THE TRECENA OF WIND/IK
The Next 13 days…
On 1 Wind/IK we’re offered a new beginning. The Offering/MULUC trecena manifested an Atonement as One Mind of Consciousness with the Creator. Through an Intention to Pay Back and Pay Forward, we Offered Love that wasn’t seeking anything in return. We saw our Divine Reflection as a Mirror Image, wanting to Give what we have Already Received.
13 Crocodile/IMIX was an Ascension and a Divine Discernment of the Debt of Gratitude we owe for ALL THE TIME of our Life. We were given Time to see Dreams come True, and Time to Know the Truth of our Divine Justice through the Circle of Life.
Through the Gratitude of an Offering, MULUC guided the Consciousness to Know the Divine Justice of a Supreme Creator is ALREADY SO.
Wind/IK is the Breath of Life and the Breath of Spirit. Holding the Element of Air, IK relates to the Divine Capabilities of our Consciousness. Thoughts are born of electrical signals. We are all collected in a field of Light, connected in every Breath. IK holds the Divine Thoughts of Creation, the Creator’s Dream for Time. Wind/IK disseminates the Breath of Creation as the Spoken Word, “This Shall Be.”
The Wind is the Spoken Word of the Creator, words that were Spoken, Knowing, Believing and Loving. Wind/IK will “Make it So” in our Mind, Heart and Spirit. It Shall Be Done one way or another. IK can change the Landscape of our Life.
A CYCLE OF DARKNESS (APPLICATION)
Wind/IK guides an Application of the Creator’s Dream for Time. We are intended to Experience the Truth of Divine Will. We establish the perspective of Our Truth by the Wisdom of the Experience. By the Power of the Wind we will Master Time on a journey inspired by the Creator’s Dream.
12 UINAL OF UNDERSTANDING
The 12th Uinal the Tzolk’in round bears the Fruit of the Harvest. 12 is a symbol of Humanity Below, that Ascends to the 1 Above as the 13 (a 1 Above, side-by-side a Trinity of 3 Below). 12 draws all the disassociated parts of Wisdom into a New and Functioning Whole One of Consciousness. Understanding is the Light of our Consciousness. In the 12th uinal, we will take the Truth to Heart that “We are Light, Only Light, Eternal Light.” We’ll see the Beauty of Love, Close Up and Now.
GLOBAL BURNER DAY: 4 Serpent/CHICCHAN
Global Burners mark the center of each Season of the Tzolk’in as a time of Release. Each Season generates the momentum of its own intention. The Release stabilizes residual energies to resolve a clear way forward. On Global Burners days the Mayan priests carry out Sacred Fire Ceremony for the Community. All are drawn together as the One and returned to Right Relationship.
THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE WIND/IK TRECENA
8 Offering/MULUC marks the Divine Justice of an Offering, a Sacred Exchange. The Transformation that begins on 8 MULUC will be completed by 9 Dog/OC as the Light of Unconditional Love.
THE ASCENSION: 13 Jaguar/IX
13 Jaguar/IX is the shape-shifting Light of the Jaguar, the Magic of Gratitude for Mother Earth, and the Consciousness of Answered Prayers. IX symbolizes the Divine Feminine, the Power of Compassionate Love and the Wisdom of Discernment. 13 Jaguar/IX knows the realm of Spirit is the REAL WORLD. Through the Power of Believing, IX holds the Light of our own Power, from the REAL WORLD, to Manifest all our Dreams Below.
HAPPY MAYAN BIRTHDAY, MINISA CRUMBO HALSEY, 1 WIND/IK!
Minisa is a teacher, mother, sister, who disseminates the Breath of Life and Breath of Spirit. Minisa called me to the Sacred Dance and a Medicine Circle, disseminating the Truth of Beauty. Minisa began her shamanic path as a girl, in the tradition of the Muskogee, raised on the path by her Uncle in Taos, New Mexico. She carries on the Circle, sharing the Muskogee traditions of “Uncle” Bear Heart (Mercellus Williams), and also shared the teachings of “Beautiful Painted Arrow” (Joseph Rael) of the Hopi-Tewa. Minisa has invested her Time to preserve the Sacred Language and tradition of her maternal Pottawatomie heritage.
Minisa balances the softness of the Wind as a Breath to Spirit, and the strength of Wind to change the landscape. Minisa was central to the Miracle of Ek’ Balam, sharing the Breath that offered the push to go. Minisa presided on October 31, 2018 in Spirit at the Sacred Ceremony in Ek’ Balam with her Breath of Life and Love.
Minisa has taught me nearly everything I know about the destiny of Wind/IK. She shares the Wisdom and Inheritance of the Grandfathers and Grandmothers, and the Voice of “Spirit Talk.” She offers Patience and TIME for the Sacred Purpose to Remember the Ancestors. 1 Wind/IK was the Breath that gave me the push to Ek’ Balam, and the 1 Wind/IK Breath was the wind beneath the wings that carried me home.
Happy Birthday, Minisa. Thank you for the Wisdom of the Ancestors you share, for the Beauty you guide others to Create, and for your own walk of Beauty.

Wind/IK holds the Sacred Breath of Life in the field of thoughts that connect us all As One. Wind is the Breath of Truth, as the Creator’s Spoken Word. The Elders taught us to Listen to the Wind. The Wind/IK glyph that illustrations the “T” portal in stone, was the symbol of the Tree of Life, and the Sacred Word, “te,” known as the Sound that manifested Creation. The portals magnified the sound and vibration of Wind, and focused a view of heavenly Lights. The Elders said to pay attention to what we were thinking when a soft breeze rustles our hair, or speaks in the fluttering leaves on a tree. Also take note of thoughts that are changed, when Wind changes the landscape of our lives.
Residing in the North, the place of all Wisdom, the Winds of Spirit hold the Intention to guide our path. Wind can align the True North to manifest an Atonement connecting the Above and the Below. Wind can change our state of mind.
12 Sun/AHAU inspired a journey of Higher Understanding. We Ascended with the Truth to Comprehend our own Circle of Life. The 8-13th uinals of the Tzolk’in are guided by Divine Intervention, like the Tones 8-13th. We are Transformed by Divine Intervention. Our Love is Inherently Multiplied by our own Divine Design. The Conception and Discernment of our own Dream was the Human offering. Brought to Life, a new Life begins its own journey beyond our Human control. All things are held under the Authority of a Divine Creator. Whatever is beyond our Human control, holds the Provision of a Divine Authority.
The 12th Uinal is led by the God of the Morning Star which reigns before Dawn (Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli). This is a Human Mission of Spirit that precedes the 13th Uinal of Ascension that is led by Supreme God of Creation.
The Wind/IK trecena leads an application of Divine Wisdom, the Mission to carry out below the journey that was Inspired by Spirit. Wind intends to share the Wisdom through our own Sacred Breath and the Movement that Creates Wind and the Vibration of Life. The Sacred Breath will serve the Inner Strength of our Spirit. We can breathe the sound of “te” to remember One Sound of Love that created the Whole.
We are given the Sacred TIME for one more application of Divine Wisdom under the Higher Intention to bring our Fruit to Harvest. We were lifted beyond dreams for our Self to Know our Mission of Happiness will be shared equally among the Whole. To gain the Wisdom of our Most Divine Human Experience, we must walk the Truth on Earth. We will be guided by the Creator’s Breath.
Tone 1 symbolizes our Unity with the Creator in a new beginning. Tone 1 intends to share the Divine Inspiration of the Omega. The Breath of Spirit will inspire a new Question, and a new Mission for the Wisdom of Love. Wind/IK will be the Voice that Speaks, “This is So.”
On Tone 1 we start all over again, awakening with a Higher State of Consciousness. We’re returned again to the beginning of another climb. As we begin again, may we Claim from the Beginning what we Know is True about the Spoken Words of Creation. The Truth we Speak on Mother Earth, the Truth shared by the Wind, will seal Wisdom of the Promise in our own Heart, and in the Heart of the New Seed.
The Cherokee Day Sign is the Whirlwind, the 13th Dancer Above that leads the Dance of the 12 Below. The Whirlwind is the double-helix of smoke that carries our Prayers to the Great Spirit.
Words of Wisdom shared by 1 Wind/IK, Minisa Crumbo:
Watch the thoughts like an eagle. Upon identifying undesirable, unloving, depressive, angry, fearful, controlling, or manipulative, jealous, vengeful, or sorrowful thoughts, acknowledge and honor them. Pull the weeds of the Divine Garden. Maintenance. Aspire also to learn the content and meaning of their message and immediately, or as soon as possible, direct and return them to the great reservoir of spirit energy, where they will be purified and renewed. Release them to make their own blessing journey and return to Source, sending them on their return path with gratitude and love, on the breath as well as thought. The eyes can also direct releases, with permission, to the clouds. The breath, being the constant link with life and the Divine is ever present, able, and willing to transmute and transform into Spirit, that which is truly dead, dying or diseased . . . no longer wanted or needed. Be sure that only ones personal business is addressed. At all times be observant of others’ sacred and psychic privacy and freedom of choice.
Maintaining a respectful mien, which is increasingly built by mindful, positive choices and growing awarenesses of what and how we think, act, and intend at all times, is essential. This practice of thorough attention is a cumulative, life process and will grow more robust with practice and the seasons, so move forward and regularly provide the sweet water of loving kindness to the young Sacred Flowering Tree, and to the young skebyak, the green beings, born of the same elemental parents as ourselves. What kind of tree or shrub are you? ~ Minisa Crumbo Halsey
To all my relations, may we See and Acknowledge the opportunity of TIME to elevate our thoughts even Higher through the Wisdom of an Application. May we make the Final Climb of Creation to comprehend our Highest Possible Truth of Love. May we use our TIME Wisely. May we give thanks all day long as we watch the Sun cross the sky, to remember that the Dream will be Conceived in Unity with the Highest Authority. May we be carried by the Breath and Authority that Dreamed the Circle of Life. May we Know the Transformation of Spirit that was destined to be our Own Offering to Whole.
THE SACRED BREATH: Wind/IK calls us to Apply the Gift of Sacred Breath. The Elders taught to draw Sacred Breath to the places that need to be healed in our body, directing breath as Sacred Light. Minisa also said, “Take in the Sacred Breath. Let it Be and watch where it goes.”
“First is Thunderbolt Huracan, second is Youngest Thunderbolt, and third is Sudden Thunderbolt. These three together are Heart of Sky. Then they came together with Sovereign and Quetzal Serpent. Together they conceived Light and Life…”

May we Remember and Honor all the Elders who preserve the Sacred Wisdom and disseminate the Inheritance in the Circle of our Life.

THE TRECENA OF WIND/IK
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide for daily aspects and events of the Wind/IK trecena.
1 Wind/IK (Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA)
Galactic Tone 1: Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.
Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.
Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe, the channel of communication that carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit.
