ozone to Father Sky. Cauac is also associated with the moon and the cycles of the moon, which are the meter of the feminine aspect of creation. The essence of Storm is the feeling of unity, security and warmth experienced in the home while the tempest of trouble rages in the world outside. Perpetually youthful, Storms exist to experience the ecstasy of freedom. They have the great capacity to both learn and teach. Their constant quest for novel experiences often leads to difficult tests and storms of emotion. Looking at these difficulties for the lessons they indeed are, will enrich our lives rather than destroy. Cauac individuals teach much through their electricity of being. Lightning energizes earth, this same energy energizes humans. Divine connections can be accessed.
Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA: Redbird’s symbol is Alcyone of the Pleiades Star in constellation Taurus. Alcyone is the Central Sun of the Universe, heart of heaven. Lightning is the visible evidence of the presence of Redbird Spirit in the Sky, daughter of the Sun Spirit, sign of Fire, Sun’s alter ego on Earth. Redbird is a feminine sign; the hand that rocks the cradle. The symbol of nurturing, the lightning nurtures and energizes, with energy for zest, curiosity, imagination, and ideas. Lightning adds spiritual force to the human by way of “lightning of the blood” of a healer, directly body to body vibration. The key to spiritual communication and access to the wisdom of the Ancestors lies in the ability to bestir the blood to speak. Sacred stones such as flint, obsidian, crystal are created by lightning striking the ground.

UPDATE ON A LIFE DREAM: OCTOBER IS HERE
The reality of the journey has set in with the arrival of October. The jaguar has already begun my journey into the unknown. I’ve already imagined myself before the stairs of El Castillo pyramid making my offering of Sacred Ceremony and the prayers I will share for all of us.
I hadn’t thought much about the possibility of seeing or hearing a Quetzal bird or a Yucatan Spider Monkey. The timing close to November should offer a slight drop from the highest temperatures, and a little more potential for rain.
I’ve already followed a jaguar’s path to Ek’ Balam, imaging a place that might present itself to leave an offering for Ian Lungold. I’ve imagined the connection that could be made there.
I’ve climbed a few steps, resting near the bottom to see how I am capable to accomplish the task if I take it a few steps at a time.
I’ve already looked back from the future, from a dream I once thought could never come true for me.
I can see that a Miracle still lies beyond the Dream. I still can’t imagine what it could be. My Intention is to honor every moment and surprise in the experience as a path that was laid before me as the Divine Justice for a Deeply Held Dream of Consciousness. You have been a part of making my dream come true. much love, in lak’ech, Debra https://www.gofundme.com/life-dream-a-pilgrimage-of-spirit
